比较不同频率的正弦交变电磁场对SD青年大鼠骨密度及骨形态计量指标的影响,筛选可有效提升大鼠骨密度的频率参数。将32只8周龄SD雌性大鼠随机分为4组:对照组、15 Hz组、30 Hz组、45 Hz组;除对照组外,实验组大鼠每天都给予相应频率的1.8 m T正弦交变电磁场干预,干预时间为90 min。磁场干预8周后,双能X射线骨密度仪检测大鼠全身骨密度、右侧股骨骨密度和椎骨骨密度,ELISA分析血清中骨形成与骨吸收生化指标的含量,右侧胫骨进行荧光间距测量与骨形态计量分析。相比于对照组,15 Hz组、45 Hz组大鼠的全身骨密度、股骨骨密度、椎骨骨密度均明显升高(P0.05),血清中骨钙素与骨保护素含量也显著提升(P0.05);实验组大鼠的胫骨双荧光间距与骨组织静态参数均高于对照组(P0.05)。结果表明,15 Hz、45 Hz正弦交变电磁场可有效提升青年大鼠的骨密度,从而可预防骨质疏松的发生。  相似文献

目的:探究阿仑膦酸钠片联合骨碎补煎剂对老年骨质疏松患者血清MMP-9及TNF-α水平的影响及临床疗效。方法:收集我院骨科收治的老年骨质疏松患者72例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联用骨碎补煎剂治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、骨密度、血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、骨转化指标。结果:试验组临床总有效率(91.67%)显著高于对照组(72.22%),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清MMP-9,TNF-α、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端延长肽(TPⅠNP)及Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)水平均降低,而甲状旁腺素(PTH)水平升高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组相比,试验组患者治疗后血清MMP-9,TNF-α、TPⅠNP及β-CTX水平较低,而PTH水平较高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者腰椎L2~4、股骨颈、Wards三角区以及股骨大转子骨密度均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,试验组L2~4、股骨颈骨密度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:阿仑膦酸钠片联合骨碎补煎剂对老年骨质疏松患者的临床疗效显著,下调MMP-9及TNF-α水平,改善骨代谢。  相似文献

目的:探讨重组人骨保护素对于激素性股骨头坏死患者的骨密度和髋关节Harris评分的影响。方法:选取我院骨科已经确诊的110例激素性股骨头坏死患者,随机分为对照组(给予仙灵骨葆胶囊)和观察组(给予仙灵骨葆胶囊和重组人骨保护素),连续治疗4周,检测并比较两组患者治疗前后的骨密度、髋关节Harris评分、血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)、Ⅱ型胶原羧基端端肽(CTX-Ⅱ)水平以及复发率变化。结果:与对照组相比较,观察组患者腰椎骨和股骨近端的骨密度较高平(P0.05);髋关节Harris评分总有效率(92.73%)显著高于对照组(76.36%)(P0.05)。两组血清TRAP及CTX-Ⅱ水平显著低于治疗前,且试验组血清TRAP及CTX-Ⅱ水平显著低于对照组(P0.05),与对照组相比,观察组复发率较低(P0.05)。结论:重组人骨保护素能够抑制骨吸收,提高骨密度和强度,改善髋关节功能,有望成为激素性股骨头坏死的新型治疗方法。  相似文献

为讨论中药(巴戟天)结合运动干预(振动干预)处方对老年2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素敏感性和骨密度(bone mineral density, BMD)的影响效果,本研究将100只SPF级SD大鼠随机将分为高脂饲料喂组(HF组,n=80),正常喂食组(F组, n=20),12周后高HF组的80只SD大鼠注射链脲佐菌素(stz),构建2型糖尿病骨质疏松动物模型,4周后对所有大鼠进行糖代谢、胰岛素敏感性、骨质代谢、BMD前测和评价造模,一般饲料正常喂食的F组20只大鼠为对照组(C组, n=20),造模成功的2型糖尿病骨质疏松大鼠随机分为糖尿病模型组(T组, n=16)、振动干预组(V组, n=16)、巴戟天摄入组(M组, n=16)和巴戟天摄入+振动干预组(MV组, n=16),进行为期24周干预。干预后,对所有参与实验的SD大鼠胰岛素敏感性指标、糖代谢指标、BMD、骨质代谢指标进行检测。本研究发现经过24周干预,D组、M组空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose, FBG)后测结果显著高于前测p0.05,V组、MV组后测显著低于前测p0.05,V组、MV组FBG后测结果显著低于D组、M组p0.05;D组大鼠股骨BMD后测结果显著低于前测p0.05,V组、M组、MV组大鼠股骨BMD后测结果显著高于前测和D组p0.05。D组大鼠尿HOP、DPD、血浆TRACP后测结果显著高于前测p0.05,V组、M组、MV组大鼠后测结果显著低于前测和D组p0.05。因此本研究认为巴戟天结合振动干预的处方能够对老年2型糖尿病起到改善胰岛素敏感性,降低骨吸收,提升骨密度的作用。  相似文献

目的:研究低聚异麦芽糖对模拟失重大鼠肠道益生菌的影响以及与骨钙代谢变化的关系。方法:30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组(每组10只)FC组;普通对照组(饲喂普通饲料);SC组,模拟失重对照组(饲喂普通饲料);SS组,模拟失重低聚异麦芽糖组(饲喂普通饲料 低聚异麦芽糖),实验期21d。结果:SC组大鼠肠道益生菌(主要是双歧杆菌和乳杆菌)数量、饲料钙的表观吸收率、股骨骨密度(BMD),骨钙含量以及骨钙素(BGP)的水平显著低于FC组,而血钙水平明显高于FC组;SS组大鼠肠道益生菌数量,饲料钙的表观吸收率,骨密度,骨钙含量以及骨钙素水平较SC组高,血钙水平显著低于SC组。结论:低聚异麦芽糖可以促进模拟失重大鼠肠道益生菌的增殖,减少股骨骨质的丢失,提高股骨BMD,增加骨形成,对骨代谢产生一定的有益影响。  相似文献

目的: 研究染料木黄酮对去势大鼠骨骼矿化的影响.方法: 雌性Wistar大鼠47只随机分为假手术组,去势对照组、去势 雌激素组(己烯雌酚20 μg.kg bw-1.d-1)、去势 染料木黄酮组(剂量分别为25、50、100 mg.kg bw-1.d-1).饲养三个月后处死,测定骨密度、骨矿化相关参数、骨钙、磷、锌、镁、锰、血清甲状旁腺激素、降钙素和雌激素含量.结果: 大鼠去势后,股骨骨密度降低,平均类骨质宽度增大,骨矿化延迟时间和类骨质成熟时间延长,骨中钙、磷、锌、镁和血清雌激素含量降低,与假手术组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05);补充染料木黄酮后,股骨骨密度有改善的趋势,平均类骨质宽度变窄,骨矿化延迟时间和类骨质成熟时间缩短,骨中钙、磷、镁含量升高.结论: 染料木黄酮通过促进类骨质矿化,减少骨中钙、磷、镁丢失,预防骨质疏松的发生.  相似文献

目的:探讨初次行全髋关节置换术后使用阿仑膦酸钠单一用药或阿仑膦酸钠与阿法骨化醇联合用药对患者假体周围骨矿物 质流失的疗效。方法:将60 名患者按照随机数字表法分为阿仑膦酸钠单一药物治疗组(n=18)、阿仑膦酸钠和阿法骨化醇联合治 疗组(n=20)和无药物治疗组(n=22)。术后1、12、24 和48 周,对患者假体周围骨矿物质密度(BMD)和生化标志物进行检测,比较 检测区域测量值的变化。结果:单个测量周期中,单一药物治疗组和联合药物治疗组在股骨矩区域的BMD 均高于无药物治疗组 (P<0.01)。单一药物治疗组和联合药物治疗组尿Ⅰ型胶原N端肽的血浆浓度与骨碱性磷酸酶浓度显著低于无药物治疗组(P< 0.01)。结论:单一药物治疗和联合治疗能显著预防假体周围的骨矿物质流失,尤其对预防股骨矩位置的骨矿物质流失效果显著。  相似文献

目的:研究老年男性血清脂联素与骨密度和骨转化指标之间的关系。方法:对165例男性老年患者采用双能量X线吸收测量仪测定骨密度、肌肉及脂肪量,同时测定患者血清脂联素、骨碱性磷酸酶、甲状旁腺素、25羟维生素D和I型胶原β羧基端肽水平。结果:165例年龄超过58岁男性患者(平均年龄69.4±6.4岁,体重指数24.9±3.1 kg/m2),脂联素与股骨颈骨密度相关系数为-0.31(P〈0.05)、与全髋骨密度相关系数为-0.23(P〈0.05),年龄、BMI和脂肪量校正后,脂联素仅与股骨颈骨密度有显著相关(r=-0.25,P〈0.05);脂联素与骨碱性磷酸酶正相关(r=0.28,P〈0.01),混杂因素校正后,相关仍具有显著性(r=0.19,P〈0.05);脂联素与I型胶原β羧基端肽呈正相关(r=0.15,P〈0.05)。结论:老年男性血清脂联素与股骨颈骨密度和骨ALP密切相关。  相似文献

目的:研究卵巢组织异体移植对去势模型大鼠骨质疏松的治疗作用及其机制。方法:将40只SD雌性大鼠随机分为假手术组、去卵巢模型组,雌激素组和卵巢组织块移植组。采用背部定位切除双侧卵巢,建立去势大鼠模型。造模的同时,将同种异体卵巢组织块植入去卵巢大鼠背部肌肉层以建立卵巢移植模型。雌激素组大鼠按雌激素0.06 mg/kg灌胃进行替代治疗3个月,其他各组均给予等量生理盐水。实验结束后,称量体重和子宫湿重,计算子宫重量指数;HE染色光镜观察大鼠阴道上皮细胞和股骨细胞形态;骨密度仪法检测大鼠全身、股骨和胫骨近端的骨密度;放射免疫法检测血清雌激素(E2)水平。结果:与假手术组相比,模型组大鼠子宫重量指数明显下降(P0.01);血清雌激素水平显著降低(P0.01);阴道上皮细胞较小,无角质化;股骨中的骨小梁数目显著减少,骨吸收明显,呈典型的"岛屿状",骨髓腔增大,髓腔中基质细胞极少;双能X线显示,模型大鼠全身、股骨和胫骨的骨密度均显著减少(P均0.01);与模型组相比,雌激素组和移植组大鼠的子宫重量指数增加明显(P0.01,P0.01);两组大鼠的血清雌激素水平上升显著(P0.01,P0.01);病理切片显示,雌激素组和移植组大鼠的阴道上皮细胞大多呈角质化;雌激素组大鼠皮质骨增厚,骨小梁粗壮,数量多,排列较整齐,骨小梁间距较小,且骨髓腔缩小,骨基质细胞明显增多;移植组大鼠皮质骨面积较大,骨小梁数量和面积增加明显,骨小梁间距小,排列规则,连接增多,骨基质细胞分布均匀。结论:卵巢组织移植可能是通过与靶肌肉组织产生新生血管连接,不断分泌内源性雌激素,后者通过结合子宫、阴道和股骨组织中靶受体-雌激素受体,进而维持子宫和阴道等靶组织的形态与功能,并抑制骨质组织矿物质的丢失,从而达到改善或促进雌性大鼠内分泌功能的目的。  相似文献

目的:测定绝经后女性血清瘦素(leptin)与骨密度及及血清骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)和Ⅰ型胶原交联氨基末端肽(NTx)并探讨其关系。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验测定287名40-80岁健康绝经后女性血清leptin以及血清骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)和Ⅰ型胶原交联氨基末端肽(NTx);用双能X线骨密度扫描仪测定总体、腰椎正位、总髋部骨密度以及体脂、瘦体重;分析它们之间的关系。结果:Leptin与髋部总体BMD呈正相关(r=0.162,P<0.05),校正年龄和体脂后,Leptin与髋部总体BMD相关性消失,Leptin与BAP相关无统计学意义;与NTX呈负相关(r=-0.119,P<0.05),校正年龄和体脂后,相关无统计学意义。BAP与总体骨密度、腰椎骨密度、髋部总体骨密度均呈负相关(r=-0.210,r=-0.236,r=-0.223,P<0.05),校正年龄和体质指数后,相关性都依然存在(r=-0.168,r=-0.187,r=-0.169,P<0.05)。NTx与总体骨密度、腰椎骨密度、髋部总体骨密度均呈负相关(r=-0.238,r=-0.232,r=-0.239,P<0.05),校正年龄和体质指数后...  相似文献

目的观察葛根素对去卵巢大鼠股骨骨密度、颌骨骨密度和血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及雌二醇(E2)水平的影响。方法 3月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(sham group)、单纯去势组(OVX group)、去势+雌二醇治疗组(OVX-estrogen group)和去势+葛根素治疗组(OVX-puerarin group)。给药3个月后测量各组大鼠股骨和颌骨骨密度,血清中TNF-α和CRP及雌二醇(E2)水平。结果 OVX-puerarin组较sham组体重明显增加(P〈0.01);较OVX-estrogen组的TNF-α(P〈0.01)、CRP(P〈0.05)及E2(P〈0.01)水平显著下降;其下颌骨和股骨远端骨密度与OVX组、sham组之间无显著性差异,但其股骨近端骨密度较OVX-estrogen组明显增加(P〈0.05)。结论葛根素作为抗炎因子,能够显著降低TNF-α和CRP的水平,但并不会提高雌激素的水平;葛根素对卵巢切除所致的骨质疏松症有一定的治疗作用,但会明显提高机体体重。  相似文献

We investigated the effects of dietary iron deficiency on bone metabolism by measuring markers of bone turnover in rats. Twelve 3-week-old male Wistar-strain rats were fed a control diet or an iron-deficient diet for 4 weeks. Dietary iron deficiency decreased hemoglobin concentration and increased heart weight. Serum osteocalcin concentration, bone mineral content, bone mineral density, and mechanical strength of the femur were significantly lower in the iron-deficient group than in the control group. These results suggested that dietary iron deficiency affected bone, which might have been due to a decrease in bone formation in rats.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of green tea catechin on bone metabolic disorders and its mechanism in chronic cadmium-poisoned rats. Sprague-Dawley male rats weighing 100+/-10 g were randomly assigned to one control group and three cadmium-poisoned groups. The cadmium groups included a catechin free diet (Cd-0C) group, a 0.25% catechin diet (Cd-0.25C) group and a 0.5% catechin diet (Cd-0.5C) group according to their respective levels of catechin supplement. After 20 weeks, the deoxypyridinoline and crosslink values measured in urine were significantly increased in the Cd-0C group. Cadmium intoxication seemed to lead to an increase in bone resorption. In the catechin supplemented group (Cd-0.5C group), these urinary bone resorption marks, were decreased. The serum osteocalcin content in the cadmium-poisoned group was significantly increased as compared with the control group. In the catechin supplemented group serum osteocalcin content values were lower than the control group. The cadmium-intoxicated group (Cd-0C group), had lower bone mineral density than the control group (total body, vertebra, pelvis, tibia and femur). The catechin supplement increased bone mineral density to about the same as the control group. Bone mineral content showed a similar trend to total bone mineral density. Therefore, the bone mineral content of the Cd-0C group at the 20th week was significantly lower than the control group. The catechin supplemented group (Cd-0.5C group) was about the same as the control group. The cause of decreasing bone mineral density and bone mineral content by cadmium poisoning was due to the fast bone turnover rate, where bone resorption occurred at a higher rate than bone formation. The green tea catechin aided in normalizing bone metabolic disorders in bone mineral density, bone mineral content and bone calcium content caused by chronic cadmium intoxication.  相似文献

Experimental hyperthyroidism had a negative effect on bone mineral density, but did not significantly alter mechanical properties of femur and femoral bone thickness. Estradiol at a dose used in humans for the treatment of osteoporosis decreased seminal vesicle weight and concentration of testosterone but increased bone density in male rats compared to intact animals. In these rats, the mechanical analysis revealed an increased mechanical femur strength higher than the increase in bone density and femoral cortical thickness. When hyperthyroid male rats with low bone density were treated with estradiol in spite of a low plasma testosterone, the changes in bone density resulting from hyperthyroidism were entirely prevented. Estrogens protect the male skeleton against resorbing action of T (3). Treatment with estradiol in male rats with hyperthyroidism did not increase mechanical bone strength or femoral cortical thickness as it did with estradiol administration alone. Our results suggest that exogenously administered estrogens may have therapeutic value in preventing bone loss accompanying triiodothyronine administration, even in male rats with a low testosterone levels. At the concentration studied, estradiol increased in spite of low plasma testosterone, bone mineral density, mechanical strength of femur, and femoral cortical thickness.  相似文献

Silicon is important for the proper growth and development of bone and connective tissues. This study was designed to investigate if water-soluble silicon could be used for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Silicon (Si 20 mg/kg body weight/day) was administrated orally to 17-week-old ovariectomized (OVX) rats for 4 weeks. Silicon did not alter weight gain in OVX rats. Silicon supplementation significantly increased the bone mineral density of the femur (p < 0.05, vs. OVX control group) and tibia in OVX rats (p < 0.05, vs. OVX control group). Serum alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin, two bone formation biomarkers tested, were not significantly altered, but urinary calcium and phosphorous excretion tended to decrease with silicon supplementation. OVX rats with silicon supplementation showed a relatively higher serum CTx compared to the nonsupplemented OVX group (p < 0.01, vs. OVX control group). According to these results, short-term soluble silicon supplementation improved bone mineral density in OVX-induced osteoporosis.  相似文献

目的观察泼尼松灌胃与肌内注射两种不同给药方法对大鼠骨密度、骨生物力学及骨代谢的影响。方法将45只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组(正常组15只、灌胃组15只、肌内注射组15只),其中正常组大鼠作为阴性对照,予0.9%生理盐水灌胃2 m L/d;灌胃组大鼠给予泼尼松0.5 mg/(kg·d)灌胃;肌内注射组大鼠给予泼尼松0.5 mg/(kg·d);12周后测定离体的大鼠椎体骨密度及血清β-CTX、PINP水平变化,采用三点弯曲试验测量股骨皮质骨最大载荷、弹性载荷、断裂载荷等生物力学指标。结果与正常组相比,灌胃组及肌内注射组大鼠椎骨骨密度值均显著性降低(P〈0.05);与灌胃组相比,肌内注射组大鼠椎骨骨密度显著下降(P〈0.05);与正常组相比,灌胃组及肌内注射组大鼠股骨的弹性载荷、最大载荷、断裂载荷均显著降低(P〈0.05),肌内注射组与灌胃组大鼠的弹性载荷、最大载荷、断裂载荷相比差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。与正常组相比,灌胃组及肌内注射组大鼠中血清β-CTX水平均显著升高(P〈0.05)而PINP水平均显著降低(P〈0.05),与灌胃组相比,肌内注射组大鼠血清β-CTX水平显著升高(P〈0.05)而PINP水平显著降低(P〈0.05)。骨组织切片HE染色显示:肌内注射组大鼠的骨小梁明显纤细疏松,造血组织明显减少,脂肪组织明显增多。结论泼尼松对大鼠的骨密度、骨生物力学及骨代谢指标都有影响,而肌内注射泼尼松比口服对骨密度、骨强度、骨代谢的影响更大,更易造成骨质疏松症。因此,建议临床使用泼尼松时选择口服作为给药方式更安全。  相似文献

Excessive intake of dietary phosphate without the company of calcium causes serum parathyroid hormone (s-PTH) concentration to rise. We investigated the effect of a modest but prolonged increase in dietary intake of inorganic phosphate on the bone quantitative factors of mature male rats. Twenty Wistar rats were divided into two groups and fed a high-phosphate diet (1.2% phosphate) or a control diet (0.6% phosphate) for 8 weeks. In the beginning and at the end of the study period, femur and lumbar bone mineral density (BMD), bone mineral content and area were measured using DXA, s-PTH was analyzed from the blood sample, and after sacrifice, right femur was cut loose and processed into paraffin cuts. Bone diameter, inner diameter and cortical width was measured from the hematoxylin- and eosin-dyed femur cuts. Tibias were degraded and calcium and phosphate content was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer. Femoral BMD increased significantly more in the control group than in the phosphate group (P=.005). Lumbar BMD values decreased in both groups, and the fall was greater in the control group (P=.007). The phosphate group had significantly higher s-PTH values (P=.0135). Femoral histomorphometric values or tibial mineral contents did not differ between groups. In conclusion, increase in dietary phosphate intake caused s-PTH to rise and hindered mineral deposition into cortical bone, leading to lower BMD. The effect on trabecular bone was opposing as mineral loss was less in the lumbar spine of phosphate group animals. These results are in concurrence with the data stating that skeletal response to PTH is complex and site dependent.  相似文献

目的探讨降钙素(密盖息)对骨质疏松大鼠骨密度、骨形态计量学影响以及与血钙、磷、维生素D代谢和生长因子的关系。方法用摘除大鼠双侧卵巢的方式制备骨质疏松模型(OVX),实验动物分为4个组:模型对照组、密盖息治疗组,盐酸雷洛昔芬治疗组,假手术组。应用HOLOGIC第4代双能X线4500W骨密度仪测定大鼠腰椎、股骨上段骨密度值(BMD);以骨形态计量学测股骨骨小梁面积、矿化沉积率;用ELISA法测定血清IGF-1水平和血清25OHVitD浓度以及血淋巴细胞维生素D受体(VDR)含量。结果密盖息治疗组、盐酸雷洛昔芬治疗组均较OVX组腰椎、股骨上段骨密度增高,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。密盖息治疗组较盐酸雷洛昔芬治疗组股骨上段骨密度增高,两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。密盖息治疗组骨小梁面积明显增加、矿化沉积率增高。密盖息治疗组、盐酸雷洛昔芬治疗组血清IGF-1浓度值、血清25-OHVitD浓度值升高,与OVX组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。各组血淋巴细胞VDR含量无明显变化,与OVX组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论密盖息能够预防腰椎、股骨上段骨密度丢失,使骨小梁面积明显增加、矿化沉积率增高并且血清IGF-1及血清25-OHVitD浓度值升高,但对VDR含量无明显作用。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of silicon (Si) supplementation on bone mineral density (BMD) and bone metabolism parameters relative to calcium (Ca) intake levels in ovariectomized rats. A total of 72 female Wistar rats (6 weeks) were ovariectomized (OVX) and divided into six groups, and Si (500 mg of Si per kilogram of feed) was or was not administered with diets containing various levels of Ca (0.1%, 0.5%, and 1.5%) for 10 weeks. The groups were as follows: (1) Ca-deficient group (0.1% Ca), (2) Ca-deficient with Si supplementation group, (3) adequate Ca group (0.5% Ca), (4) adequate Ca with Si supplementation group, (5) high Ca group (1.5% Ca), and (6) high Ca with Si supplementation group. Si supplementation significantly increased the BMD of the femur and tibia in Ca-deficient OVX rats, while no change was observed with Si supplementation in the BMD of the spine, femur, and tibia in the adequate and high Ca groups. Serum alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin levels were not affected by Si supplementation or Ca intake levels. C-telopeptide type I collagen levels were significantly decreased as a result of Si supplementation in Ca-deficient OVX rats. In summary, Si supplementation produced positive effects on bone mineral density in Ca-deficient OVX rats by reducing bone resorption. Therefore, Si supplementation may also prove to be helpful in preventing osteoporosis in postmenopausal women whose calcium intake is insufficient.  相似文献

目的观察中等强度跑台运动对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的预防作用。方法将30只3月龄未经产雌性SD大鼠随机分为假手术、去卵巢静止和去卵巢运动三个组。去卵巢运动组每周进行4次时间45min、速度18m/min、坡度5°的跑台训练。实验结束时,检测血清雌二醇(E2)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)和骨钙素(BGP)水平以及右侧游离股骨和胫骨的骨密度(BMD)和骨矿物含量(BMC);同时观察左侧股骨远端和胫骨近端组织形态学变化。结果与假手术组比较,去卵巢静止组大鼠血清ALP活性和BGP含量显著升高,血清TRAP活性和E2含量显著下降,股骨近段和远端以及胫骨近端BMD和BMC显著下降,股骨远端和胫骨近端骨小梁断裂增加、数目减少;与去卵巢静止组比较,去卵巢运动组大鼠血清E2和BGP含量显著上升,股骨三个部位以及胫骨近端BMD和BMC显著增加,股骨远端和胫骨近端骨小梁断裂减少、数目增加。结论中等强度跑台运动能增加去卵巢大鼠血清E2和BGP含量,改善去卵巢大鼠骨组织学结构。  相似文献
