油液分析在大型盾构机状态监测中的应用   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
介绍了油液分析在大型泥水一气垫式平衡盾构机状态监测中的应用。对盾构机轴承密封方式进行分析,对主轴承润滑油样进行定期取样监测,发现该盾构机主轴承润滑系统受到油脂污染。根据油液监测的分析结果,对该轴承系统润滑油进行不定期更换和添加新油,使盾构机轴承系统保持良好的润滑状态,从而保证盾构机轴承系统安全运行。  相似文献

某重油催化装置油浆泵采用集中油雾润滑方式,油液监测发现轴承润滑油中的金属元素含量高,并且呈急剧增加的趋势,拆机检查发现油浆泵轴承出现了严重磨损。分析该油浆泵轴承磨损原因,提出了采用稀油润滑和油雾润滑组合方式来改善轴承润滑。同时,采用了大型炼化企业机泵群油液监测平台对关键动设备进行状态监测,有效保证了设备长周期安全运行。  相似文献

本文对一家汽车安全带生产厂的注塑机,冲压机进行了基于油液分析的状态监测,注塑机和冲压机是该厂的重要进口设备。为了获得注塑机运行状况的有关信息以及在该厂进行设备的现代管理视情维修。对该厂家注塑机、冲压机的油液分析持续了一年的时间,在监测中使用了多种监测技术,如:铁谱分析、发射光谱分析、理化指标分析、研究结果表明,使用综合油液分析技术对设备运行状态进行监测,对防止注塑机,冲压机的重大事故和避免代价高昂的事后维修有重要的意义,并对推进该厂的现代设备管理视情维修作出了重要的贡献。  相似文献

通过对催化裂化装置机泵群的润滑油进行监测,发现油浆泵轴承润滑油中金属颗粒指标异常,且颗粒表面有异常发蓝现象;通过油液监测诊断数据的趋势对比,结合轴承的振动状态监测图谱,实现了高温泵轴承的滚珠体早期故障预警。通过拆检和维修更换等,及时消除设备缺陷,保证了油浆泵与石化装置的健康运行。润滑可靠性监测预警与振动监测能快速、准确地实现隐患预警,为设备的视情维护提供依据。  相似文献

提出有限元分析和油液监测相结合的方法来预测风电机组轴承疲劳磨损寿命。通过ABAQUS有限元分析,结合某风力发电机的实际运行工况,获得风机发电机后轴承的应力分布和应力时间历程曲线,通过雨流计数法和Miner准则,计算出轴承出现疲劳磨损的寿命时间;运用油液检测和铁谱分析实验,得到该风机轴承的润滑脂性能信息和磨损颗粒信息,从而判断出该轴承的润滑和磨损状态。通过结合分析仿真计算和实验的结果,可以更准确地预测和诊断轴承的疲劳磨损寿命和故障,从而提高风电机组运行的可靠性。  相似文献

针对现有振动平板夯运动模型不符合实际工况,受力状态过于简化,提出了一种精细运动模型。分析了振动平板夯的运动过程,导出了平板夯的受力公式。借助有限元分析方法,利用计算机可视化程序,模拟振动平板夯的实际工作情况,获得夯板在各种载荷下的应力和变形值,为振动平板夯的设计、生产及工程应用提供了理论依据。  相似文献

Premature failure of machine, tool spindle bearings is a major problem in production that can result in an enormous loss in production and spindle rehabilitation cost. The bearing internal contact force tends to change when the spindle is subjected to abnormal operating conditions. In this paper, the complicated variations in the condition of a grinding spindle in a three-shift production line were studied with a focus on examining the drift of bearing operating conditions over a long period of time. The results show that a stable operating condition was achieved and this condition gradually shifts due to factors such as the start-slop of the spindle between shifts, wear, contamination, and temperature. It is shown in this paper that the bearing condition can be explicitly expressed. on-line in a chart, denoted as a stability margin (SM) chart, where the nominal operating condition can be specified. As a result, predictive maintenance can be achieved try examining the bearing condition in comparison with the nominal operating condition specified in the chart.  相似文献

A rotational connection between two substructures generally consists of a slewing bearing which is very often used for heavy loads at low speeds. Slewing bearing condition monitoring is a good method to identify the inception and propagation of structural defects at an early stage for timely remedy, and ultimately, enable condition-based “intelligent” maintenance instead of schedule-based. The traditional health evaluation accuracy is not high based on single vibrating signal. We present a new strategy for health evaluation of slewing bearing based on multiple characteristic parameters and the artificial neural networks, and we applied the genetic algorithm to model multiparameters health evaluation. Seventy days fatigue life test was carried out using a special slewing bearing test table and 70 sets data was chosen to input the networks evaluation model for training and evaluation. Test results show that the ANN (Artificial neural network) with GA (Genetic algorithm) optimization converges more easily, takes fewer iterations and shorter training time, and has higher precision and good stability. And the output of multi-parameters health evaluation network model shows a better agreement with the target. The evaluation results were in accordance with the experiment. Therefore, this methodology can be used to evaluate the health state of slewing bearing.  相似文献

在旋转机械状态监测和故障诊断领域中 ,循环平稳信号分析方法正在成为一种重要的处理工具。本文在介绍了二阶循环平稳理论的基础上 ,分析了循环周期图的两种方法 ,并将时间平滑循环周期图法应用到实测滚动轴承振动信号的分析与诊断之中。通过与经典的功率谱分析方法相比较 ,证明循环周期图能够快速有效地识别出滚动轴承的故障 ,并指出其在滚动轴承故障特征提取方面具有很大的应用价值  相似文献

A design method for flat, circular thrust bearings is presented in this paper. The design method is based upon a new dynamic model of the bearing and permits the selection of stiffness and damping for applications of bearings in vibrating environments. Application of the design method to the tuning of bearing dynamics is emphasized here, while the development of the dynamic model is discussed in other references. Design constraints are considered in the iterative design procedure and are illustrated in a bearing design example.  相似文献

In order to avoid friction and scratching when conveying object, an acoustic levitation prototype was designed to verify the feasibility. The modal shapes and the forced harmonic shapes of the prototype are obtained by an ANSYS coupled field computation with a one-quarter symmetry model and the levitation capacity was assessed by the use of groups of simulation and physical testing. The simulation results showed that the pure flexural and mixed flexural wave shapes with different wave numbers existed at some specific frequency. The amplitude in the central point of an aluminum plate having four piezo-electric discs glued to the bottom surface was simulated for a frequency spectrum. The experimental results confirmed the theoretical results and the feasibility of the prototype and confirm that objects can be floated at several resonant frequencies under forced vibrating condition. The system can provide largest bearing capacity when both the piezoelectric disc and the plate resonances coincide.  相似文献
