车铣复合加工技术能实现以铣代车或磨高速切削回转体零件。基于此技术的微细切削无论是在生产率还是在加工表面质量上,较其它加工技术而言,更适合于微细轴类零件和具有复杂型面的微小型零件的加工。通过微细车铣切削微细丝杠试验,从切削用量和加工质量及刀具磨损方面研究了车铣复合加工技术在解决微细丝杠加工中的应用。结果表明,基于车铣复合加工技术能够实现微细丝杠的高速切削。该技术非常适合于微细丝杠零件加工。 相似文献

为解决具有挠性结构微小零件精密装配的问题,将基于机器视觉的精密测量技术、高分辨率非接触激光位移测量技术等应用到精密装配系统的研制中.设计了用于微小零件夹持的装置,实现了对微小挠性零件拾取、搬运、放置等操作;根据视觉系统测量得到的微小零件与目标位置的偏差,对微小零件水平面内的位置和姿态进行了调整;提出了装配微小零件挠性结构的接触控制方法,该方法通过激光位移传感器非接触测量挠性结构接触变形所引起的微小位移变化,实现了装配过程中垂直方向的精密接触控制;通过在作业机械臂上集成标定模板,实现了装配系统的自动标定.简要介绍了所研制的装配系统组成,并进行了微小挠性零件的装配实验.实验结果表明,微小零件装配的平行度、同轴度误差小于10 μm,挠性结构接触控制偏差为0.6 μm ~0.8 μm,装配精度满足使用要求. 相似文献

The automation of production has been considerably developed in recent years in all its phases from design and manufacturing to control. The design and manufacture of free form surfaces are a current practice in the industry; thus, the conformity problem of complex geometry parts is felt more and more. The co-ordinate measurement machine (CMM) has largely reduced the acquisition and processing time in the take up measurement operation, which explains the wide use of the CMM in the mechanical industry over the last decade. The modelling and controlling procedure proposed within this paper enables correction of complex surfaces during the parts manufacturing process. The method is based on real surfaces modeled by finite elements starting from cloud points obtained by a digitalizing procedure in the co-ordinate measurement machine. The procedure was applied on a tooth gear which equips the gear box manufactured in the Algeria Engines and Tractors Factory. A comparison between the real and ideal model has been established showing the defects of form in order to correct the grinding process. This comparison is carried out by associating a surface of perfect geometry to a group of palpated dots. The selected criterion of optimisation is the least squares method. 相似文献

Cell formation is the first step in the design of cellular manufacturing systems. The main objective of this step is to cluster
machines and parts into machine cells and part families respectively so that the minimum of intercellular part movements will
be achieved. In this paper, we will focus on the configuration of machine cells considering production volumes and process
sequences of parts. Also, we will study alternative process routings for part types and machine reliability considerations.
A pure linear integer program will be developed to formulate this situation. The results of solving numerical examples show
that the reliability consideration has significant impacts on the final block diagonal form of machine-part matrixes. 相似文献

为了缩短自动化穴苗移栽机的研发周期和成本,根据模块化功能划分的思想,结合移栽机的机构特点,按照功能单位分解的模块化划分原则,开展了对移栽机的模块化设计。以移栽机关键模块夹持爪设计为例,分析了夹持爪零件的结构特性,建立了机构零件的模块化数据库。在此基础上,为实现对模块化素材的查询和调用,开发了数据库应用软件平台,实现了零件设计平台和素材数据库的无缝链接,在软件平台上对夹持爪进行了模块化设计。研究结果表明,该移栽机机构模块化设计平台具有较好的设计效率和效果,可为其他农业机械的模块化设计提供参考。 相似文献

With the ever increasing diversity of manufacturing and maintenance needs for modern products, the realm of machine tool design has expanded considerably in recent years. While machine tools for producing singular parts are widely documented, there is much less information available about machine tools for specialist tasks such as repair and maintenance. The paper aims to give an overview of the developments in the field of specialist machine tools and machining systems with a particular emphasis on maintenance operations and in situ machining. The difficulties of performing maintenance on large-scale systems are outlined along with the potential benefits of in situ machining in these applications. A number of examples of specialist machines for applications in various fields are described. The developing area of micro machine tools and micro factories is introduced along with examples of systems which have been developed or proposed. The possible advantages and draw-backs of the various technologies described are discussed. The paper goes on to comment on the potential for a new approach which combines these technologies to produce small in situ machine tools for performing macro-scale machining operations on large workpieces. These machining systems could offer increased versatility of in situ maintenance machining, compared to machines designed for a single repair operation, while reducing costs and environmental impacts. 相似文献
