互联网产业通过多业态的整合与优化,为"一带一路"带来经济和社会领域资源的重新配置,推动形成区域内经济、文化和社会各种发展形态的融合与重生,其在"一带一路"建设中发挥着日益重要的作用。我国互联网企业应抓紧时机从顶层推进上深化布局,推动相关业务"走出去",在网络信息基础设施建设、数字内容业务推进以及网络安全生态构建等方面发力。政府部门也需稳步引导和推进我国互联网企业"走出去",强化国家对中国互联网企业参与"一带一路"建设的领导、引领,统筹协调在"一带一路"沿线国家的业务推进,为中国互联网企业海外发展提供必要支持。 相似文献

"一带一路"沿线遍布着丰富的农业资源和众多的农业大国。加强农业对外合作,对推动"一带一路"国家战略实施,维护"一带一路"区域乃至世界粮食安全和经济社会稳定发展意义重大。本研究针对"一带一路"农业空间格局、沿线国家与中国的农业双边贸易情况和主要沿线国家农业发展的优劣势进行了研究,并在此基础上提出中国同"一带一路"沿线国家农业合作战略,包括:实施"土地进口"战略;以海外"高科技绿色农业园区"建设为桥头堡,示范带动"一带一路"国家农业资源开发合作;成立"一带一路国家绿色农业国际合作发展联盟"全面促进"一带一路"沿线国家农业资源开发合作等。最后提出了创新农业合作模式,建设示范、保障性重点工程等对策建议。 相似文献

海外园区建设既是"一带一路"建设的主要内容,也是我国与沿线国家经贸合作的重要平台。随着"一带一路"建设工作逐步推进,我国在沿线国家建设海外园区方面取得了巨大成效,然而也面临着诸多困境与挑战。因此,如何在认识我国海外园区建设中存在问题的基础上,借鉴国际海外园区建设经验探索合适的园区建设模式,规范引导各类海外园区建设,成为当前"一带一路"建设的重大理论和实践问题。文章从海外园区建设缘起、分布与类型、建设主体及存在问题方面评估了我国在"一带一路"沿线国家已建境外园区发展情况,总结了国内外境外园区建设主要模式及其对我国在"一带一路"建设海外园区的启示,并提出了推进我国"一带一路"海外园区建设的政策建议。研究表明,政府高层推动建设型、园区开发公司为主导力量建设型、民营企业建设型等是我国海外园区建设可借鉴的三种模式,国家需要加强对海外园区的统筹规划,牵头组织实施具有战略或示范意义的海外园区建设,探讨开放包容性园区发展模式。 相似文献
