This paper proposes a framework of fault estimation observer design in finite‐frequency domain for discrete‐time systems. First, under the multiconstrained idea, a full‐order fault estimation observer in finite‐frequency domain is designed to achieve fault estimation by using the generalized Kalman–Yakubovich–Popov lemma to reduce conservatism generated by the entire frequency domain. Then, a reduced‐order fault estimation observer is constructed, which results in a new fault estimator to realize fault estimation using current output information. Furthermore, by introducing slack variables, improved results on full‐order fault estimation observer and reduced‐order fault estimation observer design with finite‐frequency specifications are obtained such that different Lyapunov matrices can be separately designed for each constraint. Recently, people have begun to realize the importance of child‐resistant (CR) medicine packaging. However, most manufacturers and designers have not been able to effectively provide prevention strategies or design criteria to protect consumers. This research proposes a systematic approach to analyze CR packaging design problems and experiments to evaluate the identified design parameters and to generate the most suitable CR medicine packaging design. The design of a CR packaging bottle is used as an example to help explain the development procedure. During the development procedure, user trials, questionnaires, and children's anthropometric data on bottle opening and hand operations are analyzed. Five design parameters, specifically the cap diameter, cap height, bottle height, bottle diameter, and torsion, are identified and used to perform a Taguchi orthogonal array experimental analysis. A computer‐aided design system is also built to help generate the most suitable design alternatives. The results should assist designers in determining the most important CR design parameters and their most suitable combinations for bottle and related CR medicine packaging design. 相似文献

Existing works have addressed the interference mitigation by any two of the three approaches: link scheduling, power control, and successive interference cancellation (SIC). In this paper, we integrate the above approaches to further improve the spectral efficiency of the wireless networks and consider the max-min fairness to guarantee the transmission demand of the worst-case link. We formulate the link scheduling with joint power control and SIC (PCSIC) problem as a mixed-integer non-linear programming (MINLP), which has been proven to be NP-complete. Consequently, we propose an iterative algorithm to tackle the problem by decomposing it into a series of linear subproblems, and then the analysis shows that the algorithm has high complexity in the worst case. In order to reduce the computational complexity, we have further devised a two-stage algorithm with polynomial-time complexity. Numerical results show the performance improvements of our proposed algorithms in terms of the network throughput and power consumption compared with the link scheduling scheme only with SIC. 相似文献

B-spline curve extension is an important operation in computer aided design systems. In this paper, we present a new extension algorithm for B-spline curves. The algorithm uses curve unclamping to generate a uniform B-spline curve segment from the original curve and gradually extends the segment to pass through every target point. Algorithms of uniform B-spline curves are used such that our algorithm has a low time cost and can easily handle arbitrary-order derivative constraints at the target points. Generalization for non-uniform rational B-spline curve extension is also discussed, and examples show the efficiency of our method. 相似文献

Interval-valued data appear as a way to represent the uncertainty affecting the observed values. Dealing with interval-valued information systems is helpful to generalize the applications of rough set theory. Attribute reduction is a key issue in analysis of interval-valued data. Existing attribute reduction methods for single-valued data are unsuitable for interval-valued data. So far, there have been few studies on attribute reduction methods for interval-valued data. In this paper, we propose a framework for attribute reduction in interval-valued data from the viewpoint of information theory. Some information theory concepts, including entropy, conditional entropy, and joint entropy, are given in interval-valued information systems. Based on these concepts, we provide an information theory view for attribute reduction in interval-valued information systems. Consequently, attribute reduction algorithms are proposed. Experiments show that the proposed framework is effective for attribute reduction in interval-valued information systems. 相似文献

Modeling human operator's dynamics plays a very important role in the manual closed-loop control system, and it is an active research area for several decades. Based on the characteristics of human brain and behavior, a new kind of fractional order mathematical model for human operator in single-input single-output (SISO) systems is proposed. Compared with the traditional models based on the commonly used quasilinear transfer function method or the optimal control theory method, the proposed fractional order model has simpler structure with only few parameters, and each parameter has explicit physical meanings. In this paper, the model predictive control problem is investigated for a class of discrete‐time systems with random delay and randomly occurring nonlinearity. The randomly occurring nonlinearity, which describes the phenomena of a class of nonlinear disturbances occurring in a random way, is modeled according to a Bernoulli distributed white sequence with a known conditional probability. Moreover, the random delay is governed by a discrete‐time finite‐state Markov chain. The approach of delay fractioning is applied to the controller synthesis. It is shown that the proposed model predictive controller guarantees the stochastic stability of the closed‐loop system. Finally, a numerical simulation is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献
