提出一种用于获得复杂空间运动轨迹的方法——虚拟靠模导向法。该方法借鉴了数控加工中COPY铣的思想,利用轨迹生成球在由零件派生出的虚拟靠模表面上的持续运动来模拟实际成形工具的运动过程,从而获得最终成形路径。基于该思想和简单的运动学原理,轨迹球与虚拟靠模有限元模型被构建起来。通过对计算过程进行分析,确定运用该法时适合的加载力、成形速度及计算精度的影响因素。因该法完全基于有限元模拟计算,故获得的成形路径可直接导入至后续的金属板料成形过程的模拟分析。该法已在有限元软件PAMSTAMP平台上得以实现,并主要用于金属板料渐进成形过程的有限元仿真。 相似文献

There exists some error between the manufactured part shape and the designed target shape due to springback of this part after forming. To reduce the error, an iterative algorithm of closed-loop control for correcting tool path of the single-point incremental forming, based on Fast Fourier and wavelet transforms, has been developed. Moreover, the data of the springback shapes, after unloading, of the sheet metal parts formed with the trial and corrected tool paths, used for iterative correction of tool path in the algorithm, are obtained with finite element model (FEM) simulation. Then, a truncated pyramid-shaped workpiece, whose average errors are +0.183/?0.175 mm, was made with the corrected tool path after three iterations solved by the above algorithm and simulation data. The results show that the tool path correction algorithm with Fourier and wavelet transforms is reasonable and the means with FEM simulation are effective. It can be taken as a new approach for single-point incremental forming of sheet metal and tool path design. 相似文献

This paper discusses the strategy of incremental forming and presents a novel forming strategy for tool path generation. To equalize the strain distribution of sheet metal and improve the forming limit, multistage forming is made to reference a hydraulic bulging forming. Under the liquid pressure, a plate sheet gradually approaches the final shape. A hydraulic bulging numerical simulation is used to obtain a series of intermediate surfaces. Then, CNC codes can be generated in CAM software based on the surfaces. The codes are the tool spatial feed paths for single-point incremental sheet metal forming. The paper focuses on the feasibility investigation, and the experiment proved it. The behaviors of forming and the distribution of thickness are also discussed and concluded that the forming limit of the sheet can be improved by imitating the approach between intermediate surfaces. 相似文献

后处理技术是进行数控自动编程加工的关键环节,主要功能是将CAM软件生成的刀路文件转换成数控机床系统可识别的代码文件。本文研究了UGCAM后处理构造器的特点,基于UG/Post Builder开发出了适合华中世纪星21/22M数控系统的优化后置处理程序,应用于垫片模下模镶件加工过程,实践表明:该后置处理文件优化生成的NC代码,能直接应用于华中数控系统,加工效率高。通过修改代码,也可以设计适合FANUC、广州数控等多种数控系统的后处理器,应用范围广。 相似文献

A new tool path generation method for sheet metal computer numerically controlled incremental forming was proposed based on the stereolithography model, considering the factors of sheet thickness variation, surface smoothness, and extruding direction. The new cutter contact surface modeling algorithm based on the non-equidistant offset was presented, which can be adapted to the sheet thickness variation so as to guarantee a reasonable gap between the forming tool and support. Moreover, a spiral tool path generation algorithm was introduced by considering the scallop height in both z-axis direction and circumferential rotation direction, so that a smoother surface can be obtained. In addition, the algorithm for keeping the tool direction perpendicular to the wall surface was also presented. Finally, the case study shows that the proposed method can automatically generate smooth and continuous spiral tool path with constant scallop height. 在单点渐进成形(single point incremental forming,简称SPIF)加工过程中,成形刀具与夹具间的板料因得不到有效支承而发生翘曲,卸载后板料易回弹,影响制件的成形几何精度;因此,提出了2种新型双面渐进成形(double sided incremental forming,简称DSIF)走刀轨迹,分析了2种轨迹下板料单元的应力和应变状态,并借助有限元分析软件模拟了板料的成形过程,进一步比较了不同走刀轨迹下制件的成形几何精度。仿真数据表明,与单点渐进成形相比,这2种双面渐进成形走刀轨迹能有效改善制件的成形几何精度。 相似文献
