In this study, the dynamic response of free vibration of laminated composite twisted (skewed) plate with mass variation via cutout and additional mass is investigated. The mathematical model employs cubic variation of the thickness coordinates in the displacement field. The mathematical formulation also includes the effects of transverse shear and rotatory inertia. A realistic parabolic distribution of transverse shear strains through the plate thickness is assumed and the use of the shear correction factor is avoided. A C0 finite element formulation of the mathematical model is developed to analyze the dynamic behavior of laminated composite twisted plate with cutout and additional mass. Given that no results on the present problem of free vibration of laminated composite twisted plate with cutout and additional mass are available in literature, novel results for different twist angles of laminated composite plates along with mode shapes are presented by varying the geometry, boundary conditions, and ply orientations. 相似文献

粘弹性材料(VEM)的本构关系随频率和温度的变化而变化,对粘弹结构难以进行动特性分析及控制研究。基于Hamilton原理,给出了一种建立约束层阻尼(CLD)板动力学方程的新建模方法,建模时,考虑到VEM的纵向位移影响,并引入虚拟自由度,导出了标准二阶定常线性系统模型,从而避免因粘弹性材料导致的高阶非线性方程。采用GHM方法描述VEM的本构关系,它能直接与有限元法融合。算例分析了夹芯层为ZN—1型粘弹性材料的CLD悬臂板的动态特性,并与相关文献中的计算及试验结果进行比较,计算结果更加准确,表明新建模方法是准确的。 相似文献

The "imaging plate" is a highly sensitive image recording plate for X-ray radiography, which is coated with photo-stimulable phosphor. The imaging plate is exposed to electrons in a transmission electron microscope. Its fundamental properties (sensitivity, dynamic range and sharpness) have been estimated in detail. Also, the image quality of the imaging plate for some specimens in a transmission electron microscope has been estimated. As a result, it has been ascertained that the imaging plate has superior properties and high practicability as an image recording material in a transmission electron microscope. 相似文献

This paper employs an analytical method to analyze vibration of piezoelectric coupled thick annular functionally graded plates (FGPs) subjected to different combinations of soft simply supported, hard simply supported and clamped boundary conditions at the inner and outer edges of the annular plate on the basis of the Reddy's third-order shear deformation theory (TSDT). The properties of host plate are graded in the thickness direction according to a volume fraction power-law distribution. The distribution of electric potential along the thickness direction in the piezoelectric layer is assumed as a sinusoidal function so that the Maxwell static electricity equation is approximately satisfied. The differential equations of motion are solved analytically for various boundary conditions of the plate. In this study closed-form expressions for characteristic equations, displacement components of the plate and electric potential are derived for the first time in the literature. The present analysis is validated by comparing results with those in the literature and then natural frequencies of the piezoelectric coupled annular FG plate are presented in tabular and graphical forms for different thickness-radius ratios, inner-outer radius ratios, thickness of piezoelectric, material of piezoelectric, power index and boundary conditions. 相似文献

针对在易燃易爆环境下切割容易出现爆炸事故的问题,研制出了一种安全切割装置。分析了瓦斯爆炸条件,阐述了用磨料水射流进行安全切割装置的工作原理。大量实验表明了该切割装置在瓦斯气体环境下不会发生爆炸现象。该装置在易燃易爆场所有很好的应用前景。 相似文献

A novel 3ω thermal conductivity measurement technique called metal-coated 3ω is introduced for use with liquids, gases, powders, and aerogels. This technique employs a micron-scale metal-coated glass fiber as a heater/thermometer that is suspended within the sample. Metal-coated 3ω exceeds alternate 3ω based fluid sensing techniques in a number of key metrics enabling rapid measurements of small samples of materials with very low thermal effusivity (gases), using smaller temperature oscillations with lower parasitic conduction losses. Its advantages relative to existing fluid measurement techniques, including transient hot-wire, steady-state methods, and solid-wire 3ω are discussed. A generalized n-layer concentric cylindrical periodic heating solution that accounts for thermal boundary resistance is presented. Improved sensitivity to boundary conductance is recognized through this model. Metal-coated 3ω was successfully validated through a benchmark study of gases and liquids spanning two-orders of magnitude in thermal conductivity. 相似文献

装载机是工程建设中重要的机器之一,动臂是装载机工作装置的主要承力构件。文中采用Pro/E创建有筋板的动臂三维模型,然后导入ANSYS中,以偏载工况为例,对其进行应力分析。分析结果显示筋板对耳板、横梁处的应力分布有一定的影响,对动臂板的应力分布影响不大,最大应力集中点在动臂与动臂油缸铰接处。 相似文献

基于机构的概念,将一种正方体折纸盒折痕等效为铰链,连接折痕的纸板等效为连杆,抽象出新型3自由度并联机构.该新型并联机构由定平台、动平台和4个连接支链组成,各支链结构完全相同,且都含有1个具有特殊结构的六杆球面变胞机构闭环子链.介绍此新型并联机构结构设计,其特点是结构完全对称,只含有单自由度转动运动副.详细描述各支链中闭环子链的结构特点、一般构态及其自由度数.应用螺旋理论,分析运动支链中闭环子链的自由度特性.根据广义运动副的概念,用广义运动副替代各支链中的六杆球面变胞机构,并分析各运动支链末端约束.依据该并联机构的结构对称性,分析其动平台的自由度数和相应的自由度特性,得到动平台相对于定平台具有2个转动和1个移动自由度,并具有连续转轴. 相似文献
