近年来,涂硼电离室已逐渐成为核反应堆周围大通量中子/γ射线混合场监测的辐射探测器之一. 研制了一种高灵敏度涂硼电离室,并给出了其内部结构.用fA级弱电流放大器测得: 当涂硼电离室的工作电压在700 V以下时,漏电流小于1.0 pA; 用Am-Be中子源辐照时测得涂硼电离室的电流曲线坪长为500 V, 坪斜为3.72×10-4 V-1;当涂硼电离室的工作电压为400 V时, 对应漏电流为0.4 pA.测试表明涂硼电离室中子信号电流与辐照源的相对位置有关, 将Am-Be中子源置于距石蜡慢化体底部8 cm时,测得中子信号电流最大值为2.0 pA. 用137Cs和90Sr辐照时测得涂硼电离室γ射线信号电流为 1.0---2.0 pA,但在γ射线场中坪特性不如中子场中坪特性明显. 电离室中子探测灵敏度达1.0×10-15 Acm2s量级, γ射线探测灵敏度达9.0× 10-22 Acm2s·eV-1量级. 这种涂硼电离室漏电流小、灵 敏度高、坪特性好,可用于反应堆周围的中子/γ射线混合场测量.  相似文献

由于安全性好,存储容量大等方面的优点,金融IC卡代替传统的磁条卡已经成为一种必然趋势。由于电路的复杂性,在金融卡的设计过程中必需注意可测试性设计。论文对一种金融双界面卡进行可测试性设计,主要关注嵌入式存储器、振荡器电路和非接触模拟前端电路的可测试性设计,在进行理论分析的基础上提出测试结构,并对电路进行设计。最终基于V777系统对流片以后的金融双界面卡进行测试,测试结果表明本设计具有很好的功能。  相似文献

利用一个小的环向涡旋脉冲电场(4.4V/m,0.45ms)成功地将HT-6M托卡马克等离子体电流从第一平顶(55kA)提升到60kA的第二平顶。其电流上升率大于12MA/s,电流上升时间远小于经典趋肤时间,实验中观察到了标志等离子体约束改善的明显物理现象。等离子体电流提升后,粒子约束时间提高了2.1倍,能量约束时间提高了1.6倍。 关键词:  相似文献

High-order harmonic generation from muonic atoms exposed to intense laser fields is considered. Our particular interest lies in effects arising from the finite nuclear mass and size. We numerically perform a fully quantum mechanical treatment of the muon-nucleus dynamics by employing modified soft-core and hard-core potentials. It is shown that the position of the high-energy cutoff of the harmonic spectrum depends on the nuclear mass, while the height of the spectral plateau is sensitive to the nuclear radius. We also demonstrate that gamma-ray harmonics can be generated from muonic atoms in ultrastrong VUV fields, which have potential to induce photonuclear reactions.  相似文献

In this paper, the performance of a type of domestic THGEM (THick Gaseous Electron Multiplier) working in Ar/CO2 mixtures is reported in detail. This kind of single THGEM can provide a gain range from 100 to 1000, which is very suitable for application in neutron detection. In order to study its basic characteristics as a reference for the development of a THGEM based neutron detector, the counting rate plateau, the energy resolution and the gain of the THGEM have been measured in different Ar/CO2 mixtures with a variety of electrical fields. For the Ar/CO2(90%/10%) gas mixture, a wide counting rate plateau is achieved from 720 V to 770 V, with a plateau slope of 2.4%/100 V, and an excellent energy resolution of about 22% is obtained at the 5.9 keV full energy peak of the 55Fe X-ray source.  相似文献

An intercalation compound with composition Na0.7CoO2 has been synthesized through different preparative techniques such as solid state reaction, ball milling and sol gel techniques. The investigation reveals that the cathode material with an average particle size of about 500 nm of uniform morphology can be synthesized through sol gel technique. Further, this synthesis technique improves the stoichiometry of the sodium content significantly. The electrical resistivity of these cathode materials is found to be in the range of 4 to 12 mΩ-cm at 300 K. It has been observed that, the resistivity of the cathode material increases with increase in sodium content. The electrochemical cells with the configuration Na | [wt.% 0.3 PEO-0.7 PEG]6:NaPO3 |composite cathode material, have shown an open circuit voltage (OCV) value of 2.7 V. The (OCV) of the cells with the cathode prepared by sol-gel and ball milling route has shown a plateau region of about 40 h, when compared to the plateau region of 10 h for the battery with the cathode prepared by solid state reaction. The reduction in the particle size of the cathode material has improved the stability of the electrode electrolyte interface and thereby discharges characteristics.  相似文献

A boron-lined proportional counter (BLPC) with a count rate limit close to the multi-wire proportional counter was manufactured to measure the mixed field around reactors. After measurement with a standard Am-Be neutron source (activity: 100 mCi), the results show that the operating voltage of the BLPC is 800 V, the plateau length is 100 V and the slope is 13.2%/100 V. The width and rise time of the output pulse of the BLPC are 1.26 μs and 370 ns, respectively. When the BLPC works at a count rate of 1.0×105 count/s, the pulse pile-up probability of the BLPC is 3.6%. A clear peak can be seen in the pulse height spectrum of the BLPC. and the performances illustrate that a BLPC working in pulse mode can serve as a source range detector of reactors.  相似文献

Design and construction of the first prototype ionization chamber for CSNS and Proton Accelerator (PA) beam loss monitor (BLM) system is reported. The low leakage current (<0.1 pA), good plateau (≈800 V) and linearity range up to 200 Roentgen/h axe obtained in the first prototype. 对制备的Ni/4H-SiC肖特基势垒二极管(SBD)进行了γ射线辐照试验,并在辐照过程中对器件分别加0和-30?V偏压.经过1?Mrad(Si)总剂量的γ射线辐照后,不同辐照偏压下的Ni/4H-SiC肖特基接触的势垒高度和理想因子没有退化,SiC外延层中的少子寿命也没有退化.辐照后器件的反向电流下降,这是由于器件表面的负界面电荷增加引起的.研究表明,辐照偏压对Ni/4H-SiC SBD的辐照退化效应没有明显的影响. 关键词: 碳化硅 肖特基 辐照效应 偏压  相似文献

分析了光学薄膜厚度的极值控制法,并利用矩阵的方法给出了极值法膜厚控制误差。基于极值法膜厚控制的原理,利用由IC/5薄膜沉积控制器和晶震探头组成的反馈系统,控制蒸发速率的大小,光控的信号由可编程的计算机探测接收。分别对ZrO2/SiO2,膜料进行了两组交替镀制实验测试。结果表明,整个系统稳定性好,自动化程度高,膜厚控制精度在1 02%左右。  相似文献

面向2μm掺铥光纤激光器的空间应用,本文针对典型商用掺铥光纤(TDF)开展了γ射线辐照效应实验研究。利用~(60)Co源放射的γ射线,对由5段同批次Nufern公司SM-TDF-10P/130-HE型TDF样品搭建的2μm光纤激光器进行总剂量为9.0 krad(Si)、剂量率为0.5~3.0 rad/s的辐照效应在线测试。结果表明,TDF的出光性能在辐照过程中出现了显著衰减,衰减幅度随着剂量率的上升而增大。通过对TDF样品在辐照前和辐照后的吸收光谱进行对比测试,观察到在经过总剂量9 krad(Si)的γ射线辐照后,TDF对793 nm泵浦光的吸收峰接近消失。对前述经历γ辐照之后的TDF样品进行2 h的793 nm泵浦光漂白实验测试,未见其出现性能恢复现象。可见,面向空间应用的该典型掺铥光纤需大力提高耐空间辐射性能。  相似文献

The surface properties of IC packaging molds such as anti-sticking, wear, and corrosion resistances can be improved by hard surface coating. In this study, Ti/TiN/TiCN/a-C:H thin film coatings were deposited on IC cavity bar molds in a hybrid PVD-ECR-CVD coating system. The structure of the a-C:H films was delineated by a function of bias voltages by Raman spectroscopy. Excellent adhesion and lower friction coefficients of a-C:H films were also assessed. According to the normal adhesion force measurement, a-C:H coating was superior to that of typical electroplated hard chromium (Ep-Cr). Performance evaluation showed that the a-C:H coating could increase the number of molding injections in IC package production lines by 216%.  相似文献

We developed a beam-pointing stabilizer for a 10-TW Ti:sapphire laser system to study laser-induced ion acceleration. We confirmed the improvement in the laser beam pointing stability by using a 10-TW laser system (we call it JLITE-X) at JAERI-APRC. The original long-term pointing stability on a 10-TW laser system is ~70 μrad without beam stabilizing. By using a beam-pointing stabilizer, the laser beam stability was improved within 10 μrad. If f/1 focusing optics and a target which is tilted 45° to the target normal is used, the fluctuation of the laser intensity at the focus will be improved from 80% without stabilizing to <0.4% with it.  相似文献

The electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of tris(2,2′-bipyridine)ruthenium(II) (Ru(bpy)32+) in the presence of lidocaine was investigated under ultrasound (US) irradiation. The sonoelectrochemical experiments are conducted by indirect irradiation of ultrasound with a piezoelectric transducer operating at 430 kHz. In a supporting electrolyte at pH 11, the Ru(bpy)32+/lidocaine system gave weak ECL peaks around +1.2 V and +1.45 V, respectively. The ECL signal at +1.2 V was attributed to redox reactions of the oxidative intermediates of Ru(bpy)32+ and lidocaine, while the signal at +1.45 V was assumed to be caused by an advanced oxidation process due to the generation of hydroxyl radicals (OH) at the electrode surface. In this study, the potential modulation approach is employed in the study of ECL process upon US irradiations because it can suppress the noise components from sonoluminescence effectly and improve the resolution of ECL-potential profiles. It is found ECL signals were greatly enhanced upon US irradiation at the output power of 30 W, however, the relative intensity of ECL signal at +1.2 V was larger than that obtained with a rotating disk electrode even though the mass transport effect is equilvalent. The experiment results suggest that the chemical effect (i.e., generation of OH) by 430 kHz US becomes remarkable in the electrochemical process. Detailed ECL reaction routes under US are proposed in this study.  相似文献

Synchrotron radiation from third‐generation high‐brilliance storage rings is an ideal source for X‐ray microbeams. The aim of this paper is to describe a microfocusing scheme that combines both a toroidal mirror and Kirkpatrick–Baez (KB) mirrors for upgrading the existing optical system for inelastic X‐ray scattering experiments at sector 3 of the Advanced Photon Source. SHADOW ray‐tracing simulations without considering slope errors of both the toroidal mirror and KB mirrors show that this combination can provide a beam size of 4.5 µm (H) × 0.6 µm (V) (FWHM) at the end of the existing D‐station (66 m from the source) with use of full beam transmission of up to 59%, and a beam size of 3.7 µm (H) × 0.46 µm (V) (FWHM) at the front‐end of the proposed E‐station (68 m from the source) with a transmission of up to 52%. A beam size of about 5 µm (H) × 1 µm (V) can be obtained, which is close to the ideal case, by using high‐quality mirrors (with slope errors of less than 0.5 µrad r.m.s.). Considering the slope errors of the existing toroidal and KB mirrors (5 and 2.9 µrad r.m.s., respectively), the beam size grows to about 13.5 µm (H) × 6.3 µm (V) at the end of the D‐station and to 12.0 µm (H) × 6.0 µm (V) at the front‐end of the proposed E‐station. The simulations presented here are compared with the experimental measurements that are significantly larger than the theoretical values even when slope error is included in the simulations. This is because of the experimental set‐up that could not yet be optimized.  相似文献

We report that a spectrum can be retrieved with a planar waveguide spatial heterodyne spectrometer (SHS) incorporating an active phase-shift scheme, where the phase shifts are distributed around π/2. This was confirmed experimentally with an SHS that had 32 interleaved Mach-Zehnder interferometers and whose free spectral range was 625 GHz. The phase shifts ranged from 0.71 to 2.2 rad against the target of π/2 rad.  相似文献

We developed a 1-pixel ultraviolet-to-near-infrared (UV-to-NIR) liquid-crystal spatial light modulator (LC-SLM) and clarified its phase modulation properties in detail, for the first time to our knowledge. The employed liquid crystal is transparent over 260-1100 nm. A phase modulation capability of 55.8 rad at 305 nm and 14.0 rad at 1000 nm is enough to compensate for UV-to-NIR nonlinear chirped pulses. The LC-SLM driving parameters of a period T=13 ms and an applied voltage V(DD)=7.0 V were determined. The 648-pixel extension of this new device will permit us to realize the high-power generation of single subcycle optical pulses and the direct UV-to-NIR pulse shaping.  相似文献

Finite element analysis has been used to characterise an all-fibre antenna using circular core D-fibre. The optical D-fibre carrying a transversely poled piezoelectric polyvinylidene fluoride polymer coating was modelled by using three-dimensional stress analysis. The response of the D-fibre antenna was determined over a wide frequency range from 1 to 800 MHz. The modelling predicts that the electric-field-induced strains will cause a phase shift of 2.43×10−5 rad/(V/m) per metre at 5 MHz. At frequencies higher than 8 MHz, the optical response is dominated by radial resonances of the D-fibre/coating composite. Using the simulation results, an electric-field-induced phase shift of 7.35×10−5 rad/(V/m) per metre has been obtained. An increase in phase modulation sensitivity by a factor of three compared to conventional circular fibre has been achieved by utilising the unique properties of the D-fibre structure. The D-fibre antenna has potential applications in areas such as EMC testing and radio-over-fibre networks where it provides a convenient means of optically generating radio signals.  相似文献

介绍了一种利用鱼线做放大区间隔的MICROMEGAS探测器, 灵敏面积为50 mm ×50 mm。 在Ar+CO2(10%)气体条件下, 利用55Fe源5.9 keV的 X射线对MICROMEGAS探测器进行了初步测试: 计数率大于103 Hz的条件下, 计数率坪长达到280 V; 当栅极电压在800 V时能量分辨为30%; 当增益高于104时打火率低于10-4; PCB板读出条周期为400 μm条件下的位置分辨好于120 μm。 结果表明, 研制的MICROMEGAS探测器达到了初步设计的基本要求。 In this paper,A MICROMEGAS(Micro Mesh Gaseous Structure) detector with the amplification gap defined by stretching nylon fishing lines has been described . And its count plateau, gas gain and energy resolution in the condition of a 55Fe X ray source and Ar CO2 (10%) mixture gases are measured as functions of mesh voltage. The count plateau approaches 280 V at the count rate of 103 Hz. The discharge rate is less than 10-4 when the gas gain is up to 104. The energy resolution is 30% (FWHM) based on -800 V mesh voltage. The position resolution is less than 120 μm at the condition of the sensitive area (50 mm×50 mm) Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and its strip pitch of 400 μm. The results can satisfy the basic demand of MICROMEGAS detector preliminary design.  相似文献
