铸造起重机一般为四梁双小车结构,主要用于炼钢车间吊运铁水包和钢水包,且铁水包和钢水包的耳轴方向在整个流程中保持不变,翻包时只能平行主梁方向倾翻。但是,当铁水包和钢水包的耳轴方向需要旋转90°时,必须采用四梁双小车吊钩旋转铸造起重机。为解决这一问题,开发设计了双主梁单小车垂直主梁倾翻铸造起重机,其结构特点是主、副钩排列由传统的平行主梁改为垂直主梁,且主、副起升机构布置在同一小车上。用该机型替代四梁双小车吊钩旋转铸造起重机,既能满足工艺要求,又可节省设备和厂房投资。 相似文献

在实施新上150t钢水罐倾翻装置过程中,现场调试发现该设备倾翻力矩远大于原设计电机额定驱动力矩。通过对倾翻装置设计的倾翻力矩进行校核,分析倾翻装置的结构特点,采用了调整钢水罐在倾翻框架的定位高度,来平衡减小回转载荷力矩的方案。抬高方案实施过程中,通过精确定位和加强焊接质量控制保证了改造施工的质量。从优化后倾翻装置倾翻力矩调试结果数据来看,该优化设计方案实现了倾翻装置的稳定、安全生产要求。 相似文献

为保证隧道锚杆台车在各种危险工况下工作时不出现失稳现象,以现有MT-11A型锚杆台车为依据,分别从最容易发生失稳现象的双臂水平伸出状态、双臂同时左摆至极限状态以及双臂同时右摆至极限状态下钻孔等几种工况出发,对锚杆台车工作时的倾翻趋势以及稳定性进行分析计算.得出在各种危险工况下的倾翻趋势以及稳定力矩与倾翻力矩的计算方法,获得相应工况下的失稳比和安全系数;同时利用SolidWorks Motion分析功能对各种工况下的稳定性进行动力学分析,获得了临界倾翻时所承受的最大外载荷. 相似文献

In a previous study, we developed a novel in situ analysis and observation system that allows for simultaneous synchrotron X-ray diffraction (XRD) and optical observations of a frictional surface. This in situ system was used to investigate the scuffing phenomena of SUJ2 bearing steel (AISI 52100); characteristic surface deteriorations occurred during the scuffing process, including plastic flow, heat-spot formation, austenite transformation, and a decrease in the width of the XRD peaks (indicating a decrease of dislocations and strain). These surface deteriorations are not observed during normal wear, hence it is possible that they cause catastrophic wear during the scuffing of steel. In this study, to elucidate the scuffing mechanism of steel, we focused on the following two points: (1) whether the above surface deteriorations are unique to SUJ2 steel or whether they occur in general steels as well, and (2) the extent to which these surface deteriorations contribute to the wear amount. To achieve these objectives, we performed scuffing tests on four types of steel using the previously developed in situ system. In particular, we focused on the first stage of the scuffing process. The present test results suggest that these surface deteriorations also occur in general steels, and that plastic flow and heat-spot formation, which originate from the same phenomenon, are the dominant contributors to the wear amount during the scuffing of steel. 西部重工承接钢爪的制作与加工,其中加工215×260平面,为了降低成本,决定把C630-1车床改造成卧式铣床,在车床的中托板上固定一铣削头,在车床的一侧固定一平台,在平台上设计了靠板,钢爪的下底面紧靠在靠板上,钢爪头部伸出65mm,以钢爪的175圆柱端面为基准对215-260平面进行铣削。大大减少了钢抓的装夹时间,吊用钢爪的钢丝绳在装夹钢爪时可以移到钢爪的头部,把钢丝绳挪到吊装位置就可以实现装卸。这样的设计大大减少了装卸时间,提高了工作效率。对改造后的卧式铣床进行了优缺点分析,最后提出了关于卧式铣床的改造和制作的两点想法。 相似文献

AISI 316L stainless steel is widely used as a structural material of high temperature thermoelectric power plants, since austenitic stainless steel has excellent mechanical properties. However, creep damage is generated in these components, which are operated under a high temperature and high pressure environment. Several researches have been done on how microstructural changes of precipitates affect to the macroscopic mechanical properties. And they investigate the relation between ultrasonic parameters and metallurgical results. But, these studies are limited by experiment results only. In this paper, attenuations of ultrasonic with isothermal damaged AISI 316L stainless steel were measured. Also, simulation of ultrasonic attenuation with variation of area fraction and size of precipitates were performed. And, from the measured attenuations, metallographic data and simulation results, we investigate the relations between the ultrasonic attenuations and the material properties which is area fraction of precipitates for the isothermal damaged austenitic stainless steel specimens. And, we studied parametric study for investigation of the relation between ultrasonic parameters and metallurgical results of the isothermal damaged AISI 316L stainless steel specimens using numerical methods. 相似文献
