8种杀虫剂对稻纵卷叶螟的田间药效试验表明:20 d后,1.8%阿维菌素乳油对稻纵卷叶螟的防治效果达90.52%,20%三唑磷的防治效果为40.12%,18%杀虫双的防治效果为67.77%;阿维菌素乳油比杀虫双和三唑磷防效分别提高22.75和50.4个百分点,且防效时间长、经济省力、无药害现象发生,在水稻上使用安全.  相似文献

田间药效结果表明,小菜蛾颗体病毒与苏云金杆菌混合悬浮对小菜蛾(Plutellaxylostella L.)有较好的防治效果,药后5天,小菜蛾颗体病毒与苏云金杆菌混合悬浮剂高剂量组100ml/667 m2的防效为77.46%明显高于对照药剂高效Bt可湿性粉剂,药后7d防治效果仍达75.89%.该药剂对菜青虫具有一定的兼治作用,对天敌影响较少,田间药效表现较为迟缓,试验期间无药害现象发生.能降低化学农药的使用量,有助于延缓害虫抗药性的产生,减少对环境的影响,促进绿色食品的产生.田间使用防治小菜蛾时,以其商品量75~100 ml/667m2左右为宜.  相似文献

为了综合评价常用杀螨剂对荔枝叶螨Oligonychus litchii的室内毒力,在室内分别采用Potter喷雾法、浸叶碟法和浸叶法测定了5种常用杀螨剂对荔枝叶螨成螨、卵和若螨的毒力,并测定了5种杀螨剂对荔枝叶螨的田间防效。室内毒力结果表明:哒螨灵、阿维菌素对荔枝叶螨成螨和若螨有较高的毒力,联苯肼酯对成螨和若螨的毒力较低,而螺螨酯和乙螨唑对成螨基本无活性,对若螨有一定的毒力;5种杀螨剂对卵的毒力大小依次为乙螨唑螺螨酯哒螨灵阿维菌素联苯肼酯。田间防效试验中,15%哒螨灵乳油和1.8%阿维菌素乳油对荔枝叶螨的总体防效较好,药后1 d防效高于70%,药后10 d防效达100%,药后20 d防效仍在90%以上,速效性和持效性均较好;240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂和110 g/L乙螨唑悬浮剂对荔枝叶螨药后3 d防效均低于70%,而药后20 d的防效高于90%,说明两药剂速效性较差但持效性较好;43%联苯肼酯悬浮剂药后1、3 d防效低于阿维菌素和哒螨灵,高于螺螨酯和乙螨唑,药后15 d防效开始下降。在田间防治荔枝叶螨时,若荔枝叶螨发生早期、成螨较少时建议施用螺螨酯或乙螨唑,而荔枝叶螨种群中成螨、若螨较多时推荐施用阿维菌素、哒螨灵或联苯肼酯。  相似文献

[目的]为明确强力源、有机硅和怀农特3种喷雾助剂对吡虫啉、阿维菌素、苦参碱的减量增效作用.[方法]采用浸虫浸叶法和喷雾法开展烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci室内毒力测定和田间药效试验.[结果]3种喷雾助剂对3种药剂的增效作用从高到低依次为强力源>有机硅>怀农特.施用吡虫啉、阿维菌素和苦参碱48 h后,烟粉虱若虫的LC50分别为37.7146、1.8062和10.5632 mg/L,添加强力源后烟粉虱若虫LC50分别降低到13.0188、1.0990和2.7116 mg/L;添加有机硅后烟粉虱若虫LC50分别降低到16.1900、1.2719和3.1609 mg/L;添加怀农特后LC50分别降低到20.0851、1.3247和3.7603 mg/L.田间试验结果表明,3种药剂减量20%和30%添加3种喷雾助剂均显著高于3种单剂的防效,3种药剂减量40%添加强力源和有机硅对烟粉虱的防效显著高于每种单剂,添加怀农特略高于或者与每种单剂的防效持平.施药后3d,各处理对烟粉虱的防效达到最高,吡虫啉、阿维菌素、苦参碱减量20%添加强力源对烟粉虱的防效分别高达97.11%、90.83%、88.17%.施药7d后吡虫啉减量40%添加3种喷雾助对烟粉虱的防效仍保持在75.55%-80.76%,阿维菌素减量40%添加3种喷雾助剂保持在71.84%-79.12%,苦参碱减量40%添加3种喷雾助剂保持在68.60%-75.74%.[结论]3种药剂的常规用量减量20%-30%,并通过添加强力源、有机硅和怀农特3种喷雾助剂可提高对烟粉虱的防治效果.  相似文献

分别测定了8种杀虫剂对稻纵卷叶螟的室内毒力及田间防效,结果表明:8种杀虫剂对稻纵卷叶螟的LC50为0.671-10171.07mg.L-1,毒力由高到低的顺序为:甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐>阿维菌素(B1)>氟虫腈>氟铃脲>丙溴磷>毒死蜱>三唑磷>杀虫单。甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、阿维菌素(B1)、氟虫腈、氟铃脲对稻纵卷叶螟的毒力分别为杀虫单的15180.7、5619.3、1611.9、997.2倍。在推荐剂量下,氟虫腈、丙溴磷、毒死蜱对稻纵卷叶螟防治效果较好,防效分别达86.11%、84.73%、83.37%。  相似文献

田间调查结果表明,6月期间,田间小菜蛾种群密度处于相对较高水平,但在7月初至8月初期间急剧下降,8月下旬开始逐渐升高,9月~11月期间,小菜蛾种群密度显著高于春季的6月及夏季的8月下旬。总体上看,与25°C处理相比,40°C预处理田间小菜蛾8h后,氰戊菊酯、甲胺磷和阿维菌素对田间小菜蛾的24h和48h毒力均显著增高。与25℃处理相比,33.5°C预处理24h、36°C预处理8h和36℃预处理24h均显著抑制田间小菜蛾多功能氧化酶活性,且随着高温处理时间延长,抑制率明显增大。上述结果表明,夏季高温可导致田间小菜蛾种群密度急剧下降,并会显著抑制田间小菜蛾对杀虫剂的抗性水平及多功能氧化酶活性。  相似文献

【目的】西花蓟马是一种世界性的危险性入侵害虫,筛选防治西花蓟马的有效药剂可为生产中科学用药提供依据。【方法】通过室内毒力测定和田间药效试验,测定了2种化学药剂和8种生物药剂对西花蓟马成虫的致死中浓度(LC_(50))和药后不同时期的防治效果。【结果】室内毒力测定依据LC_(50)值将各药剂对西花蓟马的敏感性由高到低依次排序为乙基多杀菌素(0.1958 mg·L~(-1))、印楝素(0.9399 mg·L~(-1))、苦参碱(1.2483 mg·L~(-1))、阿维菌素(1.8096 mg·L~(-1))、高效氯氰菊酯(4.4458 mg·L~(-1))、藜芦碱(10.7628 mg·L~(-1))、鱼藤酮(18.1898 mg·L~(-1))、吡虫啉(46.3964 mg·L~(-1))、松脂酸钠(131.5214 mg·L~(-1))、苏云金杆菌(446.2318 mg·L~(-1));田间药效试验发现,乙基多杀菌素和吡虫啉防治西花蓟马均表现出较强的速效性和持效性,药后1~14 d的防效分别可达84%和73%以上;其次是藜芦碱,药后1~14 d的防效可达48.15%~61.37%;高效氯氰菊酯的防效较低,药后14 d的防效为46.22%;生物药剂阿维菌素、苏云金杆菌、苦参碱、印楝素的速效性均较低,但防效随施药后时间的延长而逐渐上升;鱼藤酮持效性最低。【结论】乙基多杀菌素和吡虫啉可推荐为生产中防治西花蓟马的首选药剂,植物源药剂藜芦碱和生物药剂阿维菌素可作为交替使用药剂。  相似文献

为寻找新的高活性杀虫化合物,本研究以小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)为靶标筛选出杀虫抗生素3704.室内生测试验表明:抗生素3704粗提物处理2龄小菜蛾幼虫24、48和72 h,LC5o分别为59.82842、38.66165和22.69325 μ/mL.盆栽试验表明:处理后48 h,500 μg/mL的杀虫素3704粗提物对小菜2龄幼虫的防治效果与8 μg/mL阿维菌素同期防效相当,但施药时间延长至72 h和96 h后,防治效果低于阿维菌素.分离纯化链霉菌3704杀虫活性物质,鉴定出其化学结构为已知杀螨剂哒螨酮(pyridaben),本研究首次报道从微生物次级代谢产物中分离出该化合物.  相似文献

为了筛选出对荔枝蝽Tessaratoma papillosa高效低毒低投入的药剂,在室内采用喷雾法初步测定了16种常用杀虫剂对荔枝蝽成虫的活性,进一步测定了辛硫磷、丁醚脲和氟啶虫胺腈等3种药剂对荔枝蝽成虫、1龄若虫和2龄若虫的室内毒力,并开展了3种杀虫剂对荔枝蝽的田间防效试验。室内毒力结果表明:甲氰菊酯、杀虫双、阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、哒螨灵、茚虫威、虫螨腈、多杀霉素、乙基多杀霉素、灭蝇胺、异丙威等11种药剂对荔枝蝽成虫活性较低,辛硫磷、丁醚脲和氟啶虫胺腈对荔枝蝽有较高的杀虫活性,3种药剂对成虫72 h后的LC50分别为102.32、226.88和207.59 mg/L,对1龄若虫分别为42.41、120.90和87.59 mg/L,对2龄若虫分别为62.65、180.20和148.75 mg/L。在田间防效试验中,辛硫磷对荔枝蝽成虫药后1 d的防效高达82.46%;氟啶虫胺腈对荔枝蝽成虫药后1 d防效达89.23%,药后7 d防效维持在85.03%;丁醚脲对荔枝蝽成虫的最高防效为71.63%,与高效氯氟氰菊酯的防效相当。辛硫磷、丁醚脲和氟啶虫胺腈的防效投入比分别为9.68、36.25和176.41。辛硫磷投入低、速效性好且光解快,可作为防治荔枝蝽的应急药剂使用,氟啶虫胺腈和丁醚脲防效较好,但投入高,可作为对荔枝蝽有重要潜在研究价值的药剂。  相似文献

24%异丙威·阿维菌素乳油对甜菜夜蛾的田间药效试验结果表明,该混剂药后3天、7天和10天校正防治效果优于异丙威和阿维菌素乳油两个单剂。该混剂用量为50 g/667 m2,药后3天、7天和10天的校正防效分别为82.38%、87.49%和88.90%;用量为37.5 g/667 m2,防效分别为78.21%、83.97%和85.24%。35%丙溴磷·阿维菌素乳油对甜菜夜蛾的田间药效试验结果表明,其对甜菜夜蛾速效性和持效性均佳。该混剂用量为50 g/667 m2,药后3天、7天和10天其校正防效分别为86.15%、91.37%和91.32%;用量为37.5 g/667 m2,防效分别为80.73%、87.40%和88.39%。  相似文献

Wild-type Chinese hamster ovary cells (AA8) and five excision-deficient clones derived from the AA8 line (UV-4, UV-5, UV-20, UV-24 and UV-41) were exposed to ultraviolet light and then analyzed for their ability to incorporate [3H]thymidine and to initiate as well as elongate replicon-sized DNA fragments. After exposure to ultraviolet light, all cell lines exhibited a depression in the rate of thymidine incorporation. For exposures of 4.0 J/m2 or higher the wild-type cells recovered normal rates of thymidine incorporation within a few hours, while none of the excision-deficient lines exhibited complete recovery. For fluences below 4.0 J/m2 all but the UV-5 line exhibited at least some recovery. The ability to elongate DNA chains appeared to correlate with the thymidine incorporation data, with the UV-5 line exhibiting the strongest blockage of DNA chain elongation, the AA8 line exhibiting the least blockage, and the UV-20 line exhibiting an intermediate response. All cell lines exhibited a decrease in the distance between replication origins, thus supporting models which propose that exposure to ultraviolet light results in the use of alternative sites for the initiation of replication.  相似文献

A wild-type strain was isolated from slightly rotted pears after three rounds of enrichment culture, identified as Saccharomyces cerevisiae 3308, and evaluated for its fermentation capability of second generation bioethanol and tolerance of temperature, glucose and ethanol. S. cerevisiae 3308 was mutated by using the physical and chemical mutagenesis methods, ultraviolet (UV) and diethyl sulfate (DES), respectively. Positive mutated strains were mainly generated by the treatment of UV, but numerous negative mutations emerged under the treatment of DES. A positive mutated strain, UV-20, produced ethanol from 62.33?±?1.34 to 122.22?±?2.80 g/L at 30–45 °C, and had a maximum yield of ethanol at 37 °C. Furthermore, UV-20 produced 121.18?±?2.51 g/L of second generation bioethanol at 37 °C. Simultaneously, UV-20 exhibited superior tolerance to 50% of glucose and 21% of ethanol. In a conclusion, all of these results indicated that UV-20 has a potential industrial application value.  相似文献

为研究高温对抗性和敏感小菜蛾Plutella xylostella生物学适合度及抗药性进化的影响,本研究测定了温度对杀虫剂抗性和敏感小菜蛾实验种群生命表参数及后代对阿维菌素敏感性的影响。 结果表明:与25℃相比,33.5℃条件下抗性和敏感种群的平均世代历期(D)、净生殖率(R0)、内禀增长率(rm)、周限增长率(λ)值、总产卵量、雌蛾平均寿命、日产卵量和孵化率均显著下降。 在25℃下,抗性和敏感种群的rm,λ,D和日产卵量无显著差异,但抗性种群的R0略低于敏感种群(为敏感种群的87%)。 在33.5℃下,抗性种群的rm和R0显著低于敏感种群(分别为敏感种群的75%和64%),抗性种群雌成虫寿命、总产卵量和孵化率显著也低于敏感种群。 抗性种群在33.5℃下饲养一代后,后代对阿维菌素的抗性水平大幅下降,而相同处理下敏感种群对阿维菌素的抗性水平没有显著下降。 上述结果表明,无论在常温还是高温条件下,抗性种群生物学适合度均低于敏感种群,尤其是高温下抗性种群适合度远低于敏感种群。 抗性种群经高温饲养一代后对阿维菌素的抗性水平大幅下降可能与高温下抗性种群适合度显著较低有关。  相似文献

In order to breed a high-yield β-galactosidase-producing strain, Aspergillus oryzae was used as the parent strain and mutagenized with ultraviolet (UV) and UV plus lithium chloride (LiCl), respectively. After being mutagenized by UV, the β-galactosidase activity of mutant UV-15-20 reached 114.08 U/mL, which revealed a 49.22% increase compared with the original strain. A mutant UV-LiCl-38 with high β-galactosidase activity (121.42U/mL) was obtained after compound mutagenesis of UV and LiCl; the β-galactosidase activity of this mutant was 58.82% higher than that of the parent strain. Subculture testing indicated that UV-15-20 and UV-LiCl-38 had good hereditary stability and may be ideal strains for the production of β-galactosidase. Additionally, it was demonstrated that compound mutagenesis with UV and LiCl is an effective mutation method for breeding industrially interesting strains.  相似文献

【目的】明确截形叶螨Tetranychus truncatus Ehara对哒螨灵、阿维菌素和阿维·哒螨灵3种田间常用药剂产生抗性的速率和稳定性,为叶螨的抗性综合治理提供一定的理论依据。【方法】采用室内生测法,对截形叶螨进行药剂的抗性筛选、衰退和再恢复规律研究。【结果】经过连续30代的药剂汰选,截形叶螨对哒螨灵、阿维菌素和阿维·哒螨灵3种药剂产生了不同程度的抗药性,抗性指数分别达到197.50、19.56和12.57;停止喷药后,其抗性都有所下降,其中截形叶螨对哒螨灵的抗性最不稳定,培育至30代后,抗性衰退率达到63.54%,对阿维菌素的抗性较为稳定,抗性衰退率为23.30%;再次恢复用药后,截形叶螨对哒螨灵、阿维菌素和阿维哒螨灵抗性再度回升,以抗哒螨灵品系的抗性恢复最快,药剂汰选30代后,增长率达到了58.47%,阿维·哒螨灵次之(增长率为38.67%),抗阿维菌素的品系抗性恢复最慢,增长率仅为22.86%。【结论】截形叶螨对哒螨灵抗性不稳定,停止用药后,敏感性易恢复,对阿维菌素和阿维·哒螨灵的抗性较稳定,一旦抗性产生不易衰退,故田间应用时应交替轮换用药。  相似文献

以阿维链霉菌(Streptomyces avermitilis)76-12为出发菌株,采用亚硝基胍、吖啶橙、紫外线和氯化锂分别对其孢子和原生质体进行诱变,经抗代谢物理性筛选,获得一系列高产突变株,其中N-1-2高产突变株的发酵单位是出发菌株的2.47倍。实验中同时获得了只产阿维菌素a组分的突变株G-32、Bla组分含量高的Ave8菌株和产蓝绿色孢子的突变株UA-G等。  相似文献

Summary Protein and amino acid contents of liver of normal (untreated) adult male garden lizard,Calotes versicolor, were quantitatively determined by the method of Lowry et al. and ninhydrin reaction, respectively, and compared with the protein and amino acid contents in the liver of adult male garden lizards exposed to cold, heat, UV- and gamma-radiations. With a decrease in protein contents, a simultaneous increase in the amino acid contents was observed. The decrease in protein content was 80, 60, 30 and 20% after exposure to cold, heat, UV- and gamma-radiations, respectively. Consequently, the increase in amino acid content was 57, 40, 20 and 5% after exposure to cold, heat, UV- and gamma-radiations, respectively.  相似文献

A UV-specific endonuclease was used to detect ultraviolet light-induced pyrimidine dimers in chloroplast DNA of Chlamydomonas reinhardi that was specifically labeled with tritiated thymidine. All of the dimers induced by 100 J/m2 of 254 nm light are removed by photoreaction. Wild-type cells exposed to 50 J/m2 of UF light removed over 80% of the dimers from chloroplast DNA after 24 h of incubation in growth medium in the dark. A UV- sensitive mutant, UVS1, defective in the excision of pyrimidine dimers from nuclear DNA is capable of removing pyrimidine dimers from chloroplast DNA nearly as well as wild-type, suggesting that nuclear and chloroplast DNA dark-repair systems are under separate genetic control.  相似文献

Experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of seminal plasma on sperm motility during the cryopreservation process. Ejaculated and epididymal spermatozoa from the ram and the bull were washed by centrifugation and resuspended in either seminal plasma or a modified Tyrode's medium (TALP) prior to dilution in medium suitable for cryopreservation. Resuspension of washed ejaculated ram spermatozoa in seminal plasma resulted in higher percentages of motile spermatozoa than resuspension in TALP after the spermatozoa were cooled to 5 degrees C (52 vs 35%), and after thawing (14 vs 9%), respectively. Resuspension of epididymal ram spermatozoa in seminal plasma had no beneficial effect in maintaining sperm motility after cooling (78 vs 73%); however, seminal plasma was beneficial to epididymal ram spermatozoa after thawing (34 vs 3%), respectively. Resuspension of washed ejaculated bull spermatozoa in either seminal plasma or TALP had no effect on the percentage of motile spermatozoa after cooling to 5 degrees C (73 vs 75%) or after thawing (60 vs 60%), respectively. In addition, seminal plasma had no beneficial effect on the percentage of motile epididymal bull spermatozoa when compared with that of TALP-treated spermatozoa after cooling (75 vs 72%) or after thawing (66 vs 63%), respectively. Seminal plasma from different sires (ram and bull) affected epididymal sperm motility. The ability of sperm cells to withstand damage during cryopreservation, however, appears to reside in the sperm cells themselves, probably due to sperm cell composition.  相似文献
