适宜国内现状的生态工业园建设的初探

生态工业园是实现可持续发展的途径之一.文中根据当前国内工业布局、土地资源现状,并结合各种类型生态工业园特征,指出对现有企业和工业园区的改造,以及构建虚拟型生态工业园,是适宜当前国内现状的生态工业园建设类型.     

Cells of the connective tissue differentiate and migrate into pollen sacs

In angiosperms, archesporial cells in the anther primordium undergo meiosis to form haploid pollen, the sole occupants of anther sacs. Anther sacs are held together by a matrix of parenchyma cells, the connective tissue. Cells of the connective tissue are not known to differentiate. We report the differentiation of parenchyma cells in the connective tissue of two Gordonia species into pollen-like structures (described as pseudopollen), which migrate into the anther sacs before dehiscence. Pollen and pseudopollen were distinguishable by morphology and staining. Pollen were tricolpate to spherical while pseudopollen were less rigid and transparent with a ribbed surface. Both types were different in size, shape, staining and surface architecture. The ratio of the number of pseudopollen to pollen was 1:3. During ontogeny in the connective tissue, neither cell division nor tetrad formation was observed and hence pseudopollen were presumed to be diploid. Only normal pollen germinated on a germination medium. Fixed preparations in time seemed to indicate that pseudopollen migrate from the connective tissue into the anther sac.

广州港船舶垃圾接收情况分析

对近十年来广州港船舶垃圾接收资料进行了统计和分析 ,并对如何做好船舶垃圾接收工作提出几点建议     

2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸完全抗原和抗体的制备

 以小分子环境污染物2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)为半抗原,牛血清蛋白(BSA)为载体蛋白,通过与水溶性碳化二亚胺(EDC)的偶联反应,合成适当结合比、性能良好的2,4-D完全抗原,并制备了2,4-D的多克隆抗体.完全抗原合成方法为:在pH6、0.05mol/L的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中进行偶联反应,2,4-D的最终浓度控制为12mg/mL,于4℃条件下反应18h,EDC的加入量控制在6～9mg之间.以结合比为16:1的完全抗原免疫新西兰白兔,获得了效价达到6.55×106兔抗血清.抗血清稀释2000倍,剂量-反应曲线在2,4-D浓度为0.5～2000mg/L的范围内线性度最好,相关系数R=0.9946.抗血清稀释8000和16000倍,2,4-D的检测范围为8μg/L～125mg/L,线性相关系数R分别为0.9352和0.9655.经过免疫检测条件的优化,制备的抗血清可以用于饮用水中2,4-D的检测.     

Metabolism of benzo[a]pyrene in peroxynitrite/Fe(III) porphyrin system

The peroxynitrite/porphyrin biomimetic system was established to investigate the effects of peroxynitrite on benzo[a]pyrene (B[a]P) metabolism. Three model systems consisting of different iron porphyrins were compared, and the results showed that the peroxynitrite/T(p-Cl)PPFeCl system was the highest catalytic efficiency in the metabolism of B[a]P. We analyzed the B[a]P metabolites produced from this system by RP-HPLC method and firstly identified the formation of nitrobenzo[a]pyrenes which are the special metabolites of B[a]P induced by peroxynitrite.     

Toxic effects of wastewater from various phases of monosodium glutamate production on seed germination and root elongation of crops

To make a comprehensive assessment on monosodium glutamate (MSG) wastewater pollution, a pollution exposure experiment was carried out on the seed germination and root elongation of wheat, Chinese cabbage and tomato by using the wastewater discharged from different processing phases of MSG production. The results showed that there were significantly positive linear relationships between the inhibitory rates of wheat seed germination and root elongation and the COD_cr of the mother liquor scraps. The toxicity of MSG wastewater to the test crops was in the order of tomato > Chinese cabbage > wheat, indicating that tomato was the most sensitive to the wastewater, and could be considered as an ideal toxic bioindicator. The half-effect concentrations (IC₅₀) based on the seed germination and root elongation of the test crops exposed to the wastewater discharged from various processing phases of MSG production was 22.0–32 432 and 17.3–3320 mg/L, respectively. 旅游城市环境规划优化方法与应用研究(Ⅰ)不确定性多目标规划模型

以旅游城市环境系统的综合性、多目标性、动态性和不确定性的特征出发，提出用不确定性模糊多目标规划（IFMOP）模型来解决旅游城市 环境规划优化问题。通过建立旅游城市环境不确定性模糊多目标规划系统模型（IFMOPMTCE），使旅游城市环境系统的特性在模型建立和求解过程中得以充分反映，同时也有效地协调了环境经济等目标之间的矛盾与冲突，该研究为旅游城市环境规划工作提供了一种较为有力的工具。
