A case is presented of a 73-year-old man with drug resistant ventricular tachycardia that originated from the right ventricular outflow tract. A right ventriculogram showed a diverticulum in the interventricular septum at the right ventricular outflow tract. Low energy radiofrequency catheter ablation within the diverticulum was performed successfully and safely.  相似文献

Cobalt-dispersed carbons were synthesized by pressure pyrolysis of cobaltocene-divinylbenzene and phenylallylcobaltocene-divi nylbenzene at 125 MPa below 700° C. The carbons resulting from cobaltocene-divinylbenzene contained uniformly dispersed fine particles, < 20 nm diameter, of metallic cobalt of lower crystallinity, which were composed of ferromagnetic and superparamagnetic particles. Metallic cobalt particles of cubic and hexagonal structures with higher crystallinity were formed during pyrolysis of phenylallylcobaltocene-divinyibenzene. Cobaltucence-divinylbenzene and phanylallylcobaltocene-divinylbenzene changed their magnetic properties from diamagnetism to paramagnetism at 250 and 200° C, respectively. The infrared absorption band of the cyclopentadienyl ring at 995 cm–1 disappeared at 350° C in cobaltocene divinylbenzene and at 300° C in phenylallylcobaltocene-divinylbenzene. Superparamagnetic particles from cobaltocene-divinylbenzene aggregated and crystallized to produce larger particles of diameter 30 to 100 nm, which increased the magnetization during thermomagnetic measurement. The saturation magnetization of cobalt-dispersed carbons from phenylallylcobaltocene-divinylbenzene was higher by about 10% than that from cobaltocene-divinylbenzene. The coercive forces of cobalt-dispersed carbon from phenylallylcobaltocene-divinylbenzen and cqbaltocene-divinylbenzene were 350 and 250 Oe (2.79 × 104 and 1.99 × 104 Am–1), respectively.  相似文献

Monolithic glass-ceramics containing Al2O3 or TiO2 were prepared in the ZrO2-SiO2 system by the sol-gel process from metal alkoxides. Tetragonal ZrO2 was precipitated by heat treatment at 900–1200 °C and its crystal growth was increased by adding TiO2 or Al2O3. Further heating at higher temperature resulted in the precipitation of zircon and monoclinic ZrO2 which was transformed from tetragonal ZrO2. The addition of Al2O3 had less effect on both the tetragonal-to-monoclinic ZrO2 transformation and the precipitation of zircon. The fracture toughness increased as the size of tetragonal ZrO2 particles increased and then decreased with the appearance of monoclinic ZrO2 or zircon. The fracture toughness of the glass-ceramics was measured in the glass-forming regions of the ZrO2-Al2O3-SiO2 system. The fracture toughness was sensitively dependent on both Al2O3 and ZrO2 content, of which the highest value achieved was 9 MPa m1/2 for the 50ZrO2·10Al2O3·40SiO2 composition.  相似文献

Because of the significant changes in environmental policies and electric power deregulation in the last decade, a lot of photovoltaic generations (PV) have been and will be installed into the power system in Japan and the ratio of PVs to other synchronous generators will be increased. As a countermeasure against the decrease in the rotational inertia in the whole power system, a virtual synchronous generator (VSG) model control of the PV has so far been proposed. However, the system stabilization effect of the VSG in large‐scale power systems has been unclear. In this paper, a virtual step‐out blocking method of VSG for improving the transient stability is proposed. In addition, the necessity of governor control of VSG in a large‐scale power system is discussed. Finally, the rated kw and kwh capacities of the battery required for realizing the VSG‐model control are evaluated.  相似文献

Silver nanorods were prepared by a seed-mediated growth approach, and self-assembled into two-dimensional ordered arrays on glass substrates. The polarization-dependent optical responses of the rods were measured, which indicated ordered alignment. These arrays were evaluated as potential surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) substrates using trans-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene molecules. The SERS signals were observed to be enhanced with the increase of the aspect ratio of the Ag nanorod, and this was mainly attributed to the local field enhancement. The lateral arrangement of the Ag nanorod arrays was also partially responsible for the SERS enhancement.  相似文献

A cosmic dust detector for use onboard a satellite is currently being developed by using piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate (PZT). The characteristics of the PZT detector have been studied by bombarding it with hypervelocity iron (Fe) particles supplied by a Van de Graaff accelerator. One central electrode and four peripheral electrodes were placed on the front surface of the PZT detector to measure the impact positions of the incident Fe particles. It was demonstrated that the point of impact on the PZT detector could be identified by using information on the time at which the first peak of the output signal obtained from each electrode appeared.  相似文献

To elucidate the cellular mechanism by which angiotensin II (ANG II) induces cardiac hypertrophy, we investigated the possible autocrine/paracrine role of endogenous endothelin-1 (ET-1) in ANG II-induced hypertrophy of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes by use of synthetic ET-1 receptor antagonist and antisense oligonucleotides to preproET-1 (ppET-1) mRNA. Northern blot analysis and in situ hybridization revealed that ppET-1 mRNA was expressed in cardiomyocytes, but, to a lesser extent, in nonmyocytes as well. ANG II upregulated ppET-1 mRNA level by threefold over control level as early as 30 min, and it stimulated release of immunoreactive ET-1 from cardiomyocytes in a dose- and time-dependent manner. ET-1 stimulated ppET-1 mRNA levels after 30 min in a similar fashion as ANG II. Tetradecanoylphorbol-acetate (10(-7) M) mimicked the effects of ANG II and ET-1 on induction of ppET-1 mRNA. ANG II-induced ppET-1 gene expression was completely blocked by protein kinase C inhibitor H-7 or by down-regulation of endogenous protein kinase C by pretreatment with phorbol ester. ET-1 and ANG II stimulated twofold increase [3H]leucine incorporation into cardiomyocytes, whose effects were similarly and dose dependently inhibited by endothelin A receptor antagonist (BQ123). Introduction of antisense sequence against coding region of ppET-1 mRNA into cardiomyocytes resulted in complete blockade with ppET-1 mRNA levels and [3H]leucine incorporation stimulated by ANG II. These results suggest that endogenous ET-1 locally generated and secreted by cardiomyocytes may contribute to ANG II-induced cardiac hypertrophy via an autocrine/paracrine fashion.  相似文献

Soil behavior at the side of an embedded structure with rectangular base area is formulated. The soil medium is idealized as a stack of horizontal sheets interconnected by distributed vertical springs. Each sheet is made of a previously proposed column-spring system. The computed results indicate that, at frequencies higher than the fundamental natural frequency of the soil medium, the vertical springs can be eliminated and each sheet can be treated as an independent sheet in the plane strain condition. This approximation and Galerkin’s method for weighted residuals lead to very simple expressions for the soil stiffnesses per depth at the side of a structure with rectangular cross section. The formulations developed are computationally very convenient and confirmed to produce results close to those computed by a far more rigorous method. The dynamic soil stiffnesses at the side of a structure are computed for various cases. The dynamic response analyses of partially embedded structures are presented to demonstrate the application of the approach and formulations developed.  相似文献
