根系构型影响根系空间分布和营养吸收效率,反映了植物适应环境胁迫的生存策略。采用标准化主轴估计(Standardized major axis estimation,SMA)的方法,分析了甘肃金塔北海子国家湿地公园3年生和6年生多枝柽柳(Tamarix ramosissima)根系分叉数与分支角度的异速生长关系。结果表明:随着林龄的增长,湿地群落盖度、高度逐渐增加,多枝柽柳种群的盖度、密度、高度和地上生物量以及根系深度、分叉数、比根长、比表面积、各级根系直径随之增加,根系分支角度和根冠比逐渐减小;多枝柽柳根系分叉数与分支角度回归方程的标准主轴斜率逐渐增大(P<0.05),随着林龄的增长,多枝柽柳根系分叉数的增加速度逐渐大于根系分支角度的生长速度,二者在林龄间呈现出差异化的异速生长关系。随着林龄的增长,多枝柽柳根系构型模式由"扩散型"转变为"紧缩型",体现了种群应对生境胁迫和竞争的生态适应机制。  相似文献

根系构型是决定根系分布及其对土体搜索效率的重要因素, 是植物与资源环境异质性相互适应的结果。利用ArcGIS建立研究区域的数字高程模型(digital elevation model), 采用全根系挖掘法, 研究了祁连山北坡荒漠草原不同坡向红砂(Reaumuria songarica)根系分叉数和分支角度的关系。结果表明: 不同坡向梯度草地群落的盖度、密度、高度和土壤含水量呈不同的变化趋势(p < 0.05), 红砂种群的密度、高度和根冠比等生物学特征的变化规律存在差异(p < 0.05); 不同坡向红砂根系分叉数和分支角度的相关性存在差异(p < 0.05), 在南坡和北坡红砂根系分叉数和分支角度之间存在极显著的负相关关系(p < 0.01), 在东坡和西坡根系分叉数和分支角度之间存在显著的负相关关系(p < 0.05), 红砂根系分配给根系分叉数和分支角度的资源存在着“此消彼长”的权衡关系; 随着坡向由南坡向西坡、东坡、北坡转变, 红砂根系分叉数和分支角度回归方程的标准化主轴斜率逐渐减小(p < 0.05), 红砂根系构型模式由扩散型转向聚集型。不同坡向红砂根系合理权衡连接长度和分支角度的资源配置模式, 反映了异质生境中植物种群应对资源多重竞争的环境生态适应机制。  相似文献

根系分形结构影响根系的分布格局,是植物根系与胁迫生境相互适应的结果。采用全根挖掘和Win-RHIZO根系分析仪相结合的方法,按照垂穗披碱草种群密度设置Ⅰ(500—700株/m~2)、Ⅱ(300—500株/m~2)、Ⅲ(100—300株/m~2)3个密度梯度,研究了尕海湿地不同密度条件下垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)的根系分形结构。结果表明:随着垂穗披碱草种群密度的降低,湿地群落的高度、盖度、地上生物量及根系分形维数呈逐渐减小趋势,地下生物量与分形丰度逐渐增大;垂穗披碱草根系分形维数与分形丰度在高密度(Ⅰ)样地和低密度(Ⅲ)样地均呈极显著负相关关系(P0.01),在中密度(Ⅱ)样地呈显著负相关关系(P0.05),垂穗披碱草根系分形维数和分形丰度存在着"此消彼长"的权衡关系。在高密度湿地群落垂穗披碱草倾向于密集型根系构型构建模式,在低密度湿地群落选择扩散型的根系生长模式,体现了密度制约下高寒湿地植物种群应对资源多重竞争的生态适应机制。  相似文献

枝、叶是植物的两个重要功能器官,密度制约下其异速生长关系不仅是植物个体发育过程的表现,也是植物与环境互相作用的结果。柽柳是干旱区湿地的主要植物之一,密度制约下其小枝与叶的异速生长关系对于理解干旱区湿地环境下植物的资源利用策略具有重要意义。在兰州市秦王川干旱区湿地,将柽柳(Tamarix gansuensis H.Z.Zhang)种群分为Ⅰ(0.1—0.35棵/m~2)、Ⅱ(0.35—0.6棵/m~2)和Ⅲ(0.6—0.85棵/m~2)3个密度梯度,应用标准化主轴估计(standardized major axis estimation,SMA)法,研究了不同密度下,柽柳当年生小枝长度与叶面积、叶数量的生长关系及叶片光合特性。结果表明:随着柽柳种群密度的增加,群落土壤含水量逐渐增加,土壤容重、pH值和电导率逐渐减小;柽柳平均高度、郁闭度、枝长度和叶面积呈逐渐增大趋势,冠幅、基径、分枝角度、叶数量和光合有效辐射呈逐渐减小趋势;叶面积指数、净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度先增加后减小。枝长度与叶面积、叶数量在不同的密度梯度下显著正相关(异速斜率k0,P0.05),随着密度梯度的增加,枝长度与叶面积的回归斜率逐渐减小(异速斜率0.65≤k≤0.98,P0.05),枝长度和叶数量回归斜率不变(异速斜率k=0.9,P0.01),截距沿着y轴显著的正向移动(截距0.25—1.93)。随着种群密度的增加,柽柳由较小枝长度、叶面积和较大分枝角度、叶数量的枝叶构建模式,发展为较大枝长度、叶面积和较小分枝角度和叶数量的垂直空间拓展模式并提高气孔导度、光合速率和蒸腾速率、降低水分利用效率,反映了该物种在干旱区湿地环境中、密度制约条件下的表型可塑适应机制和资源利用策略。  相似文献

密度制约下植物叶性状间的关系,对于认识植物叶片的物理构建与生理代谢的关系具有重要的意义。本研究采用标准化主轴估计分析方法,按黄帚橐吾(Liguaria virgaurea)种群数设置I(171~240株·m~(-2))、II(101~170株·m~(-2))和III(30~100株·m~(-2))3个密度,分析了尕海湿地不同种群密度黄帚橐吾叶绿素含量与叶面积、叶厚度的关系。结果表明:随着黄帚橐吾种群密度的降低,湿地群落的密度呈先减小后增大的U型趋势、盖度逐渐降低、高度和土壤水分逐渐增加,黄帚橐吾的叶面积和叶绿素含量逐渐增加、叶厚度和群落内部光合有效辐射逐渐减小、净光合速率和蒸腾速率呈先减小后增大的U型趋势;叶绿素含量与叶面积呈显著负相关(P0.05)、与叶厚度呈显著正相关(P0.05)。生长在高密度湿地的黄帚橐吾选择增加叶绿素含量且构建小而厚的叶片,在低密度湿地选择减少叶绿素含量且构建大而薄的叶片,反映了植物适应光照条件等异质性环境因子的资源利用策略和光合产物积累模式。  相似文献

根系分叉数和连接长度影响着植物根系的空间分布和资源获取,二者的权衡关系有助于深层次的理解植物根系构型的生态适应性。在祁连山北坡高寒退化草地,设置未退化(T_1)、轻度退化(T_2)、中度退化(T_3)和重度退化(T_4)4个退化梯度样地,采用全根挖掘和Win-RHIZO根系分析仪相结合的方法,研究了星毛委陵菜(Potentilla acaulis)根系分叉数和连接长度之间的关系。结果表明:随着天然草地退化程度的加剧,草地群落的密度、高度、盖度、地上生物量和土壤含水量逐渐减小,土壤紧实度不断增大,星毛委陵菜种群的密度、高度、盖度、地上和地下生物量、根冠比和根系连接长度逐渐增大,分叉数呈相反的变化趋势;不同退化草地星毛委陵菜根系分叉数与连接长度之间的相关性存在差异(P0.05),在未退化(T_1)和重度退化(T_4)草地星毛委陵菜根系分叉数和连接长度之间存在极显著的负相关关系(P0.01),在轻度退化(T_2)和中度退化(T_3)草地二者之间存在显著的负相关关系(P0.05)。随着天然草地的退化,星毛委陵菜选择减小根系分叉数和增大根系连接长度的构型构建模式,反映了植物不同功能性状间生物量分配的权衡机制。  相似文献

以三江源区不同建植期人工草地中典型杂草甘肃马先蒿为研究对象,以建植前为对照,比较建植期为5年、10年的垂穗披碱草人工草地中马先蒿形态特征、器官生物量和资源投资状况.结果表明:(1)甘肃马先蒿在不同建植期人工草地中个体形态特征如株高、花柱高、花数目存在显著差异,而根系长、分枝数、叶片数差异不显著;不同阶段各器官生物量发生改变,根系生物量、茎叶生物量、繁殖器官生物量变化差异显著,而总生物量无显著差异.(2)综合建植前与建植后5、10年这3个时期样地中甘肃马先蒿在形态特征与资源投资状况的变化特征发现:总生物量、茎叶生物量、繁殖器官生物量、花数都呈现先下降再上升的V"字形变化趋势,根系生物量、株高逐渐增大,而花序长度则持续下降;资源相对投资比例也随建植期的不同表现出明显的差异,地上部分和地下部分的相对投资随时间的增加而上升,繁殖投资则表现出逐年降低的趋势.(3)以总生物量为个体大小参数,在同一时期内甘肃马先蒿各器官的绝对生物量具有明显的大小依赖性,随着个体大小的增加,茎叶生物量、根系生物量和花生物量均显著增加.但不同建植期人工草地中各器官生物量的个体大小依赖性响应程度不同,其中茎叶生物量和根系生物量的大小依赖程度随建植年限的增加而增加,而花生物量的个体大小依赖性却随建植期的延长而减弱.  相似文献

为揭示种群密度与植物形态特征、器官生物量间的异速生长关系,阐明植物在退化土地恢复过程中的适应策略,以大果虫实为材料,通过异速生长分析方法,研究种群密度对其形态特征、生物量分配与异速生长的影响。结果表明,种群密度对大果虫实的株型构建产生了显著地影响。随着密度增大,大果虫实株高呈减小趋势,其分枝数及分枝长度明显减小。大果虫实各器官生物量随密度增大而显著减小。随密度增大,茎和繁殖器官生物量分配呈减小趋势,根和叶片生物量分配呈增大趋势。这与最优化分配理论中水分、营养物质及光资源受限时的情况一致。密度对大果虫实株高:根生物量间异速生长具有显著影响,且对株高与器官生物量间异速指数和个体大小产生了极显著影响。密度对根:地上部分、叶片:根、繁殖器官:根生物量间的影响属于表观可塑性,而对根:茎、茎:地上部分、叶:其他器官及繁殖器官:其他器官生物量间的影响属于真正可塑性,说明密度改变了大果虫实的株型发育系统,并影响各器官间的异速生长,进而权衡器官生物量分配以完成生活史。  相似文献

Scirtothrips perseae Nakahara was discovered attacking avocados in California, USA, in 1996. Host plant surveys in California indicated that S. perseae has a highly restricted host range with larvae being found only on avocados, while adults were collected from 11 different plant species. As part of a management program for this pest, a “classical” biological control program was initiated and foreign exploration was conducted to delineate the home range of S. perseae, to survey for associated natural enemies and inventory other species of phytophagous thrips on avocados grown in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, and Brazil. Foreign exploration efforts indicate that S. perseae occurs on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1500 m) from Uruapan in Mexico south to areas around Guatemala City in Guatemala. In Costa Rica, S. perseae is replaced by an undescribed congener as the dominant phytophagous thrips on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1300 m). No species of Scirtothrips were found on avocados in the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, or Brazil. In total, 2136 phytophagous thrips were collected and identified, representing over 47 identified species from at least 19 genera. The significance of these species records is discussed. Of collected material 4% were potential thrips biological control agents. Natural enemies were dominated by six genera of predatory thrips (Aeolothrips, Aleurodothrips, Franklinothrips, Leptothrips, Scolothrips, and Karnyothrips). One genus each of parasitoid (Ceranisus) and predatory mite (Balaustium) were found. Based on the results of our sampling techniques, prospects for the importation of thrips natural enemies for use in a “classical” biological control program in California against S. perseae are not promising.  相似文献

The cardinalfishes (Apogonidae) are a diverse clade of small, mostly reef-dwelling fishes, for which a variety of morphological data have not yielded a consistent phylogeny. We use DNA sequence to hypothesize phylogenetic relationships within Apogonidae and among apogonids and other acanthomorph families, to examine patterns of evolution including the distribution of a visceral bioluminescence system. In conformance with previous studies, Apogonidae is placed in a clade with Pempheridae, Kurtidae, Leiognathidae, and Gobioidei. The apogonid genus Pseudamia is recovered outside the remainder of the family, not as sister to the superficially similar genus Gymnapogon. Species sampled from the Caribbean and Western Atlantic (Phaeoptyx, Astrapogon, and some Apogon species) form a clade, as do the larger-bodied Glossamia and Cheilodipterus. Incidence of visceral bioluminescence is found scattered throughout the phylogeny, independently for each group in which it is present. Examination of the fine structure of the visceral bioluminescence system through histology shows that light organs exhibit a range of morphologies, with some composed of complex masses of tubules (Siphamia, Pempheris, Parapriacanthus) and others lacking tubules but containing chambers formed by folds of the visceral epithelium (Acropoma, Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia). Light organs in Siphamia, Acropoma, Pempheris and Parapriacanthus are distinct from but connected to the gut; those in Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia are simply portions of the intestinal tract, and are little differentiated from the surrounding tissues. The presence or absence of symbiotic luminescent bacteria does not correlate with light organ structure; the tubular light organs of Siphamia and chambered tubes of Acropoma house bacteria, those in Pempheridae and the other Apogonidae do not.  相似文献

Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. This paper reconciles these two treatments and makes additional recommendations at the ranks of genus, family, order, and class.  相似文献

Since 1999, four specific weevils (Coleoptera, Curculionidae) were released in the Republic of Congo against three exotic floating water weeds: Neochetina eichhorniae Warner and N. bruchi Hustache against water hyacinth, Neohydronomus affinis Hustache against water lettuce, and Cyrtobagous salviniae Calder and Sands against water fern. Recoveries of exotic weevils were made from all 24 release sites except one, and all four species have established and spread (up to 800 km for water hyacinth weevils). Within a few years of releases, control of water fern and water lettuce was such that fishing and navigation could be resumed, while reductions of water hyacinth populations were only beginning.  相似文献

A molecular phylogeny of Hebeloma species from Europe   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
In order to widen the scope of existing phylogenies of the ectomycorrhizal agaric genus Hebeloma a total of 53 new rDNA ITS sequences from that genus was generated, augmented by sequences retrieved from GenBank, and analysed using Bayesian, strict consensus and neighbour joining methods. The lignicolous Hebelomina neerlandica, Gymnopilus penetrans, and two species of Galerina served as outgroup taxa. Anamika indica, as well as representatives of the genera Hymenogaster and Naucoria, were included to test the monophyly of Hebeloma, which is confirmed by the results. Hebeloma, Naucoria, Hymenogaster and Anamika indica cluster in a strongly supported monophyletic hebelomatoid clade. All trees largely reflect the current infrageneric classification within Hebeloma, and divide the genus into mostly well-supported monophyletic groups surrounding H. crustuliniforme, H. velutipes, H. sacchariolens, H. sinapizans, and H. radicosum, with H. sarcophyllum being shown at an independent position; however this is not well supported. The section Indusiata divides with strong support into three groups, the position of the pleurocystidiate Hebeloma cistophilum suggests the possible existence of a third subsection within sect. Indusiata. Subsection Sacchariolentia is raised to the rank of section.  相似文献

The genusKarschia, in the earlier sense, including saprophytes and parasites on lichens, has been thought to be a non-lichenized parallel genus of the lichen genusBuellia. Modern workers included it on the one hand inBuellia, on the other hand combined it with bitunicate ascomycetes. It is now proved thatKarschia is heterogeneous and contains but superficially similar members both of the genusBuellia of theLecanorales and of typical or masked bitunicateAscomycetes. Therefore, it can not be regarded as a link betweenLecanorales andDothideales. The type species ofKarschia belongs to theDothideales.

The evolution of larval head morphology in holometabolous insects is characterized by reduction of antennal appendages and the visual system components. Little insight has been gained into molecular developmental changes underlying this morphological diversification. Here we compare the expression of the segment polarity gene wingless (wg) in the pregnathal head of fruit fly, flour beetle and grasshopper embryos. We provide evidence that wg activity contributes to segment border formation, and, subsequently, the separation of the visual system and protocerebrum anlagen in the anterior procephalon. In directly developing insects like grasshopper, seven expression domains are formed during this process. The activation of four of these, which correspond to polar expression pairs in the optic lobe anlagen and the protocerebral ectoderm, has shifted to postembryonic stages in flour beetle and Drosophila. The remaining three domains map to the protocerebral neuroectoderm, and form by disintegration of a large precursor domain in flour beetle and grasshopper. In Drosophila, the precursor domain remains intact, constituting the previously described “head blob”. These data document major changes in the expression of an early patterning gene correlated with the dramatic evolution of embryonic visual system development in the Holometabola.  相似文献
