本文建立了用三乙醇胺吸收—盐酸副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法测定白砂糖中二氧化硫的方法。该法用三乙醇胺代替汞盐,减少了对环境的污染。样品经处理后中加入三乙醇胺吸收液,溶液中的二氧化硫能与三乙醇胺生成稳定的阴离子复合物,再与盐酸副玫瑰苯胺溶液和甲醛反应生成紫红色化合物,在579nm处测定其吸光度。白砂糖中二氧化硫浓度在0~60mg/kg范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),检出限为0.50mg/kg。样品测定的相对标准偏差3.1%~4.8%,回收率93.3%~97.6%。与国标方法测定结果比较,两者无显著性差异,结果令人满意。  相似文献

无汞盐比色法测定馒头中二氧化硫残留量的方法是用甲醛——苯二甲酸氢钾作二氧化硫的吸收液.使样品中的二氧化硫以羟甲基磺酸的形式被固定,再加氢氧化钠使之分解.与盐酸付玫瑰苯胺显色,生成红色络合物。应用本法.二氧化硫在0~50μg 范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),回收率为92.2~97.7%,变异系数为3.14~4.75%,与GB5009,34—85法比较,结果无显著性差  相似文献

本研究对盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法测定食品中SO2进行改进,以EDTA-2Na代替剧毒试剂四氯汞钠,建立了超声波浸提、无汞盐吸收液检测干果SO2残留的方法,二氧化硫含量在0~10.0μg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9995),方法的检出限为0.8mg/kg。测定样品的相对标准偏差在3.29%~7.42%之间,回收率在89.17%~104.72%之间。该方法操作简便、重现性好、线性范围宽、减小了对环境的污染,可用于干果中亚硫酸盐的测定。  相似文献

本文参照国际糖品统一分析方法中二氧化硫的测定方法,结合我们的具体情况,做了大量实验,总结出了我们自己的二氧化硫测定新方法。它简化了以往使用的比色法的操作过程,缩短了分析时间,降低了费用,并同样能达到令人满意的结果。通过实验,确认二氧化硫直接与盐酸副品红——甲醛试剂作用与先用四氯汞钠(剧毒)吸收再与盐酸副品红——甲醛试剂作用结果相近,对两种方法进行样品实测对比,结果说明,对食糖样品而言,在我们测定的条件下,不存在以往认为不加四氯汞钠有二氧化硫“逃远”现象。同时确定了最佳的实验条件和样品处理方法,对实验结果及有关问题给予了较详细的论述。本方法测定二氧化硫的回收率在97~110%之间,变异系数1.9%。  相似文献

目的了解广西区内香菇中二氧化硫的本底值含量情况。方法采用《中国药典》2015年版四部通则2331二氧化硫残留量测定法第一法对广西不同地区共50批新鲜香菇中的二氧化硫残留量进行检测和分析。结果广西不同地区香菇样品中二氧化硫的残留量范围为20.36~176.5mg/kg,平均残留量达到87.57mg/kg,大部分结果已经超过国家食品安全标准(GB 2760-2016)对干香菇的最大残留限量要求(0.05 g/kg)。其中桂林市所产的香菇二氧化硫的残留量明显高于其他地区,平均值达到176.5mg/kg,最大值为243.2mg/kg;百色市香菇二氧化硫的残留量平均值为20.36 mg/kg,最小值为13.62 mg/kg,最大值为27.58 mg/kg;不同地区的香菇中二氧化硫的残留量差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论不同产地香菇中二氧化硫的本底值均有不同程度的存在。  相似文献

目的检测建宁及其周边地区出产的52批莲子中二氧化硫残留量,以了解莲子加工过程中二氧化硫污染情况。方法采用半自动凯氏定氮仪建立莲子中二氧化硫残留量的检测方法。莲子样品经凯氏定氮仪酸化、蒸馏,蒸馏物用乙酸铅溶液吸收,吸收后的溶液用盐酸酸化,碘标准溶液滴定,根据所消耗的碘标准溶液量计算出样品中的二氧化硫含量。结果经统计学方法验证,该方法与GB 5009.34-2016中的玻璃蒸馏法测定的结果无显著性差异(P0.05);对于0.254、0.507、1.014 g/kg水平添加回收率范围在71.9%~93.5%之间;相对标准偏差范围在4.4%~7.8%。应用该方法对建宁及其周边地区出产的52批莲子进行二氧化硫污染检测分析,有7批样品不同程度检出二氧化硫,最高的83mg/kg,超过了50mg/kg的标准限量,最低的19mg/kg。结论建宁莲子中二氧化硫总体污染水平不高,但仍存在个别超标现象。  相似文献

目的:建立用甲醛溶液吸收一盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法测定食品中亚硫酸盐的方法.方法:样品中加入甲醛,生成稳定的羟甲基磺酸加成化合物,在样品溶液中加入氢氧化钠使加成化合物分解,释放出二氧化硫与盐酸副玫瑰苯胺作用,生成紫红色化合物,在波长570nm处用紫外分光光度法测定食品中亚硫酸盐含量.结果:采用甲醛作为食品中亚硫酸盐的稳定剂,二氧化硫浓度在0~20μg/mL范围内与吸光值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),方法的检出限为1mg/kg,定量限为3.5mg/kg.测定样品的相对标准偏差在0.8%~2.0%之间,回收率在94%~101%之间.结论:该方法操作简便,重现性好,线性范围宽,减小了对环境的污染,可用于食品中亚硫酸盐的测定.  相似文献

A 9% whey protein (WP) isolate solution at pH 7.0 was heat-denatured at 80°C for 30 min. Size-exclusion HPLC showed that native WP formed soluble aggregates after heat-treatment. Additions of CaCl2 (10–40 mM), NaCl (50–400 mM) or glucono-delta-lactone (GDL, 0.4–2.0%, w/v) or hydrolysis by a protease from Bacillus licheniformis caused gelation of the denatured solution at 45°C. Textural parameters, hardness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness of the gels so formed changed markedly with concentration of added salts or pH by added GDL. Maximum gel hardness occurred at 200 mM NaCl or pH 4.7. Increasing CaCl2 concentration continuously increased gel hardness. Generally, GDL-induced gels were harder than salt-induced gels, and much harder than the protease-induced gel.  相似文献

The levels of bisphenol-F-diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) were quantified as part of a European survey on the migration of residues of epoxy resins into oil from canned fish. The contents of BFDGE in cans, lids and fish collected from all 15 Member States of the European Union and Switzerland were analysed in 382 samples. Cans and lids were separately extracted with acetonitrile. The extraction from fish was carried out with hexane followed by re-extraction with acetonitrile. The analysis was performed by reverse phase HPL C with fluorescence detection. BFDGE could be detected in 12% of the fish, 24% of the cans and 18% of the lids. Only 3% of the fish contained BFDGE in concentrations considerably above 1mg/kg. In addition to the presented data, a comparison was made with the levels of BADGE (bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether)analysed in the same products in the context of a previous study.  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

The European Commission's, Quality of Life Research Programme, Key Action 1—Health, Food & Nutrition is mission-oriented and aims, amongst other things, at providing a healthy, safe and high-quality food supply leading to reinforced consumer confidence in the safety of European food. Its objectives also include the enhancing of the competitiveness of the European food supply. Key Action 1 is currently supporting a number of different types of European collaborative projects in the area of risk analysis. The objectives of these projects range from the development and validation of prevention strategies including the reduction of consumers risks; development and validation of new modelling approaches; harmonization of risk assessment principles, methodologies, and terminology; standardization of methods and systems used for the safety evaluation of transgenic food; providing of tools for the evaluation of human viral contamination of shellfish and quality control; new methodologies for assessing the potential of unintended effects of genetically modified (genetically modified) foods; development of a risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium parvum related to the food and water industries; to the development of a communication platform for genetically modified organism, producers, retailers, regulatory authorities and consumer groups to improve safety assessment procedures, risk management strategies and risk communication; development and validation of new methods for safety testing of transgenic food; evaluation of the safety and efficacy of iron supplementation in pregnant women; evaluation of the potential cancer-preventing activity of pro- and pre-biotic ('synbiotic') combinations in human volunteers.
