We have developed a model for describing nanoparticles magnetic dynamics. This allows us to fit self-consistently the wide set of the experimental data, particularly, the evolution of M?ssbauer spectral shape with temperature and external magnetic field as well as the magnetization curves for nanoparticles injected into mice. Thus, we reliably evaluate changes in characteristics of the nanoparticles and their chemical transformation to ferritin-like forms in mouse’s organs as a function of time after injection of nanoparticles. Actually, the approach allows one to quantitatively characterize biodegradation and biotransformation of magnetic particles in a body.  相似文献

We consider a linearly elastic composite medium, which consists of a homogeneous matrix containing a statistically inhomogeneous random set of heterogeneities of arbitrary shape. The general integral equations connecting the stress and strain fields in the point being considered with the stress and strain fields in the surrounding points are obtained for the random fields of heterogeneities. The method is based on a recently developed centering procedure where the notion of a perturbator is introduced and statistical averages are obtained without any auxiliary assumptions such as, e.g., effective field hypothesis implicitly exploited in the known centering methods. Effective elastic moduli and the first statistical moments of stresses in the heterogeneities are estimated for statistically homogeneous composites with the general case of both the shape and inhomogeneity of the heterogeneities moduli. The explicit new representations of the effective moduli and stress concentration factors are built by the iteration method in the framework of the quasicristallite approximation but without basic hypotheses of classical micromechanics such as both the EFH and “ellipsoidal symmetry” assumption. Numerical results are obtained for some model statistically homogeneous composites reinforced by aligned identical homogeneous heterogeneities of noncanonical shape. Some new effects are detected that are impossible in the framework of a classical background of micromechanics.  相似文献

The paper is devoted to developing an original cost-efficient algorithm for solving the inverse problem of finding a variable magnetization in a rectangular parallelepiped. The problem is ill-posed and is described by the integral Fredholm equation. It is shown that after discretization of the area and approximation of the integral operator, this problem is reduced to solving a system of linear algebraic equations with the Toeplitz-block-Toeplitz matrix. We have constructed the memory efficient variant of the stabilized biconjugate gradient method BiCGSTABmem. This optimized algorithm exploits the special structure of the matrix to reduce the memory requirements and computing time. The efficient implementation is developed for multicore CPU and GPU. A series of the model problems with synthetic and real magnetic data are solved. Investigation of efficiency and speedup of parallel algorithm is performed.  相似文献

We demonstrate that first-order light shifts can be canceled for an all-optical, three-photon-absorption resonance (N-resonance) on the D1 transition of 87Rb. This light-shift cancellation facilitates improved frequency stability for an N-resonance clock. For example, by using a tabletop apparatus designed for N-resonance spectroscopy, we measured a short-term fractional frequency stability (Allan deviation) of approximately/= 1.5 x 10(-11) tao1/2 for observation times of 1 s < or = tao < or = 50 s. Further improvements in frequency stability should be possible with an apparatus designed as a dedicated N-resonance clock.  相似文献

For the first time, the manganese gallide (MnGa4) served as an intermetallic precursor, which upon in situ electroconversion in alkaline media produced high‐performance and long‐term‐stable MnOx‐based electrocatalysts for water oxidation. Unexpectedly, its electrocorrosion (with the concomitant loss of Ga) leads simultaneously to three crystalline types of MnOx minerals with distinct structures and induced defects: birnessite δ‐MnO2, feitknechtite β‐MnOOH, and hausmannite α‐Mn3O4. The abundance and intrinsic stabilization of MnIII/MnIV active sites in the three MnOx phases explains the superior efficiency and durability of the system for electrocatalytic water oxidation. After electrophoretic deposition of the MnGa4 precursor on conductive nickel foam (NF), a low overpotential of 291 mV, comparable to that of precious‐metal‐based catalysts, could be achieved at a current density of 10 mA cm?2 with a durability of more than five days.  相似文献

We use the Mueller matrix for inhomogeneous linear birefringent media derived in Savenkov et al. [Mueller-matrix model of an inhomogeneous linear birefringent medium: single scattering case. JQSRT 2007;106:475–86] to generate new results on the forward scattering of light using Cloude's coherence matrix method. We show that the intensity of scattered light (m11) as a function of observation angle depends on the difference between refractive indices along the eigen polarizations resulting in intensity lost when unpolarized light propagates parallel to the optical axes compared to propagation orthogonal to the optical axis. For a given inhomogeneity (roughness), depolarization strongly depends on the direction of light propagation in the medium. The depolarization at 90° propagation angle is minimal for any value of inhomogeneity. Sample calculations are based on calcite.  相似文献

Cancer can be viewed as a complex adaptive system. Complex adaptive systems can be described mathematically by nonlinear (chaos) theory including asymmetry, fractal structure and autocorrelation factor. Taking into consideration spatial irregularity and heterogeneity of internal structures of tumor cells, we examined deterministic chaos of trophoblastic tumor for organ, cellular, molecular levels on digital images and their Doppler measurements of blood flow. The digital images were tested by evaluation of contours deformation level and quantitative heterogeneous pattern. The suggested algorithm for estimation of spatial chaos in digital medical image is based on calculation of the skew and the spread parameters, fractal dimension and autocorrelation function. Ultrasound images demonstrated higher values of the skew parameter for the uterus of choriocarcinoma patients than hydatidiform mole and healthy individuals. The registered changes in nonlinear dynamics of uterine artery blood flow are tending to diminish deterministic chaotic process in choriocarcinoma. Nonlinear analysis of cell images for chorionic villi and tumor supressor gene p16 evidenced the tendency of increase in spatial chaos for patients with choriocarcinoma. The concept of deterministic chaos is hierarchical for the host during trophoblastic disease.  相似文献

6-Unsubstituted 7-R-4,7-dihydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines (R = H or Me) were synthesized via two pathways: (a) deacylation of the corresponding 5-acetyl Biginelli-like precursors in KOH/H2O and (b) reduction of the corresponding 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines using LiAlH4. The products could be easily formylated at position 6, which is promising for the further synthesis of functionalized 6-substituted derivatives of 4,7-dihydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines. In contrast, 6-acetyl-7-(4-(N,N-dimethylaminophenyl))-5-methyl-4,7-dihydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine undergoes a cascade process in KOH/H2O, leading to the formation of a 4,5,8,9-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[5,1-b]quinazoline derivative.  相似文献

The recent demonstration of a discharge-driven oxygen-iodine laser has generated renewed interest in the kinetics of iodine interacting with electronically excited O2 and atomic O. Kinetic measurements that are of relevance to the laser have been carried out using 193 nm pulsed laser photolysis of N2O/I2/CO2 mixtures. Singlet oxygen was generated in this system by the reaction O(1D)+N2O-->O2(a1Deltag, X3Sigma-g)+N2. The fraction of electronically excited O2 produced by this channel was shown to be >0.9. The secondary photochemistry of the N2O/I2/CO2 system was characterized by monitoring the time histories of I(2P1/2), I2, IO, and O2(a). Kinetic modeling of these data was used to determine the rate constant for the deactivation of I(2P1/2) by O(3P) (k=(1.2+/-0.1)x10(-11) cm3 s(-1)). Quenching of I(2P1/2) by O(3P) is suppressed in the discharge-driven laser by using NO2 to scavenge the O atoms. The reaction O(3P)+NO2-->O2+NO is sufficiently exothermic for the production of O2(a), and it has been speculated that this channel may be significant in the laser excitation kinetics. Photolysis of NO2 was used to probe this reaction. O2(a) was not detected, and an upper bound of <0.1 for its production in the reaction of O(3P) or O(1D) with NO2 was established.  相似文献
