With the help of the Drinfeld twist or factorizing F-matrix for the eight-vertex SOS model, we derive the recursion relations of the partition function for the eight-vertex model with a generic non-diagonal reflecting end and domain wall boundary condition. Solving the recursion relations, we obtain the explicit determinant expression of the partition function. Our result shows that, contrary to the eight-vertex model without a reflecting end, the partition function can be expressed as a single determinant. 相似文献

We give the center of the elliptic quantum group in general cases. Based on the dynamical Yang-Baxter relation and the fusion method, we prove that the center commutes with all generators of the elliptic quantum group. Then for a kind of assumed form of these generators, we find that the coefficients of these generators form a new type of closed algebra. We also give the center for the algebra. 相似文献

We present three diagonal reflecting matrices for the CN vertex model with open boundary conditions and exactly solve the model by using the algebraic Bethe ansatz. A novel method by a one-step introduction of axial chirality and sterically hindered group has been developed for facile synthesis of axially chiral styrene-type carboxylic acids. With the palladium-catalyzed C–H arylation and olefination of readily available cinnamic acid established, this transformation demonstrated excellent yield, excellent stereocontrol (up to 99% yield and 99% ee), and broad substrate scope under mild conditions. The axially chiral styrene-type carboxylic acids produced have been successfully applied to Cp*CoIII-catalyzed asymmetric C–H activation reactions, indicating their potential as chiral ligands or catalysts in asymmetric synthesis.Palladium-catalyzed asymmetric C–H functionalization to yield axially chiral styrene-type carboxylic acids is described, in which axial chirality and sterically hindered group were incorporated in one-step. 相似文献
