以男士双层保暖内衣为研究对象,使用暖体出汗假人同时测量了该内衣的热阻与湿阻,并使用三维人体扫描仪对其与暖体假人之间的空气层体积进行了测量,建立了空气层体积与保暖内衣热阻和湿阻之间的多项回归模型。结果显示,在内衣测量范围内,其热阻随着号型的增大先增加后减小,而湿阻则随着号型的增大逐渐增加。进一步研究发现,其透湿指数随着号型的增大逐渐减小,说明其热舒适性随着号型的增大而减弱。 相似文献

The thermal comparator is shown to be a rapid, accurate method for determining the thermal conductivity of liquid foods. Increasing solids content decreased thermal conductivity for apple juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, and milk samples. Equations for predicting the thermal conductivity of apple juice, orange juice, and milk are shown to be specific for each commodity. A comparison of apple juice and orange juice suggests that qualitative attributes of the solids fraction as well as the quantity present are important in determining thermal conductivity. 相似文献

This paper serves as an overview of various aspects of thermal processing. Heat processing of foods has a long history and is still one of the most important preservation methods. To guarantee microbiological safety and stability, large safety margins are often applied in traditional heat processes. Because of the need for more fresh like foods, there is a need for milder preservation methods without compromising on safety and stability. The review deals with heat resistance data and mathematical models that describe heat inactivation. The effects of food composition are not yet fully clear and more knowledge of the cell physiology of the target microorganism could be of help in predicting the effects of food constituents. 利用瞬态平面热源法建立了测试堆积烟丝热物性(导热系数、热物性参数、体积热容)的实验装置、计算了仪器工作参数并测量了烟丝在不同含水率、堆积密度下的热物性数据;考察了不同水平下检测热物性数据的重复性.结果表明:实验数据的重复性较好.导热系数测试结果精密度范围为:0.00030~0.00471 W/m·K;热扩散系数测试结果精密度范围为0.00371~0.02424 mm2/s;体积热容测试结果精密度范围为0.00921~0.06537 MJ/m3.K.烟丝导热系数、体积热容与烟丝含水率、堆积密度正相关,热扩散系数与烟丝含水率、堆积密度负相关. 相似文献

A model for prediction of thermal conductivity of fruit juices was developed. The model was based on the concept of thermal resistances in parallel and compared with other models and experimental values. Effect of temperature and solid concentration on thermal conductivity was discussed. Extension of the model to predict thermal conductivity of fruit juices below the freezing temperature was briefly discussed. The model gave error of less than 10% from the experimental values for juices for which such values were available. 相似文献

Retorting from the frozen state is attractive with respect to product quality and economy and was investigated in canned bentonite and flaked ham. A two dimensional finite difference model was written in which thermal diffusivity varied with temperature. Heat penetrations were completed with initial temperatures of 0, -5°, -10°, -15° and -20°C. In ham, decreasing initial temperatures resulted in increased lag factors (jh) but did not affect heating rate index (fh). In bentonite, fh but not jh increased. D and Z of Clostridium sporogenes PA 3679 spores were not affected by previous freezing. Sub-freezing initial temperatures were judged to be consistent with safe processes if validated with heat penetration studies. 相似文献
