In order to research start-up pressure wave propagation mechanism and determine pressure wave speed in gelled crude oil pipelines accurately,experiment of Large-scale flow loop was carried out.In the experiment,start-up pressure wave speeds under various operation conditions were measured,and effects of correlative factors on pressure wave were analyzed.The experimental and theoretical analysis shows that thermal shrinkage and structural properties of gelled crude oils are key factors influencing on start-up pressure wave propagation.The quantitative analysis for these effects can be done by using volume expansion coefficient and structural property parameter of gelled crude oil.A new calculation model of pressure wave speed was developed on the basis of Large-scale flow loop experiment and theoretical analysis. 相似文献

用傅里叶变换红外光谱证明了聚(2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚)(PPO)与马来酸酐(MA)在过氧化二异丙苯的作用下,采用熔融挤出法生成了PPO-g-MA。通过透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、Instron毛细管流变仪、力学性能试验机和Molau实验分别对不同PPO-g-MA用量的PPO/聚酰胺66(PA66)共混物的亚微相态、流变行为、力学性能进行了考察,结果表明,PPO-g-MA对PPO/PA66共混物起到了原位增容作用。 相似文献

以聚醚砜(PES)为原料,采用氯磺酸(CSA)为磺化剂,通过控制反应温度和时间制备系列磺化聚砜(SPES),并以SPES为基质,二维黑磷(BP)为功能填料,采用溶液铸膜法制备了复合质子交换膜。采用红外光谱分析仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对材料结构进行表征,研究了复合膜的吸水率、质子交换性、阻醇性等。结果表明,SPES的磺化度随反应温度、时间、磺化剂浓度的升高而增大。BP的添加增强了复合膜的热稳定性、氧化稳定性、质子交换性、阻醇性等综合性能。在相同测试条件下SPES基膜的甲醇渗透率为1.185×10-6 cm2/s,而5%(质量分数,下同)SPES/BP复合膜的甲醇渗透率仅为2.88×10-7 cm2/s。 相似文献
