针对苹果在分级的过程中,光线不均所导致的表面反光和阴影问题,利用同态滤波和改进的K-means算法予以解决。同态滤波前,将苹果图像由RGB空间转换到HSV空间,再对HSV空间的V分量进行同态滤波增强,最大限度地削弱光线不均带来的影响;对传统K-means聚类算法,新增加距离度量方法、确定聚类数目和初始中心点,能较好地去除苹果阴影对图像分割的影响。从大小、果形、质量、颜色、缺陷5个方面对陕北富县的秦冠苹果进行分级,分级成功率达到97%。利用同态滤波算法结合改进的K-means算法来对苹果图像进行处理,能够大大提高苹果分级的准确性。  相似文献

由于彩色视频图像R、G、B三个分量并不具有均等的线性表达,因此采用原有的灰度图像算法对三个色彩分量分别进行增强会产生颜色不协调等问题。为此,文章采用Retinex模型将原始视频图像转换到亮度和颜色分离的彩色空间,并通过遗传算法来实现照度信息增强,最终将处理结果转换到RGB色彩空间,以取得更好的增强效果。  相似文献

针对机器对槟榔点卤出现漏点或者点空的情况,提出了一种基于H分量的图像分割方法来识别槟榔。将采集到的RGB彩色图像进行伽马增强再转换至HSV颜色空间,分离HSV颜色空间得H通道图像,再对H分量图像进行Otsu图像分割处理,结合图像形态学和区域生长法去除二值图像中出现的孔洞和小连通区域,最后通过绘制矩形框操作对识别出的槟榔进行标注。结果表明,该方法能完整地将槟榔从背景中分割出,且不会出现过度分割或者分割不足的问题。  相似文献

为了提高采摘机器人的适用性和工作效率,保证成熟苹果果实的及时采摘,需要机器人具有夜间连续识别、采摘作业的能力。针对夜间苹果图像的特点,该文提出一种基于引导滤波的具有边缘保持特性的Retinex图像增强算法。利用颜色特征分量采用具有边缘保持功能的引导滤波来估计出照度分量;进而利用单尺度Retinex算法对图像进行对数变换获得仅包含物体本身特性的反射分量图像;分别对照度分量和反射分量图像增强后,再合成为新的夜间苹果的增强图像。文中选取30幅荧光灯辅助照明下采集到的夜间苹果图像进行试验的结果显示,该文增强算法处理后的30幅图像的平均灰度值,分别比原始图像、直方图均衡算法、同态滤波算法和双边滤波Retinex算法处理后的图像平均提高230.34%、251.16%、14.56%、7.75%,标准差平均提高36.90%、-23.95%、53.37%、28.00%,信息熵平均提高65.88%、99.68%、66.85%、17.53%,平均梯度提高161.70%、64.71%、139.89%、17.70%。且该文算法较双边滤波Retinex方法的运行时间平均减少74.56%。表明该文算法在夜间图像增强效果和运行时间效率上有明显的提高,为后续夜间图像的分割和目标识别提供了保障。  相似文献

基于图像处理法研究捻系数对有色环锭纺纱线表面明度的影响。采用超景深显微镜进行纱线图像采集,再对图像进行裁剪,用中值滤波进行去噪后,提取出图像的RGB信息,去除纯黑色像素点,再将RGB颜色空间转换为HSV颜色空间,对其明度通道进行提取。绘制出明度值的三维曲面图与正态密度曲线直方图,并对数据图进行分析。结果表明:此方法能较为准确地表征环锭纺纱线表面的明度分布。认为:在满足纱线性能及用纱条件的情况下,捻系数的微调比小比例纤维混色更易于控制纱线颜色。  相似文献

储粮害虫的在线检测是研究的热门领域。由于图像处理技术逐渐成熟,基于图像处理的储粮害虫检测系统得到了广泛的关注。图像增强是特征提取前重要的预处理过程,因此在基于图像处理的检测系统中是最重要的步骤。介绍了同态滤波图像增强方法和矩阵奇异值分解的基本理论,在此基础上提出了基于奇异值分解和同态滤波的粮虫图像增强算法。为了验证方法的有效性在Matlab平台上做了仿真试验,使用本方法增强粮虫图像并和其他方法做了对比,结果表明该方法对于粮虫图像增强是有效且可行的。  相似文献

针对现有的暗原色先验算法和Retinex算法在处理无人机侦察影像时存在的运算速度慢、光晕效应、细节丢失的问题,提出一种改进后的Retinex算法。首先将RGB颜色空间转化到HIS颜色空间,分离出亮度Ⅰ,对大中小三个尺度赋值,利用高斯环绕求得三种尺度亮度图像后加权,再将亮度Ⅰ转化回RGB颜色空间,以求得到细节信息更加清晰的复原图像。最后在MATLAB中进行仿真实验,并通过改变参数调整图像复原效果。  相似文献

针对太阳能电池片人工颜色识别较慢且准确性不高的问题,提出一种基于Lab颜色空间的太阳能电池片颜色识别优化方法。首先对原始图像进行去噪,增强颜色对比,再用ROI特征提取等方法进行预处理,然后将图像从RGB空间转换到Lab空间,接着引入K均值聚类算法对图像颜色进行分割,通过分析图像直方图来对图像进行分类。结果显示,通过对加入K均值后的图像直方图的分析,能够较好的分辨出电池片颜色之间的差别。  相似文献

针对筒纱分拣机器人作业目标的表面纹理复杂、位置随机摆放等干扰因素的问题,课题组提出了基于颜色特征的筒纱识别定位方法。构建了具有视觉感知的4自由度DOBOT筒纱分拣机器人系统,通过视觉系统获取筒纱多目标的图像,采用对图像进行预处理的算法来提高分拣目标的对比度;将作业目标由RGB空间转换到HSV颜色空间,提取各分量的颜色特征,采用区域生长法对不同颜色的多目标区域进行提取;建立基于图像信息的形心坐标,对各目标区域的连通域进行定位。实验结果表明:该方法能够实现对不同颜色的作业目标的识别与定位,并在分拣机器人的手眼标定的基础上,实现了对不同颜色的作业目标进行分拣。  相似文献

通过CCD相机动态采集苹果两个面的实时图像,提出了泛洪填充+自适应Ostu阈值分割算法提取苹果的轮廓,采用最小外接圆法对苹果上表面图像进行处理得到苹果果径,采用最小外接矩形法对苹果侧表面图像进行处理提取苹果果形特征;将图像进行RGB到HSV空间转换,提取苹果的着色度、果锈,以及疤痕特征,采用基于改进粒子群算法的SVM决策树的分类方法进行苹果的分级。结果表明,该方法对特级果、一级果、二级果和等外果的识别准确率分别达96%,94%,98%,98%,分级速率达4个/s,可以满足苹果在线分级的要求。  相似文献

A 9% whey protein (WP) isolate solution at pH 7.0 was heat-denatured at 80°C for 30 min. Size-exclusion HPLC showed that native WP formed soluble aggregates after heat-treatment. Additions of CaCl2 (10–40 mM), NaCl (50–400 mM) or glucono-delta-lactone (GDL, 0.4–2.0%, w/v) or hydrolysis by a protease from Bacillus licheniformis caused gelation of the denatured solution at 45°C. Textural parameters, hardness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness of the gels so formed changed markedly with concentration of added salts or pH by added GDL. Maximum gel hardness occurred at 200 mM NaCl or pH 4.7. Increasing CaCl2 concentration continuously increased gel hardness. Generally, GDL-induced gels were harder than salt-induced gels, and much harder than the protease-induced gel.  相似文献

The levels of bisphenol-F-diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) were quantified as part of a European survey on the migration of residues of epoxy resins into oil from canned fish. The contents of BFDGE in cans, lids and fish collected from all 15 Member States of the European Union and Switzerland were analysed in 382 samples. Cans and lids were separately extracted with acetonitrile. The extraction from fish was carried out with hexane followed by re-extraction with acetonitrile. The analysis was performed by reverse phase HPL C with fluorescence detection. BFDGE could be detected in 12% of the fish, 24% of the cans and 18% of the lids. Only 3% of the fish contained BFDGE in concentrations considerably above 1mg/kg. In addition to the presented data, a comparison was made with the levels of BADGE (bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether)analysed in the same products in the context of a previous study.  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

The European Commission's, Quality of Life Research Programme, Key Action 1—Health, Food & Nutrition is mission-oriented and aims, amongst other things, at providing a healthy, safe and high-quality food supply leading to reinforced consumer confidence in the safety of European food. Its objectives also include the enhancing of the competitiveness of the European food supply. Key Action 1 is currently supporting a number of different types of European collaborative projects in the area of risk analysis. The objectives of these projects range from the development and validation of prevention strategies including the reduction of consumers risks; development and validation of new modelling approaches; harmonization of risk assessment principles, methodologies, and terminology; standardization of methods and systems used for the safety evaluation of transgenic food; providing of tools for the evaluation of human viral contamination of shellfish and quality control; new methodologies for assessing the potential of unintended effects of genetically modified (genetically modified) foods; development of a risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium parvum related to the food and water industries; to the development of a communication platform for genetically modified organism, producers, retailers, regulatory authorities and consumer groups to improve safety assessment procedures, risk management strategies and risk communication; development and validation of new methods for safety testing of transgenic food; evaluation of the safety and efficacy of iron supplementation in pregnant women; evaluation of the potential cancer-preventing activity of pro- and pre-biotic ('synbiotic') combinations in human volunteers.
