目的建立高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中番茄红素的分析方法。方法用含有0.1%2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚抗氧化剂的甲醇:二氯甲烷(10:90,V:V)作为提取溶液。通过Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇:乙酸乙酯(85:15,V:V)作为流动相,二极管阵列检测器,检出波长475 nm,色谱柱温25℃,流速1.0 mL/min,进样体积10μL,作为检测条件。结果番茄红素在0~200μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9995,最低检出限为0.0815μg/mL,平均回收率在89.7%~109.8%之间,RSD为8.4%。结论本方法可以准确、快速地检测保健食品中的番茄红素。  相似文献

目的建立正相色谱法测定大豆磷脂中磷脂酰胆碱含量,用于大豆磷脂类保健食品生产过程中该物质含量的测定和质量控制。方法采用硅胶柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0μm)进行分离;色谱条件为流动相:异丙醇:正己烷:蒸馏水=70:16:14(V:V:V),等度洗脱,流速:1.0 m L/min;柱温:40℃;进样量:10μL;检测波长:205nm;并进行方法学验证,考察方法检测限、精密度、回收率等指标。结果磷脂酰胆碱峰面积与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.1~0.8 mg/m L(r=0.9999),检出浓度0.04μg/m L,检出限为20μg/g,定量限为66.666μg/g,精密度(RSD)为0.6%,平均回收率99.37%(n=9)。结论本文建立的方法灵敏度高,重复性好,且具有很好的专属性,能够应用于大豆磷脂类保健食品中磷脂酰胆碱含量的检测。  相似文献

建立反向高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)同时测定保健食品中维生素D_2和D_3的检验方法。片剂和硬胶囊剂采用超声提取,软胶囊采用皂化提取制备,Zorbak ODS色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm),以甲醇-乙腈(9∶1,V/V)为等度流动相,检测波长为264 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温35℃。结果表明,维生素D_2在0.07~7.14μg/m L质量浓度范围、维生素D_3在0.08~8.62μg/m L质量浓度范围内呈线性关系(r=0.999 5),维生素D_2和维生素D_3的回收率分别为83.49%~98.56%和83.71%~98.43%,定量限为0.45μg/100 g。经方法学验证符合相关标准。该方法简便快捷,准确度高,能满足含维生素D类保健食品的含量测定要求。  相似文献

目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定口服液中左旋肉碱含量的方法。方法样品经0.5 mmol/L盐酸溶液超声提取,采用CAPCELL PAK ACR C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.002 mol/L辛烷磺酸钠溶液(加入0.125%磷酸二氢钾、0.125%磷酸氢二钾,用磷酸调pH3.0)-7腈(92:8,V:V)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长:210 nm,柱温:25℃。结果左旋肉碱的浓度在150.1~1800.7μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为95.50%,RSD为2.0%(n=6)。结论本方法快速、准确、重复性好,可作为口服液类辅助降血脂保健食品的质量控制方法。  相似文献

目的建立一种保健食品中三氯蔗糖含量测定的高效液相色谱检测法。方法样品采用Rad pak C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)进行分离,以1.0 m L/min乙腈:水(V:V=15:85)为流动相,最后用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)-示差折光仪为检测器进行测定,外标法定量分析。结果高效液相色谱法在0.482~2.892 mg/m L浓度范围,三氯蔗糖的浓度和峰面积的线性良好,相关系数为0.999(r0.99),该方法的检出限和定量限分别为19.58 mg/g和65.27 mg/g,在不同的添加水平下,该方法的回收率范围为95.0%~95.6%,相对标准偏差为0.3%(n=9)。结论高效液相色谱法灵敏度、准确度均较高,适用于保健食品中三氯蔗糖的含量测定。  相似文献

建立保健食品中β-胡萝卜素含量的测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:岛津Inertsil C18(4.0 mm×75 mm,3μm),以甲醇∶乙腈=90∶10为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min。结果:β-胡萝卜素的浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(R2=0.999 81),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.4%(n=9)。因此,高效液相色谱法可靠、灵敏、快速,可用于保健食品中β-胡萝卜素含量测定。  相似文献

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定豆制品中甲醛含量的分析方法。方法样品粉碎后,采用乙腈-2,4-二硝基苯肼和磷酸二氢钠溶液的混合体系为衍生溶液提取样品中的甲醛,生成的产物经色谱柱WelchXB-C_(18)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)洗脱,流动相为乙腈-水(70:30,V:V),柱温为35℃,流速为0.8mL/min;检测波长为355 nm,高效液相色谱法检测。结果甲醛质量浓度在0~3.0μg/mL范围内呈良好线性,相关系数r~2为0.9999,在2、10和40μg3个加标水平的回收率为87.22%~93.92%,相对标准偏差为0.75%~3.87%,检出限为0.05mg/kg。结论本方法灵敏度高,操作简便,准确可靠,适合于测定豆制品中甲醛的含量。  相似文献

建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法(high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector,HPLC-ELSD)同时测定保健食品银杏叶刺梨胶囊中银杏萜类内酯含量的方法。色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温为35℃;流动相为甲醇-水=30∶70(体积比),流速1.0 mL/min;ELSD检测器雾化温度100℃,雾化气为空气,气流速度2.5 L/min。白果内酯、银杏内酯A、银杏内酯B、银杏内酯C分别在4.376μg~3.128μg,4.176μg~12.528μg,4.320μg~12.960μg,4.368μg~13.104μg之间线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.86%、101.52%、99.60%、100.69%。该方法可准确测定银杏叶刺梨胶囊中银杏萜类内酯的含量,可用于该产品的质量分析。  相似文献

A 9% whey protein (WP) isolate solution at pH 7.0 was heat-denatured at 80°C for 30 min. Size-exclusion HPLC showed that native WP formed soluble aggregates after heat-treatment. Additions of CaCl2 (10–40 mM), NaCl (50–400 mM) or glucono-delta-lactone (GDL, 0.4–2.0%, w/v) or hydrolysis by a protease from Bacillus licheniformis caused gelation of the denatured solution at 45°C. Textural parameters, hardness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness of the gels so formed changed markedly with concentration of added salts or pH by added GDL. Maximum gel hardness occurred at 200 mM NaCl or pH 4.7. Increasing CaCl2 concentration continuously increased gel hardness. Generally, GDL-induced gels were harder than salt-induced gels, and much harder than the protease-induced gel.  相似文献

The levels of bisphenol-F-diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) were quantified as part of a European survey on the migration of residues of epoxy resins into oil from canned fish. The contents of BFDGE in cans, lids and fish collected from all 15 Member States of the European Union and Switzerland were analysed in 382 samples. Cans and lids were separately extracted with acetonitrile. The extraction from fish was carried out with hexane followed by re-extraction with acetonitrile. The analysis was performed by reverse phase HPL C with fluorescence detection. BFDGE could be detected in 12% of the fish, 24% of the cans and 18% of the lids. Only 3% of the fish contained BFDGE in concentrations considerably above 1mg/kg. In addition to the presented data, a comparison was made with the levels of BADGE (bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether)analysed in the same products in the context of a previous study.  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

The European Commission's, Quality of Life Research Programme, Key Action 1—Health, Food & Nutrition is mission-oriented and aims, amongst other things, at providing a healthy, safe and high-quality food supply leading to reinforced consumer confidence in the safety of European food. Its objectives also include the enhancing of the competitiveness of the European food supply. Key Action 1 is currently supporting a number of different types of European collaborative projects in the area of risk analysis. The objectives of these projects range from the development and validation of prevention strategies including the reduction of consumers risks; development and validation of new modelling approaches; harmonization of risk assessment principles, methodologies, and terminology; standardization of methods and systems used for the safety evaluation of transgenic food; providing of tools for the evaluation of human viral contamination of shellfish and quality control; new methodologies for assessing the potential of unintended effects of genetically modified (genetically modified) foods; development of a risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium parvum related to the food and water industries; to the development of a communication platform for genetically modified organism, producers, retailers, regulatory authorities and consumer groups to improve safety assessment procedures, risk management strategies and risk communication; development and validation of new methods for safety testing of transgenic food; evaluation of the safety and efficacy of iron supplementation in pregnant women; evaluation of the potential cancer-preventing activity of pro- and pre-biotic ('synbiotic') combinations in human volunteers.
