在高电压及严重大气污染的双重作用下,高压输电线路的绝缘子外绝缘所面临的污闪问题日趋严重。本文旨在探索泄漏电流与各影响因素之间的潜在联系,选用单片的悬式绝缘子FXB-10/70为试品,以大量人工污秽试验数据为依据,利用MATLAB人工神经网络仿真研究作用电压U、盐密ρESDD和相对湿度RH与泄漏电流Ih之间的复杂非线性关系,建立基于绝缘子表面泄漏电流的绝缘子工况评估模型。模型仿真的均方差为8.58e-05,误差曲面梯度为0.00573,回归系数为0.98,且在阈值附近有良好的识别性,可满足输电线路污闪事故的预测需求。 相似文献

变电站设备长期暴露在户外,设备表面容易积累工业污秽和自然污秽,从而导致污闪现象发生;随着大气环境污染日趋严重,变电站设备污闪事故呈逐渐增加之势。所研制的变电站带电作业水冲洗机器人利用RO反渗透技术制取的高纯度水,通过绝缘伸缩臂将高压喷水装置运送至作业位置,可以在不停电的情况下对变电站支柱绝缘子、避雷器、带电设备套管等进行水冲洗作业。该变电站水冲洗机器人采用履带式移动底盘,可在变电站室外道路和设备区内的草坪、石子路面等区域无障碍行走;采用多级组合绝缘,利用绝缘伸缩升降臂结构,提高水冲洗作业绝缘性能;采用无线远程遥控,能有效减轻人工作业强度,提高操作安全性,确保作业人身安全。 相似文献

通过对绝缘子现行的污秽监测方法的研究分析,提出了基于声发射技术的绝缘子污秽放电在线监测方法,对电晕放电和污秽放电声发射信号进行了实验研究,并对两者放电声发射在波形相位与强度上的差别进行了分析比较,基本消除了电晕放电对污秽放电声发射信号的干扰,从而揭示了污秽放电的严重程度和声信号之间的关系,证明了声发射技术在绝缘子在线检测上的可行性。 相似文献

For one kind of a high current diode composed of a small disk-type alumina ceramic insulator water/vacuum interface, the insulation structure was designed and experimentally investigated. According to the theories of vacuum flashover and the rules for radial insulators, a "cone-column" anode outline and the cathode shielding rings were adopted. The electrostatic field along the insulator surface was obtained by finite element analysis simulating. By adjusting the outline of the anode and reshaping the shielding rings, the electric fields were well distributed and the field around the cathode triple junction was effectively controlled. Area weighted statistical method was applied to estimate the surface breakdown field. In addition, the operating process of an accelerator based on a spiral pulse forming line (PFL) was simulated through the PSPICE software to get the waveform of charging and diode voltage. The high voltage test was carried out on a water dielectric spiral PFL accelerator with long pulse duration, and results show that the diode can work stably in 420 kV, 200 ns conditions. Abstract This paper presents application of adaptive network based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) to estimate critical flashover voltage on polluted insulators. Diameter, height, creepage distance, form factor and equivalent salt deposit density were used as input variables for ANFIS, and critical flashover voltage was estimated. In order to train the network and to test its performance, the data sets are derived from experimental results obtained from the literature and a mathematical model. Obtained results were given in both tabulated and graphical form for various cases studies, separately. Satisfactory and more accurate results obtained by using ANFIS to estimate the critical flashover voltage for the considered conditions compared with the previous works. Both test and validation stages were explained in detail and it is observed that estimated results rather close to experimental results. 相似文献

In order to identify the level of contamination of lubricating oil in a turbine-generator at a local power plant, contaminant analysis was conducted. The contaminant analysis was also used to assess the condition of tribo-components such as bearings, gears and bearing deflectors. Oil samples were taken and the debris in the used lubricating oil were analysed off-line to provide information for the construction of an on-line monitoring system. Statistical analysis of debris was also carried out to determine the quantitative trend of oil contamination. The on-line contaminant monitoring system was then developed with the capabilities to provide an early warning of excessive oil contamination and to detect any impending failures of tribo-components. Guidelines necessary for maintenance engineers such as preset warning level and a trip level (automatic shutdown) of contamination were established. In the system, a device utilizing a filter blockage principle was employed to measure the contamination level. The on-line system developed was installed and field tested in a turbine-generator at a local power plant. During the two year period of investigation, the lubricating system and related tribo-components were revealed to be in normal condition. 相似文献

针对高分子湿度传感器的测量精度易受温度影响的问题,提出了湿度硬件测量电路,建立了高分子湿度传感器的数学模型。此硬件测量电路的湿度传感器选用IH3605,温度传感器选用AD590。此数学模型采用RBF神经网络,利用在线测量的温湿度信号值,应用带遗忘因子的梯度下降算法进行网络参数的调整,同时给出了建模步骤。实际结果表明,该模型的误差小于0.5%RH,具有较高的精度。 相似文献
