云南食用玫瑰的微量元素研究

对云南食用玫瑰中的微量元素进行了分析研究。结果表明,食用玫瑰比普通蔬菜含有更丰富的营养元素,具有较高的保健价值,为进一步开发食用玫瑰提供了科学依据。     

海水养殖鱼类肌肉中微量元素的测定

应用原子吸收光谱法测定了湛江海域十种养殖鱼类肌肉中微量元素的含量。结果表明,海水养殖鱼肌肉中含有丰富的K、Na、Mg、Ca、Zn、Fe等微量元素,经常食用,可以提高机体的免疫力,增强体质,能较好地满足人体对微量元素的需要。     

蔬菜搭配与微量元素

人们都想了解和食用必需微量元素和宏量元素含量配合较为均衡的蔬菜。根据研究发现,在人们食用的蔬菜中,含人体必需宏量元素和微量元素适量同时较为均衡的蔬菜有20多种,它们是：白萝卜、胡萝卜、小白菜、小青菜、油菜、蕹菜、白茱苔、蒜苗、油角豆、马兰头、韭菜、苦瓜、芪椰菜、莴苣笋（茎）、山药、芦笋、蒜苔、藕、红辣椒、青辣椒等,这些蔬菜所含的人体必需微量元素如：     

微波消解试样-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定野菜和蔬菜中微量元素

中国营养学家曾对食用野菜进行了分析,发现野菜的营养价值很高,能提供优质蛋白,且含有丰富的维生素等营养成分。野菜的药用价值更高,经常食用野菜能预防和治疗许多疾病。但目前关于野菜中微量元素含量的报道尚不多见。本工作采用微波消解处理野菜和蔬菜样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铁、铜、锌和锰4种微量元素的含量。     

电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）测定白砂糖中微量元素

目的 白砂糖是甘蔗糖业的主要产品,是人们日常生活中普遍食用的甜味剂.了解白砂糖中的微量元素营养成分,为健康吃糖提供科学依据.方法 采用硝酸和高氯酸消解法处理样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）测定白砂糖中的微量元素.结果 14种微量元素的检出限为0.336 1～11.63 μg·L-1,方法的准确度为95.0％～110.0％,方法精密度为1.30％～5.32％.结论 方法简便、快速、准确,可作为白砂糖中微量元素含量常规的测定方法.     

微量元素保健品

由于微量元素在人体中的作用愈来愈被清楚地认识和重视,各类微量元素保健产品也应运而生。人们接触最多的要数微量元素强化食品,如加锌饼干、加铁奶粉、平衡健身盐、喜康素等饮料和食品。还有一类属于比较新型的微量元素产品,是经过特别加工和研制产生的,食用和使用效果比较好,如:锌鸡蛋、铬酵母、硒蘑菇、锗矿泉水、微量元素铁锅以及加入矿物质的衣物、床褥、磁性铜手镯等,这些产品针对不同的需要而配置,便用方便,副作用小,适用面广。还有一类专门为植物生长研制的微量元素产品,如目前在农业上已大量使用的微量元素复合肥、营养包等。随着…     

食用菌中微量元素分析及营养价值与食品安全评价

建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法,测定香菇、金针菇、白玉菇、杏鲍菇和茶树菇5种食用菌中必需微量元素(Mg、Ca、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Se、Sr)和有害元素(As、Cd、Pb)的含量。以微量元素为指标,评价5种食用菌的营养价值和食用安全性。结果表明,5种食用菌均含有丰富Mg、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn,及少量V、Co、Ni、Se、Sr、As、Cd和Pb,且重金属As、Cd和Pb含量均低于国家标准(GB7096-2003)中关于食用菌规定的总量,食用安全。统计回归分析表明,香菇与其它4种食用菌同属真菌,因此微量元素含量相关系数R0.6,但P值均大于0.05,说明微量元素含量因科属的不同而有较大差异,但影响不显著。     

氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定牡蛎中痕量硒

牡蛎是我国主要的食用贝类之一,含有丰富的蛋白质及微量元素,其中硒含量因生长环境影响而变化很大。硒是人体必需的微量元素,为保证人体健康,每天必须摄入一定量的硒,摄入过量或不足量的硒都会对人体产生不利影响。目前对于痕量硒的检测方法有石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法、分光光度法、电化学分析     

火焰原子吸收光谱法测定红松松针中微量元素含量

采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了长白山红松松针中K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe和Mn 7种金属元素含量。结果表明,在常量元素中K、Ca含量较高,微量元素中Fe、Zn含量较高,7种金属元素含量由高到低顺序分别为:K、Ca、Fe、Mg、Zn、Mn、Cu。可见松针中含有丰富的与健康密切相关的微量元素,具有较高的食用和药用价值。     

西洋菜微量元素的测定分析

应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了西洋菜茎与叶中15种无机元素的含量。结果表明,西洋菜中钙、镁、铁、锌、锰含量丰富,茎与叶微量元素含量存差异,这些为研究西洋菜药用及食用价值提供新的科学依据。     

Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. 利用手持技术改进测定乙醇分子结构实验

利用压强传感器代替排水集气法,改进测定乙醇分子结构实验的仪器装置,并探索最佳反应条件。另外,设计两个空白实验,结合压强变化曲线对实验误差进行相关讨论。

由于石化行业的生产需要，其材质的使用具有多样性和广泛性，经常会出现顾客委托的测试样品的一个或几个元素跨越光谱仪现有测试程序测量范围的情况。本法通过对光谱仪测试原理的认识，根据光谱仪的测试能力及标样的采集，实现了一个或几个元素测量范围的扩展，并对其测量的影响因素进行了研究。

Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. Dichroism of absorption and polarization of phosphorescence of molecules of the closed form of nitrobenzospirothiopyran

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom.
