主要用作包装材料的纸板,其挺度是特别重要的质量参数。对于单位宽度的均质纸板,挺度随弹性模数E和厚度立方乘积的增加而增加。多层纸板中每层纸对挺度的作用与该纸层到纸板中性层距离的平方和它本身抗张强度成正比。这说明整个纸板的挺度主要是外层纸挺度值的函数。纸板的中心部分使纸板松厚,起填充作用,并增加了面层和底层对纸板挺度的作用。  相似文献

纸板是瓦楞纸箱、纸盒等产品生产的主要原材料,它的性能直接或间接影响产品的内在质量和使用性能。对瓦楞纸箱、纸盒等包装产品来说,具有耐磨、防水和防潮性能,并且具有较高的强度和较好的气密性,是纸板使用特性的基本质量要求。但是,纸厂生产出来的普通纸板,往往不具备良好的耐磨性、防水性和防潮性能等。纸板的强度和气密性则因纸板的质量等级不同而有所差异。  相似文献

Analytical methods were developed to estimate the nitrosatable morpholine and apparent N-nitrosomorpholine content of paper and paperboard direct contact food packaging. Examination of 34 different paper or paperboard food packages indicated 9 to be contaminated with detectable levels of apparent N-nitrosomorpholine. All 12 packages analyzed for nitrosatable morpholine were positive with an average level of 380 μg/kg. Migration of apparent N-nitrosomorpholine and morpholine to food was demonstrated when paper or paperboard and dry food were incubated in a closed container for 3 days at 100°C.  相似文献

Pomegranate juices were assessed after pasteurisation and storage in different packaging materials: transparent and green glass, and paperboard carton with polyethylene layers (Minibrik‐200). The main objective was to establish the influence of the container on the stability of colour and bioactive compounds (anthocyanins, ellagic acid and other non‐coloured phenols). Results showed that non‐coloured phenols and ellagic acid were quite stable during the storage period. In contrast, anthocyanins degraded, to an extent directly proportional to colour loss, less for those juices stored in glass bottles than for those stored in Minibrik. These results indicated that these paperboard carton containers are oxygen permeable, and that oxygen has a greater influence on anthocyanin, and consequently on colour degradation, than light on pomegranate juice during storage. Nevertheless, the antioxidant activity was not influenced by the packaging material employed. Copyright © 2004 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

Chemical and microbiological stability of milk packaged in one litre pouches, a two litre paperboard box (with plastic liner) or a one gallon plastic jug were compared. The cardboard box gave the greatest protection against light induced lipid oxidation while significantly higher microbial populations were found in the larger containers (gallon jug and paperboard box) than in the smaller containers (one litre pouches) after one week of storage. Microbial populations were also greater in milk whose package had been opened and dispensed from previously than from milk found in an unopened package. These microbial data would suggest that one gallon of milk would remain fresher for the consumer when packaged in multi-unit packages than if packaged in one single container.  相似文献

The influence of different coating formulas and times on the water and oil resistance of paperboard was studied.The water and oil resistance of paperboard coated with a modified butadiene-styrene copolymer latex and fluorinated anion grease-proof agent was better than that coated with modified butadiene-styrene copolymer latex,where the modified butadiene-styrene copolymer latex was used as the pre-coating substrate and the F1516 fluorinated grease-proof agent was used as the top coating material.By coating modified butadiene-styrene copolymer latex with 30% solid content and F1516 fluorinated grease-proof agent with 24% solid content,the oil resistance of paperboard could reach anti-oil grade 12 and the water resistance could increased by 98.64% (compared with the base paperboard without any coating treatment).  相似文献

Migration of bisphenol A (BPA) and benzophenones, i.e., benzophenone (BZ), 4-(dimethylamino)benzophenone (DMAB), Michler's ketone (MK) and 4,4'-bis(diethylamino)benzophenone (DEAB), from 21 paper and paperboard products (15 recycled paperboard boxes and 6 virgin paper products) used in contact with food was examined. Migration levels of compounds from recycled paperboard were compared under various food-simulating conditions. BPA showed the highest migration into 20% ethanol and benzophenones into 95% ethanol. No compounds migrated from virgin paper products, but compounds did migrate into food simulants from recycled paperboard food boxes. BPA migrated into 20% ethanol from all recycled paperboard food boxes between 1.0 and 18.7 ng/mL. Into 95% ethanol, migration of BZ was observed in 8 samples (1.0-18.9 ng/mL), DMAB in 12 samples (1.2-3.7 ng/mL), MK in 13 samples (1.9-9.0 ng/mL), and DEAB in 13 samples (1.0-10.6 ng/mL). The highest migration level was 27.2 ng/mL and most of the migration levels were below 10 ng/mL. These values are sufficiently low compared with the TDI and NOAEL levels. Moreover, the amount of food in daily meals that comes into contact with paperboard products is relatively small. Consequently, it was concluded that there was no safety concern regarding the tested compounds in recycled paperboard food boxes.  相似文献
