Utilizing light and plastic wastes as resources to turn the wasted phenols and hazardous aryl halides into value added chemicals seems to be an attractive idea for alleviating the energy crisis and environmental problems. In this work, plasmonic copper nanoparticles (Cu NPs) were loaded onto carbon nanotubes (CNTs) from various sources including commercial CNTs and those derived from plastic wastes. Under visible-light irradiation, the catalyst could efficiently convert phenols and aryl halides to diaryl ethers. Similar with commercial CNTs, excellent activity is also achieved when utilizing CNTs derived from different kinds of plastic wastes as support for the system. Further investigation shows that the visible-light irradiation and light-excited plasmonic Cu NPs are necessary to inhibit the phenol degradation on CNTs and in turn promote the cross-coupling of phenol and aryl halides. Compared with metal oxides and other carbon materials, the excellent capability of CNTs to absorb light, to convert light to heat, and to adsorb both two reactants simultaneously are critical to enhance the activity of Cu NPs, achieving high yields of diaryl ethers. This study could provide a novel strategy for catalyst design and generate a more economically sustainable process.  相似文献

FeSiAl is widely used in switching power supply, filter inductors and pulse transformers. But when used under higher frequencies in some particular condition, it is required to reduce its high-frequency loss. Preparing a homogeneous insulating coating with good heat resistance and high resistivity, such as AlN and Al2O3, is supposed to be an effective way to reduce eddy current loss, which is less focused on. In this project, mixed AlN and Al2O3 insulating layers were prepared on the surface of FeSiAl powders after 30 min exposure at 1100 °C in high purity nitrogen atmosphere, by means of surface nitridation and oxidation. The results revealed that the insulating layers increase the electrical resistivity, and hence decrease the loss factor, improve the frequency stability and increase the quality factor, especially in the high-frequency range. The morphologies, microstructure and compositions of the oxidized and nitrided products on the surface were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy/Energy Disperse Spectroscopy, X-Ray Diffraction, Transmission Electron Microscopy, Selected Area Electron Diffraction and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy.  相似文献

A comprehensive comparative study of electron field emission properties of carbon nanotube (CNT) films prepared by vacuum filtration and screen-printing was carried out. Field emission performance of vacuum filtered CNT films with different filtered CNT suspension volumes was systematically studied, and the optimum electron emission was obtained with a low turn on field of ∼0.93 V/μm (at 1 μA/cm2) and a high field enhancement factor β of ∼9720. Comparing with screen-printed CNT films, vacuum filtered CNT films showed better electron emission performance, longer lifetime, and greater adhesive strength to substrates. This work reveals a potential use of vacuum filtered CNT films as field emission cathodes.  相似文献

A sol-gel zirconia coating was developed for the preconcentration/separation of trace Cr, Cu, Cd and Pb by capillary microextraction, and the adsorbed analytes were on-line eluted for detection using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). By immobilizing sol-gel zirconia on the inner surface of a fused-silica capillary, the sol-gel zirconia coating was simply prepared. Its adsorption properties, stability and the factors affecting the adsorption behaviors of Cr, Cu, Cd and Pb were investigated in detail. In the pH range from 7.8 to 10, the zirconia-coated capillary (35 cm x 0.15 mm) is selective towards Cr, Cu, Cd and Pb, and the analyzed ions could be desorbed quantitatively with 0.2 mL of 0.5 mol/L HNO(3) at a rate of 0.2 mL/min. With a consumption of 1.25 mL sample solution, an enrichment factor of 6.25, and detection limits (3sigma) of 9.9 pg/mL Cr, 17.9 pg/mL Cu, 4.5 pg/mL Cd and 3.7 pg/mL Pb were obtained. The precisions for nine replicate measurements of 1 ng/mL Cr, Cu, Cd and Pb were 4.9% Cr, 2.2% Cu, 2.0% Cd and 3.2% Pb (RSD), respectively. The proposed procedure has been applied to the determination of Cr, Cu, Cd and Pb in human urine, which was subjected to microwave-assisted digestion prior to analysis, and the recoveries for these elements were 89.2-101.8%. In order to validate the developed procedure, a NIES No.10-a Rice Flour-Unpolished certified reference material and a BCR No. 184 Bovine Muscle certified reference material were analyzed, and the results are in good agreement with the certified values.  相似文献

The coal samples were collected from Yima coal district, China. The pyrolysis experiments were carried out in a simulated bed quartz reactor with a heating rate of 20 °C/min. The 44 elements in raw coal and chars were determined by inductively coupled-plasma mass spectrometry instrument (ICP-MS). The release and enrichment behavior of 44 trace elements during coal pyrolysis of Yima coal was studied.

According to the transformation behaviors, chemical features and thermal features under different pyrolysis temperatures, the 44 elements can be categorized to 4 groups: light elements (Li and Be), nonmetal elements (Se, As, B, etc.), heavy metal elements (including 24 elements, Cu, V, Co, etc.) and rear earth elements (REE) (14 elements). The results showed that (1) the higher pyrolysis temperatures, the higher release ratio and release ratio of REE are very low; (2) the enrichment ratios of the elements in chars increase by the sequence of nonmetal elements < light elements < heavy metal elements < REE. The nonmetal elements, light elements and a few heavy metal elements will be emitted out from coal during coal pyrolysis and they will pollute environment.  相似文献

A simple and selective method of flow injection (FI) using a micro-column packed with quinine modified resin as solid phase extractant has been developed for preconcentration and separation of trace amount of vanadium(V) and vanadium(IV) in water samples, followed by determination with fluorination assisted electrothermal vaporization (FETV)-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). At pH 3 ∼ 3.8, the modified resin is selective towards V(V) and almost not towards V(IV), while, V(IV) could be quantitatively adsorbed by the modified resin at pH 5 ∼ 7. The two vanadium species adsorbed by modified resin could be readily desorbed quantitatively with 0.3 ml of 0.5 mol l−1 HCl. Both vanadium species in elution were then determined by ETV-ICP-OES with the use of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as chemical modifier. Effects of acidity, sample flow rate, concentration of elution solution and interfering ions on the recovery of the analytes have been systematically investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the adsorption capacities of the quinine modified resin for V(V) and V(IV) are 7.6 and 8.0 mg g−1, respectively. The detection limit (3σ) of V is 0.072 ng ml−1 for FETV-ICP-OES and 0.56 pg ml−1 for FETV-ICP-MS with enrichment factor of 62.5, and the relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) is 4.9% (n = 9, C = 0.2 μg ml−1) and 3.8% (n = 9, C = 1.0 ng ml−1), respectively. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace V(V) and V(IV) in different water samples, and the recoveries of V(V) and V(IV) are 100 ± 10%. In order to further verify the accuracy of the developed method, FETV-ICP-MS was employed to analyze the vanadium species in water samples after separation/preconcentration, and analytical results are in good agreement with that obtained by the proposed method. The developed method was also applied to the analysis of the total V in GBW07401 soil certified reference material and in GBW07605 tea leaves certified reference material, and the determined values coincided with the certified values very well.  相似文献

A simple and fast HPLC method using a photodiode array detector was developed for simultaneous determination of four major catechins, gallic acid and caffeine. After multiple extractions with aqueous methanol and acidic methanol solutions, tea extract was separated within 20 min using a methanol-acetate-water buffer gradient elution system on a C(18) column. The sample extraction data demonstrated that the single extraction used in the previous studies with aqueous acetonitrile or methanol is not sufficient; the multiple extraction procedure is essential for the quantitative analysis of catechins, phenolic acids and caffeine in teas. Several green, Oolong, black and pu-erh teas were successfully analyzed by this method. The analytical results obtained indicated that green teas contain higher content of catechins [(-)-epigallocatechin gallate, (-)-epigallocatechin, (-)-epicatechin gallate, and (-)-epicatechin] than both Oolong, pu-erh and black teas because fermentation process during the tea manufacturing reduced the levels of catechins significantly. The fermentation process also remarkably elevated the levels of gallic acid in full-fermented pu-erh and black teas. Another interesting finding is the low level of caffeine in Oolong teas, especially in Fujian Oolong tea.  相似文献

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) deposited by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) were treated by ball milling. The morphologies and field emission properties of the treated CNTs depending on milling time were studied. The emission turn-on field is increased, and the field emission current density is reduced, when the milling time increased from 0.5 to 3 h. The as-deposited long CNTs were cut to short CNTs (∼1 h) and micro-particles (>1 h) with increasing of the milling time. It is found that the optimized milling time is 0.5-1 h, the treated CNTs showed excellent field emission properties, such as low turn-on field, high emission current density and uniform luminescence spots distribution.  相似文献

通过理论计算确立了多功能介质-金属结构空芯光纤的结构参量,优化了液相镀膜法的有关条件,明确了具体制作参量。制作了以聚碳酸酯毛细管为基管的,高柔韧性的,可同时低损耗传输红外目标波长激光和可见导航光红外的空芯光纤。对光纤传输性能进行了测试。在2.94μm波长的Er∶YAG和0.63μm波长的红色半导体激光器的直线损耗分别为0.4 dB/m和3 dB/m。组装在医疗内窥镜中的柔性空芯光纤,在先端以0.9 cm半径135°角弯曲时,对Er∶YAG激光仍有近70%的传输效率;绿色导航光在内窥镜中的的损耗值为11 dB,绿色指示点在内窥镜的视窗中清晰可见。结果表明此种光纤在内窥镜的激光传输方面有重要的应用价值。  相似文献
