泛长三角地区城市的空间结构演变

随着长江三角洲经济发展带来的环境和成本问题,长江三角洲泛化势在必然.研究泛长三角地区的空间结构演变有利于正确认识和把握其空间发展规律,从而为泛长三角地区的发展提供科学依据.基于扩散理论并结合现代GIS空间分析技术,构建场扩散模型,从城市场空间结构演化角度分析泛长三角地区核心--边缘结构的形成过程.研究发现:泛长三角地区经历了行政中心孕育,行政中心极化,点轴扩散,网络化过渡和复合式核心--边缘结构形成五个阶段.城市场主体区经历了"之"字型--"几"字型--"虾"型--"鳊鱼"型四种空间形态;场强极强区--场强较强区--场强一般区面积呈递增格局并且各自逐年递增;城市节点,扩散通道(线),行政区面的扩散值大大增强,但中部区域普遍大于外缘地带.     

厦漳泉地区外向型经济发展的条件与特征分析

本文分析厦漳泉地区外向型经济发展的基本条件、发展过程，以及近十几年来利用外资的主要特征。在此基础上，对本区进一步加快发展外向型经济的潜在优势进行评述。     

产业集聚对大都市区空间结构演变的影响机制——以北京大都市区为例

主要从产业区形成过程中不同集聚机制对城市空间要素的作用路径着手,分析了产业集聚对城市资本、就业与基础设施三大要素空间格局的影响机制;并结合北京大都市区几个典型产业集聚区的实例,在探讨其不同形成、发展机制的基础上,分析产业集聚对城市空间结构扩展演化具有怎样的作用机制.通过分析认为产业集聚时北京大都市区城市空间要素的作用机制主要体现在:主导资本流动格局、重塑劳动力市场分布和推动周边房地产市场3个方面;并以此推动了北京城市空间发展模式由"摊大饼"向轴向发展延伸,促进了近郊区城市副中心和远郊区新城的形成,使得北京城市空间向多极核、多功能的结构模式发展.     

河南省城市-区域系统空间发展态势与布局优化

城市-区域系统的空间结构布局与城市、区域的协同发展密不可分,城市-区域系统空间结构的整合与优化是城市区域化、区域城市化进程必须要解决的重大战略性问题。目前,河南省着力建设中原经济区,选择合适的空间优化模式与优化战略对其发展尤为重要。基于成长能力评价模型的城市空间发展态势,结合城市相互作用的基本方式,提出了河南省城市-区域系统空间布局优化的"三圈、一廊道、四轴带、双核、多边形组团、五协调区、一经济区"模式,并由此提出其空间优化的战略选择。     

北京市制造业空间格局演化及影响因子分析

制造业的空间扩散是推动城市空间结构呈现多极化、多中心地域系统的主要驱动力, 对制造业区位变迁及影响因素的研究是认识城市空间重构机制的微观基础。本研究基于北京市1996、2001、2010 年制造业企业数据, 以邮政编码区为空间单元, 刻画了北京市制造业空间集聚格局及演化特征。采用计量模型, 检验了导致北京制造业空间重构的主要区位因子, 对比了这些影响因子作用强度随时间的变化以及在制造业行业间的差异。结果表明, 北京市的制造业在中心城区的集聚度明显减弱, 呈显著的郊区化集聚;主要集聚区位于距市中心半径为15~35 km的空间范围内, 总体空间格局呈现出大都市区尺度上的扩散以及产业园区尺度的再集聚特征。计量模型计算结果显示, 区位通达度、集聚经济、科技园区规划与政策引导是北京制造业总体空间格局演化的主要驱动因素, 但不同区位因子的作用强度存在行业间差异。本研究揭示了北京市的制造业空间重组机制是政府规划引导下的市场经济作用机制。认识到城市经济活动空间重组中市场与政府的交互作用机理, 有助于决策者对转型期大都市区制造业空间集聚和扩散格局进行更加有效地引导, 以优化大都市区的空间结构与功能体系。

关中-天水经济区城市体系空间结构的分形特征研究

城市体系的空间结构具有分形特征,分维是反映空间结构优化与否的重要参量。基于分形理论,通过计算关中-天水经济区城市体系的集聚维数和关联维数,探讨分析了该经济区城市体系空间结构的特征,得出关中-天水经济区存在着核心城市不强、城市空间分布集聚不明显、城市体系等级缺失、城市之间关联较弱等制约经济区健康快速发展的因素。最后指出应进一步优化关中-天水经济区城市空间结构以便为促进经济区发展以及西咸国际大都市建设发挥持续性的积极作用。     

全球化与新经济背景下的广州市空间结构

全球化与新经济对城市空间结构的形成和演变产生了深刻的影响。基于统计资料及实际调查,分析了广州城市空间结构的演化过程及格局。结果显示,广州城市演化表现出明显的阶段性,包括单中心增长模式、飞地发展模式、“二元”空间结构模式及融合多核心网络模式。现阶段处于二元空间结构模式的发展阶段,新城市区域与老城市区域在产业结构、人口结构、景观特征等方面存在明显的差异。这种城市空间形态结构的演变及格局,是全球化及新经济因素、体制因素、政策及城市规划因素等多种因素综合作用的结果。近年来,全球化与新经济对城市空间形态发展起着日益重要的作用。广州城市空间结构的分析对我国大都市空间结构研究具有重要的启示意义。     

厦漳泉城市群小时交通圈研究

本文基于2014年厦漳泉城市群交通网络数据和调查数据,采用问卷调查确定城内交通时间及交通时间满意度时间阈值,应用凸壳理论划分城际理论小时交通圈,继而利用城内交通时间修正城际理论小时交通圈,生成城际实际小时交通圈,并结合百度地图划分基于交通时间满意度的城内小时交通圈。研究结果表明：①城际理论小时交通圈均超过本市域范围,而厦门、漳州和泉州各城市城际实际小时交通圈面积相较于城际理论小时交通圈大幅缩小,缩小幅度分别为91.7%、82.9%、83.9%,覆盖区域主要为各自市域范围;②受访者城内交通时间为31~61 min;而使用公交车通常需60 min以上到达汽车站、90 min以上到达动车站,处于不满意甚至很不满意的时间阈值内,其中非常不满意占主导地位;③67.71%的受访者对城际交通时间表示很满意或满意,但69.1%受访者对城内交通时间表示很不满意或不满意。厦漳泉城市群城内交通系统有待改善,建议应完善厦漳泉交通网络尤其是城内交通网络。     

西方城市社会空间结构研究回顾及进展

从城市因子生态分析的视角对近60年的西方城市社会空间结构研究进行回顾,尝试理清其发展的整个脉络和阶段特征,以期为处于发展期的中国城市地理研究提供有价值的经验借鉴.基于因子生态方法的西方城市社会空间结构研究发展过程可以划分为四个阶段:①20世纪50-60年代城市"社会区"概念提出,研究范式发展完善阶段:②60-70年代末期,城市社会空间结构实证案例积累阶段;③80年代初-90年代末,城市社会空间结构实证研究比较总结阶段:④1990年代末至今,城市社会空间结构研究多元化发展阶段.对中国城市社会空间结构研究的借鉴意义有:①基于因子生态的城市社会空间结构研究具有较强的可比性,有助于中国城市社会空间结构特征归纳:⑦今后中国城市社会区空间结构的实证研究应重视空间过程的演化分析;③将城市因子生态分析的定量结果作为实证分析的基础,从定性的角度深入探讨其形成机制、比较归纳中国城市社会区空间结构的特征及与西方城市社会区空间结构的共性与差异.
