脂溢性皮炎是皮肤科常见病和多发病,因发生了面部,美容治疗患者很多,目前多认为此病因是皮脂腺分泌旺盛,表皮真菌感染所致。自1998年以来,我们试用皮肤益生素与皮炎消擦剂联合治疗,增强了抑菌、杀菌作用和平衡腺体分泌的功能。78例患者临床观察使用皮炎消治疗总有效率为72.2%。皮肢益生素与皮炎消联合治疗总有效率为92.5%。疗效增加20.3%,效果显著。  相似文献

目的观察复方黄柏液联合夫西地酸软膏及西替利嗪治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎(以下简称为面部激素性皮炎)的疗效。方法采用随机对照观察方法对108例面部激素性皮炎患者分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组使用复方黄柏液(湿敷)联合夫西地酸软膏(外用),对照组用3%的硼酸溶液湿敷及维生素B6软膏外用;两组均口服西替利嗪片。2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果治疗组有效率为80.77%;对照组有效率为56.86%。两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.16,P〈0.05)。结论复方黄柏液联合夫西地酸软膏及西替利嗪治疗面部激素性皮炎疗效好,无明显不良反应。  相似文献

近年来,随着广谱抗生素、激素和免疫抑制剂的广泛应用,AIDS、糖尿病等疾病的不断增加及器官移植和介入技术的普遍开展,深部真菌感染急剧增多。而我国人口日趋老龄化,老年患者住院感染日渐突出,尤其是真菌感染在近年来不断增加,严重威胁着患者的身心健康和预后。为进一步了解延安市老年患者深部真菌感染情况,分析感染危险因素,有效预防和控制真菌感染,笔者比较研究了89例临床继发深部真菌感染的老年患者的临床资料,分析报道如下。  相似文献

目的探讨免疫表型对蕈样肉芽肿与扁平苔藓、慢性皮炎湿疹鉴别诊断的意义。方法本研究应用ABC免疫组化技术检测15例蕈样肉芽肿,17例慢性皮炎湿疹,17例扁平苔藓,6例正常皮肤的CD1a、CD8、ICAM-1和CD7的表达情况。结果1.蕈样肉芽肿表皮CD1a,CD8,ICAM-1的阳性细胞密度明显高于扁平苔藓、皮炎湿疹和正常皮肤。2.蕈样肉芽肿真皮中CD1a阳性细胞的线性密度高于扁平苔藓、慢性皮炎湿疹和正常皮肤,蕈样肉芽肿真皮内CD8阳性细胞百分比较慢性皮炎湿疹增多,蕈样肉芽肿真皮表达ICAM-1抗原的细胞百分比高于扁平苔癣和慢性皮炎湿疹。3.慢性皮炎湿疹、扁平苔藓真皮内CD7阳性细胞百分比高于蕈样肉芽肿和正常皮肤。结论CD1a、CD8、ICAM-1、CD7免疫表型的研究可能为蕈样肉芽肿和扁平苔藓、慢性皮炎湿疹等一些炎症性皮肤病的鉴别诊断提供一定的线索。  相似文献

报道面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎伴难辨认癣1例.患者男,40岁,面部弥漫红斑、脱屑、丘疹,伴瘙痒、灼热症状,反复发作7a.曾在外院被诊断为脂溢性皮炎、湿疹、接触性皮炎,给予多种糖皮质激素药膏外用.取面部皮屑做真菌直接镜检为阳性,经鉴定为红色毛癣菌.诊断为面部激素依赖性皮炎、难辨认癣.给予伊曲康唑100 mg/次,2次/d,口服;第1周给予曲安奈德益康唑乳膏2次/d外用;第2周给予舍他康唑2次/d外用.2周后患者皮损明显好转,停用口服药物,给予他克莫司1次/d外用.4周后,患者皮损达临床治愈.  相似文献

Seminal work by Louis Pasteur revealed the contribution of fungi – yeasts and microsporidia to agroindustry and disease in animals, respectively. More than 150 years later, the impact of fungi on human health and beyond is an ever-increasing issue, although often underestimated. Recent studies estimate that fungal infections, especially those caused by Candida, Cryptococcus and Aspergillus species, kill more than one million people annually. Indeed, these neglected infections are in general very difficult to cure and the associated mortality remains very high even when antifungal treatments exist. The development of new antifungals and diagnostic tools that are both necessary to fight fungal diseases efficiently, requires greater insights in the biology of the fungal pathogens of humans in the context of the infection, on their epidemiology, and on their role in the human mycobiota. We also need a better understanding of the host immune responses to fungal pathogens as well as the genetic basis for the increased sensitivity of some individuals to fungal infections. Here, we highlight some recent progress made in these different areas of research, in particular based on work conducted in our own laboratories. These progresses should lay the ground for better management of fungal infections, as they provide opportunities for better diagnostic, vaccination, the development of classical antifungals but also strategies for targeting virulence factors or the host.  相似文献

Coding tandem repeats are adjacent sequences that are directly repeated. The repeated units can be identical or partially degenerate. They are completely contained within a coding sequence and are composed of repeated units in which copy number does not disrupt the reading frame. They have been observed in viruses, prokaryotes and eukaryotes. The benefits offered by repeats include the modular construction of new proteins and introduction of rapidly evolving protein sequences which allow faster adaptation to new environments. Here we review the subject of tandem repeats and their relevance in fungi. Emphasis is given to repeat-containing fungal cell wall proteins and their role in generating diversity, adaptation to the environment, immunogenicity, adhesion, and pathogenesis. We describe in detail the recent studies analyzing coding tandem repeats in the model yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae and the important human pathogens Candida albicans and Aspergillus fumigatus. Numerous unanswered questions are highlighted, providing a rich hunting ground for future research.  相似文献

We used an assay based on the uptake of SYTOX Green, an organic compound that fluoresces upon interaction with nucleic acids and penetrates cells with compromised plasma membranes, to investigate membrane permeabilization in fungi. Membrane permeabilization induced by plant defensins in Neurospora crassa was biphasic, depending on the plant defensin dose. At high defensin levels (10 to 40 microM), strong permeabilization was detected that could be strongly suppressed by cations in the medium. This permeabilization appears to rely on direct peptide-phospholipid interactions. At lower defensin levels (0.1 to 1 microM), a weaker, but more cation-resistant, permeabilization occurred at concentrations that correlated with the inhibition of fungal growth. Rs-AFP2(Y38G), an inactive variant of the plant defensin Rs-AFP2 from Raphanus sativus, failed to induce cation-resistant permeabilization in N. crassa. Dm-AMP1, a plant defensin from Dahlia merckii, induced cation-resistant membrane permeabilization in yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) which correlated with its antifungal activity. However, Dm-AMP1 could not induce cation-resistant permeabilization in the Dm-AMP1-resistant S. cerevisiae mutant DM1, which has a drastically reduced capacity for binding Dm-AMP1. We think that cation-resistant permeabilization is binding site mediated and linked to the primary cause of fungal growth inhibition induced by plant defensins.  相似文献

Chitin is the second most abundant organic and renewable source in nature, after cellulose. Chitinases are chitin-degrading enzymes. Chitinases have important biophysiological functions and immense potential applications. In recent years, researches on fungal chitinases have made fast progress, especially in molecular levels.
