目的:建立干扰素-γ(IFN-γ),白细胞介素-2(IL-2),白细胞介素-4(IL-4),白细胞介素-10(IL-10)基因表达的绝对定量实时PCR检测技术。方法:应用实时定量PCR方法检测25名健康运动员生理状态下外周血白细胞IFNγ-、IL-2、IL-4和IL-10 mRNA的表达。结果:应用实时定量PCR方法能够对健康受试者外周血白细胞IFNγ-、IL-2、IL-4和IL-10的mRNA表达进行定量分析,相关系数r>0.99。结论:从分子水平为检测运动过程中细胞因子的改变、评估运动员免疫机能状态提供了简易和准确的检测手段。  相似文献

本文探讨了高住高练低训(HiHiLo)和低住高练(LoHi)对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:1名女子赛艇运动员随机分为高住高练低训(HiHiLo)组和低住高练(LoHi)组。实验期间,两组运动员均采用常氧训练为主,低氧运动为辅的方式训练,实验为期5周。HiHiLo组每周6天低氧睡眠两实验组每周进行3次低氧训练,每次1.5~2h。低氧环境氧分压为15.4%(相当于海拔2500m高度)。分别于低氧训练前1天、低氧训练1、4、5周末及低氧训练结束2周末取血,采用实时定量PCR检测技术观察受试者低氧训练过程中外周血白细胞γ-干扰素(IFN-C)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、穿孔素(…  相似文献

探讨冰球比赛对运动员血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)的影响。选取2005年亚洲冰球联赛中齐齐哈尔队对日本东京队的一场比赛,从齐齐哈尔冰球队中抽取16名参赛运动员作为受试者,于赛前和赛后24h采静脉血测定血清IL-2、sIL-2R。运动员赛前与赛后的血清IL-2平均值均低于临床正常值范围;血清sIL-2R浓度赛后较赛前略有降低,但无显著性意义。判断运动员运动前后免疫机能是否出现异常变化,应与临床正常值作比较;在强调运动负荷、运动性质等因素对IL-2系统影响的同时,应关注影响IL-2系统中细胞因子相互作用的时间因素。建议在冰球比赛前后对运动员进行必要的免疫监测,以避免免疫机能的持续降低影响运动员身体健康。  相似文献

目的:探讨太极拳运动诱导外周血白细胞Thl/Th2型细胞因子mRNA表达情况,以进一步了解太极拳运动对Th1/Th2型细胞因子平衡的影响,探讨太极拳健身的可能免疫学机制。方法:在健康中老年女性学练太极拳前、练习3月和6月时对其外周血白细胞自发性Thl/Th2型细胞因子mRNA表达进行实时定量观测。结果:经过太极拳运动干预,中老年妇女外周血白细胞INF-γmRNA的表达量逐渐降低,3、6月时表达量均与干预前相比存在明显差异;IL-4 mRNA表达量先降低后回升,但仍未达初始水平,且3月时的表达量与干预前相比存在显著性差异;INF-γmRNA与IL-4 mRNA比值逐渐降低,与干预6月相比干预前和干预3月均存在明显差异。结论:太极拳运动使健康中老年妇女Th1/Th2平衡向Th2极化,提示太极拳运动调节机体Thl/Th2型细胞因子的平衡也许是太极拳调节中老年机体免疫力、增强健身效果的可能机制。  相似文献

研究目的观察定量运动对肌糖原贮储不同大鼠脂肪细胞白细胞介素-6及受体和激素敏感性脂肪酶基因表达的变化.研究方法通过跑台运动与膳食干预来造成运动前大鼠肌糖原储备不同,分为正常(肌)糖原组和低(肌)糖原组,然后再进行定量跑台运动.在运动过程中宰杀进行动态观察.通过实时荧光定量PCR法测定脂肪细胞中的白细胞介素-6及受体和激素敏感性脂肪酶的mRNA.结果研究发现,定量运动引起了脂肪组织中IL-6mRNA、IL-6RmRNA和HSLmRNA上升,其中IL-6mRNA和HSLmRNA的上升并不存在肌糖原储备的差异,而IL-6RmRNA则不然.结论定量运动过程中肌糖原储备的差异对脂肪组织IL-6RmRNA的影响深刻,而对IL-6mRNA和HSLmRNA的影响较小.  相似文献

为了探索运动应激对Th1和Th2偏移的影响及其与皮质醇(Cor)、血乳酸(BLA)和血尿素氮(BUN)的关系。以非体育专业男大学生为研究对象,空腹,以200W蹬车2min,间歇5min,重复运动至极度疲劳。检测运动前、运动后即刻和运动后3h Th1型细胞因子干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、Th2型细胞因子白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、T-淋巴细胞转换指数(T-LTI)、血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)以及血清皮质醇(Cor)、血乳酸(BLA)和尿素氮(BUN)浓度等。结果:IFN-γ、IFN-γ,与IL-4比值和T-LTI在运动后即刻和运动后3h分别下降了37%、30%、31%、31%、39%和28%(P〈0.001);IL-4和血清IgG、IgA和IgM在运动前后无明显变化;血清Cor、BLA和BUN浓度在运动后即刻分别增加了的95%、314%、31%(P〈0.001),休息3h后仍无明显恢复。IFN-γ,和IFN-γ,与IL-4比值分别与T-LTI呈正相关(P〈0.05)。IFN-γ与IL-4比值分别与Cor、BUN、BLA以及IFN-γ分别与Cor、BUN之间均呈负相关(P〈0.05);T-LTI分别与Cor、BLA、BUN呈负相关(P〈0.05)。IFN-γ与Ig以及IL-4与BLA、BUN无显著相关。结果说明运动应激时Th1和Th2向Th2方向偏移,细胞免疫功能下调。这些变化与血清Cor和BLA、BUN浓度增加有关。  相似文献

目的:探讨6周递增负荷运动对大鼠Th1/Th2平衡(通过IFN-γ/IL-4比值)的变化和对骨骼肌损伤(通过IL-6)的影响.方法:SPF级雄性SD大鼠120只,随机分成绝对安静组(Absolute control,AC)组、对照组(Control,C)、运动后即刻组(Immediate,I)、运动后3 h组(3 Hours,3H),进行6周递增负荷跑台运动,分别在第0、2、4、6周检测其血清中IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-6的含量,用IFN-γ/IL-4比值代表Th1/Th2的平衡,用IL-6代表运动过程中的骨骼肌的微损伤情况.结果:6周递增负荷运动过程中,IFN-γ/IL-4比值在第0周没有显著性变化.第2周1组和3H组出现了非常显著性下降(P<0.01),第4周1组和3H组有了升高,但与AC组相比没有显著性变化,第6周I组和3H组、AC组相比没有显著性变化;IL-6在整个实验过程中没有出现显著性增高的过程,在第2、4周甚至出现了下降的趋势.结论:6周递增负荷运动末,Th1/Th2平衡没有被破坏,IL-6也没有显著性提高,表明此运动模式没有造成机体Th1/Th2平衡的破坏和骨骼肌损伤,这和其他研究者的结论不一致.  相似文献

目的:探讨运动中淋巴细胞PKC活性对大鼠Th1/Th2平衡的影响。方法:随机将48只大鼠分成不同运动负荷组及对照组,完成相应负荷运动后采集外周血和脾脏,采用ELISA法测试血清IFN-γI、L-4含量,分离并裂解脾脏淋巴细胞获得上清液,采用BCA法定蛋白浓度,通过ELISA分析P-PKC的含量。结果:一次中等负荷运动对Thl/Th2平衡影响不大,一次负重力竭运动后即刻会使IFN-γ和IL-4均下调,超负荷运动10天则使IFN-γ在8h的恢复期内得不到恢复,使Thl/Th2平衡向Th2方向漂移。脾脏淋巴细胞PKC的活性在一次中等负荷运动过程中、后变化不明显,一次负重力竭运动使其活性下降,8h后即可恢复,但经过10天的超负荷运动后恢复8h的PKC活性仍处于较低水平。结论:中等负荷运动对Thl/Th2平衡和PKC活性影响不大1,0天超负荷运动可以使Thl/Th2平衡向Th2方向漂移,可能是脾淋巴细胞PKC活性下降所致。  相似文献

A low digit ratio (2D:4D) and low 2D:4D in the right compared with the left hand (right-left 2D:4D) are thought to be determined by high in utero concentrations of testosterone, and are related to "masculine" traits such as aggression and performance in sports like running and rugby. Low right-left 2D:4D is also related to sensitivity to testosterone as measured by the number of cytosine-adenine-guanine triplet repeats in exon 1 of the androgen receptor gene. Here we show that low right-left 2D:4D is associated with high maximal oxygen uptake (VO2(max)), high velocity at VO2(max), and high maximum lactate concentration in a sample of teenage boys. We suggest that low right-left 2D:4D is linked to performance in some sports because it is a proxy of high sensitivity to prenatal and maybe also circulating testosterone and high VO2(max).  相似文献

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine whether the highest vitamin C supplementation associated with complete bioavailability influences the plasma and blood mononuclear cell IL-6 and IL-10 response to exercise. A double-blinded study of supplementation with vitamin C was performed. After 15 days of supplementation with vitamin C (500 mg · day?1, n = 16) or a placebo (n = 15), participants in the study completed a 15-km run competition. Blood samples were taken before and after competition. Oxidative stress markers, antioxidants, cortisol, IL-6 and IL-10 were determined in plasma or serum. IL-6 and IL-10 protein and mRNA levels were measured in blood mononuclear cells. Although higher plasma and blood mononuclear cell vitamin C levels were observed in the supplemented group when compared with the placebo one, the two groups showed identical exercise-induced changes in all the measured parameters. Exercise induced increased IL-6 and IL-10 levels in plasma and blood mononuclear cells. IL-6 and IL-10 mRNA levels in blood mononuclear cells increased after the competition. After recovery, IL-6 mRNA returned to basal levels and IL-10 mRNA levels remained elevated. In conclusion, exercise induced increased IL-6 and IL-10 production in blood mononuclear cells. However, vitamin C supplementation did not influence IL-6 and IL-10 response to exercise.  相似文献

The relative length of the second and fourth digits (2D:4D) is a putative marker for prenatal testosterone. Low 2D:4D has been reported to correlate with high performance in sport in general. Here, for the first time, we examine the relationship between 2D:4D and performance in elite rugby players. The 44 players (28 forwards, 16 backs) were drawn from the Ospreys Rugby Union Club and 44 age-matched controls. The measures of performance comprised age-adjusted number of international performances (caps) for Wales, a comparison of coaches' first-choice League team with others, and the number of tries scored by backs in club matches. Compared with controls, players were larger and had lower 2D:4D for the right and left hand. With regard to number of caps, players with low 2D:4D in their right hand and low right 2D:4D compared with their left (right ? left 2D:4D difference) had high numbers of caps. First-choice players did not differ significantly from second-choice players in their 2D:4D but they did have a lower right ? left 2D:4D difference than second-choice players. Low right 2D:4D and low right ? left 2D:4D difference were significantly linked with large numbers of tries. We conclude that low right 2D:4D and low right ? left 2D:4D difference are predictors of high rugby performance.  相似文献

Abstract

In this study the relationship between the digit ratio (2D:4D) and artistic gymnastics performance and competition level was investigated in a sample of Caucasian world-class female gymnasts (n = 145). The sample was divided into three competition events (compulsories, free work, final score). Within each event three performance groups (lowest, middle, and highest) were based on the competition scores gathered at the World Championships at Rotterdam, the Netherlands, in 1987. Lengths of the digits were measured on X-rays of the left hand. Several anthropometric dimensions were measured and from those measurements an androgyny index (Bayer & Bayley) and somatotype components (endomorphy, mesomorphy, ectomorphy) were calculated. Although significant differences in some anthropometric characteristics between the performance level groups within each competition event were observed, no significant differences in the 2D:4D ratios were found between the performance level groups, varying from 0.918 ± 0.020 to 0.924 ± 0.020. Also, no significant correlations were observed between the 2D:4D ratio and anthropometric, androgyny, and somatotype characteristics, r varying from r = –0.11 to r = +0.12. It can be concluded that in this sample the 2D:4D digit ratio, unlike other anthropometric characteristics, is not a discriminating factor for the performance in artistic gymnastics performance on a world-class level.  相似文献
