长江三角洲地区生态环境建设模式研究

该文通过对长江三角洲地区的区域特征和生态环境现状分析，建立了区域环境质量评价层次模型，结合区域生态经济综合发展目标，揭示出区域生态环境建设规划的内涵及其在资源开发利用中的重要性。提出区域生态环境建设规划方案选优方法，以及区域持续发展对策     

川滇藏三江流域生态环境功能区建设目标及影响预测

三江流域具有特殊严酷的自然环境和相对落后的经济条件,本区域的生态环境极度脆弱,不但限制了本区域的经济发展,还严重威胁着中下游地区的安全。本文运用景观生态学原理,从流域生态环境功能区建设目标及影响预测两个方面分析,提出了三江流域生态功能区建设的措施,对生态功能建设的效果进行了预测。     

六安市生态安全关键地段的识别与分析

生态安全关键地段的识别与分析是区域生态安全格局设计中的重要环节。应用生态因子评分方法和GIS技术对区域生态系统进行敏感性区划,并对区域生态系统服务功能进行评价,得出六安市3个生态安全关键地段：大别山北坡水源涵养地、沿淮行蓄洪湖泊湿地和江淮分水岭易旱区。对这3个关键地段存在的主要生态问题及成因进行分析,从生态安全建设的角度提出对策：建立和实施科学合理的生态补偿机制;尽快建立区域生态安全预警系统;加大科技投入,实行科学规划,综合治理生态环境;转变经济发展方式,倡导各产业生态安全下的生产经营运行模式。     

西藏高原生态安全研究

西藏高原是青藏高原的主体,其平均海拔达4 727 m,有"地球第三极"之称,生态环境十分脆弱,高原地形与生态屏障作用对我国乃至亚洲地区生态安全产生重要影响.基于西藏高原脆弱生态环境和独特生态系统不受破坏、生态系统服务功能与人类生存发展相协调,并对邻近区域环境起到安全保障作用为目的的生态安全进行研究,围绕人类与生态环境之间的相互关系,以生态学、生态经济学和可持续发展原理为指导,采用"3S"技术、野外调查和数理统计相结合的方法,对西藏生态环境问题与成因、经济社会发展对生态环境的影响、生态系统服务功能区域分异,生态承载力与生态风险对生态安全影响等进行了系统调查与评价.通过多学科综合集成,揭示了生态环境脆弱度、人类干扰度和生态安全空间格局,构建了西藏高原生态安全屏障保护与建设体系,为维护西藏高原生态安全和保障区域社会经济可持续发展提供了科学依据.     

哈尔滨市土地利用与生态环境物元评价

针对区域土地利用与生态环境系统的特点,建立了土地利用与生态环境协调评价的指标体系和复合物元模型,以哈尔滨市为例,对各县级单元进行了土地利用与生态环境协调的空间差异评价。结果表明:①物元分析理论对区域土地利用与生态环境评价具有明显的适用性,评价结果显示出哈尔滨市域内土地利用与生态环境协调状况的空间差异明显;②基于复合物元模型进行评价,通过单指标信息可以找出影响区域土地利用与生态环境协调发展的关键问题,如大多数县级区域存在土地集约利用水平较低、面临土壤污染、土壤侵蚀及湿地生态功能脆弱等土地生态环境风险,符合研究区的实际情况;③只有合理制定区域差异化的土地生态环境管制措施,积极引导对土地退化等问题的防治,才能实现区域土地可持续利用、生态环境质量改善和区域可持续发展。     

十堰市构建区域中心城市的SWOT分析

位于湖北省西北部的十堰市,经过40年的发展,已经成为一座经济实力雄厚、城市功能完备、文化底蕴深厚、生态环境良好的现代化城市。随着十堰市经济的不断发展和城市功能的日益完善,十堰在鄂西北比邻地区的影响力也在逐步提高,为此,十堰市政府制订了将十堰市打造成区域中心城市的发展战略,进一步提高十堰的综合实力和知名度。基于十堰市的发展现状、结合相关数据资料,用SWOT法对十堰市构建区域中心城市的战略构想进行分析,提出加强区域协作、准确定位、优化产业结构、积极争取政府政策支持等发展对策。     

关山草原旅游风景区开发中生态环境保护与建设

随着旅游业的迅速发展,生态旅游已成为旅游业一个重要的发展方向。山地是一个生态旅游资源丰富、开发潜力较大之区域,但也是生态环境较脆弱之地带,必然带来生态环境危机。如何在开发中保护生态环境,建设和优化生态环境,使区域社会经济和生态环境协调而持续发展是首要研究的问题。通过对关山草原风景区的开发规划研究、提出关山旅游资源开发中生态环境保护与建设的意见与方法,以促使山地生态环境保护和建设。     

对生态屏障概念内涵与价值的认识

“生态屏障”概念源于我国生态环境建设实践.学术界对此概念的科学内涵和价值进行了有益的探讨,但目前还尚未形成统一的认识.本文通过对生态屏障概念的理论与实践基础的分析,在总结前人研究成果的基础上,提出了对生态屏障概念的新的认识和理解,认为生态屏障就是指“处于某一特定区域的生态系统,其结构与功能符合人类生存和发展的生态要求”.在此基础上对生态屏障的社会实践意义和科学价值进行了探讨,认为生态屏障概念提出的科学价值在于它丰富和拓展了生态系统生态学的内容,促进了恢复生态学理论的发展,同时对生态系统服务功能评价提出了新的要求;其社会实践意义表现在生态屏障概念的提出强调了人与生态环境的关系,明确了生态环境建设的目标;强调了区域性和时序性原则,为生态环境建设规划与实施提供了决策指南,为生态环境建设实践中实施系统工程和长远布局提出了更高的决策目标.     

GIS 与RS 技术支持下的 北京西北地区景观格局优化

在区域尺度上以城市化过程为特征的土地利用活动对景观功能的稳定和景观结构的差异性有着深刻的影响。选择北京西北地区为研究区域, 应用RS 与GIS 技术, 对1989 年、1996 年、2005 年三期LANDSAT TM 图像进行解译判读, 深入分析研究区景观格局时空变化特征, 发现城市扩展造成了生态绿地破碎化、景观连通性降低及景观单一等一系列问题。在此基础上, 本研究以景观流运行受距离、障碍等因素影响原理作为出发点, 采用累积耗费距离模型, 结合景观组分的生态系统服务功能价值和空间作用, 研究了北京西北地区景观结构紧密性和生态功能空间差异, 进而构建源地、生态廊道和生态节点等景观组分来加强生态网络的空间联系, 最后提出本研究区域的景观格局优化方案。该研究方法及结果对北京地区景观生态规划和建设具有重要的理论依据和和参考价值。     

基于景观生态学的山地小城镇建设规划——以重庆柳荫镇为例

由于地形、地貌以及地质条件的复杂性,山地城镇在景观的要素构成、景观格局、景观功能及生态环境都与平原城镇有着相异的特征.在基于山地城镇景观生态特征和生态现状分析的基础上,结合重庆市柳荫镇的建设规划实践,从城镇土地利用规划、生态格局建设和城镇风貌营造三方面,论述了景观生态学对山地城镇建设规划的方法论指导作用.强调了山地城镇生态、视觉廊道建设对城镇生态网络和景观风貌的作用和意义.
