TE622.13200502016原油及其馏分油的硫含量关联的研究〔刊〕/单石灵,徐志达…(中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司)∥炼油技术与工程.-2004,34(5).-7~10汇集了83种国内外原油共110次的硫含量分析数据,分析比较了原油及其各馏分硫含量,找出了各馏分硫含量与原油硫含量的关联关系。结果表明,轻馏分硫含量与原油硫含量的关联性较差,重馏分硫含量与原油硫含量的关联性较好。蜡油馏分的硫含量约为原油硫含量的1.1倍,常压渣油硫含量约为原油硫含量的1.6倍,减压渣油硫含量约为原油硫含量的2倍。低硫原油的馏分硫含量随馏分变重增加缓慢,而含硫原… 相似文献

对喀麦隆克里原油有其宽馏分的性质进行了分析评价,分析结果表明,该原油属低硫环烷基重质原油,杂质含量较多,各馏分的密度和粘度均圈在,轻质馏分油色度较差,重质馏分油裂解性能差。针对各馏分提出适合的加工方案。 相似文献

通过南美原油综合评价研究了其基本性质,并对各不同窄馏分进行了分析。结果表明,该类原油呈现密度大、黏度大、酸值高、凝点低、蜡含量低和碳氢比较高的特点,属于高硫环烷基原油。该原油的窄馏分性质考察表明,初馏点~140℃馏分的硫含量较高、氮含量低,环烷烃含量和芳烃含量较高,可考虑作为催化重整原料,120~240℃馏分可考虑在精制后生产喷气燃料,200~350℃的柴油馏分,可经过精制脱硫后作为-10号低凝柴油的调合组分,350~450℃馏分作为减压蜡油馏分,其收率较高,硫含量高,残炭、金属钒含量低,饱和烃和氢含量较低,可作为加氢裂化原料或加氢预精制后作催化裂化原料。总体分析该类原油轻质馏分收率低,沥青收率高,总拔出率低,并且沥青质和胶质含量高,不宜于直接生产汽柴油,可通过调合或改性工艺生产优质的重交道路沥青。结合原油及各馏分油的性质,提出了利用南美原油生产燃料油和重交道路沥青的加工方案。 相似文献

在分析中东含硫原油及哈萨克斯坦原油的活性硫含量和总硫含量的关系,以及此两类原油各馏分中各种类型活性硫分布的基础上,提出在含硫原油腐蚀评价中采用“腐蚀性硫”新概念,并提供了多种原油不同馏分的腐蚀性硫数据。认为用此概念来描述原油含硫与腐蚀的关系,较当今的“活性硫”评价理论科学,能建立更为准确的评价方法。 相似文献

为考察原油成分对复合体系界面活性的影响,将原油通过实沸点蒸馏法切割成不同的馏分,对各饱民三元体系的动态界面张力进行了测定。还探讨了馏分油的乳化液稳定性及重组分对尼液稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,与三元体系的界面张力,轻馏分最低瞬时其次是重组分,再次是不旨点依次升高的中间馏分;在轻饱 加入重组分可以进一步降低界面张力;馏分油与二元(A/S)体系形成的乳状液,其稳定性随饱沸点升高而降低,加入重组分可提高 相似文献

The high viscous crude oil from Shuguang No. 1 zone of Liaohe oil field has the characteristics of high density (ρ20 = 0.9977 g cm-3), great viscosity (ν100 = 1223.9 mm2 s-1) and high pour point (48°C), which are similar to those of the residue distillation of general crude oils. It contains no gasoline distillation and the diesel oil fraction yield is just 7.19%. It is often used as fuels after emulsification. But this oil is so vicious that it cannot be atomized uniformly and burned fully. In order to make full use of it, this kind of high viscous crude oil has been evaluated comprehensively and the properties of its various distillations are analyzed respectively. The results indicate that this crude oil contains less wax, but more resins and asphaltene, which belongs to low-sulfur naphthene-base crude oils and it is the suitable material to produce high-quality paving asphalt. Based on its characteristics, the optimum processing scheme is put forward and the high-quality paving asphalt is produced by using the distillation higher than 350°C. 相似文献

基于塔河原油高硫、高酸、高残炭、高沥青质、高金属以及低轻馏分油收率等特点,对塔河原油常压闪蒸-溶剂脱沥青与常压蒸馏-延迟焦化两种组合工艺进行了对比分析。结果表明:常压闪蒸-溶剂脱沥青组合工艺的总液体收率为78.77%,比常压蒸馏-延迟焦化组合工艺的总液体收率(69.30%)提高9.47百分点,可为催化裂化或加氢处理提供较高比例的优质原料。闪蒸-溶剂脱沥青组合工艺操作温度较低,可减缓常减压蒸馏等装置的石油酸腐蚀问题。从提高塔河原油液体收率、改善油品性质和缓解腐蚀等方面考虑,常压闪蒸-溶剂脱沥青组合工艺具有一定的发展前景。 相似文献

中国石油天然气股份有限公司广西石化分公司常减压蒸馏装置混炼的进口原油属于含硫含酸原油,平均酸值为0.56 mgKOH/g,硫质量分数为0.14%.电脱盐及三顶注剂的离子分析数据出现超标现象,常减压蒸馏装置冷换设备发生泄漏.通过分析得出冷换设备发生泄漏的原因为氧腐蚀.为了更好地控制腐蚀,通过更换注剂使塔顶腐蚀速率由注剂前的0.234 mm/a降低到注剂后的0.002 mm/a,较好地控制了设备的腐蚀,保证了装置长周期有效地运行并提出了相应的腐蚀防护措施. 相似文献

介绍了中国石油辽阳石化公司为拓展原油资源来源,在350万t/a常减压蒸馏装置上向俄罗斯原油中掺炼委内瑞拉原油的相关情况。委内瑞拉原油的密度为942.7kg/m3,含硫质量分数为2.7%。m(俄罗斯原油)/m(委内瑞拉原油)为3∶2。掺炼委内瑞拉原油对常减压蒸馏、延迟焦化、加氢裂化等装置均会产生影响,还会对生产设备和安全生产产生影响。主要应对措施是增加脱硫能力、预防弹丸焦的生成等。 相似文献

南帕斯凝析油是低硫石蜡基原油,凝点低,轻烃、轻油收率高,硫、氮、金属镍、钒含量低,盐含量较高,加工后是理想的乙烯裂解和催化重整原料。介绍了常减压蒸馏装置的适应性改造情况,工艺路线为凝析油→换热→电脱盐→换热→初馏塔→换热、加热→常压塔,采用减压塔作为吸收塔常压操作备用。最后,从装置评估、储存、原料控制、工艺调整、腐蚀监测等方面分析了装置存在的问题,提出解决的应对措施。单独加工凝析油以来,装置目前并没有出现兄弟企业掺炼带来塔顶系统突出的腐蚀问题,主要是常减压蒸馏装置改造后的加工量较原加工能力大为减少,塔顶馏出量并没有高于设计值;另外,操作条件不同,单炼凝析油时常压塔塔顶温度降低,使塔顶系统管线及换热器未处于腐蚀较重的初凝区。实践证明,只要采取的措施适当,加工凝析油具有成本低、加工费用和效益等几个方面的优势。 相似文献

Abstract In previous experimental works related to steam injection, propane has been used as an additive with the objective of improving the yield of heavy oils. The following phenomena have been observed: (1) the oil production is accelerated, (2) the steam injectivity is incremented, and (3) the steam front velocity is higher. These results indicate an improvement of oil properties; however, with such experiments it is not possible to explain the origin of these phenomena. In order to explain these phenomena in this work, a synthetic oil, consisting of equal weights of alkanes, was used in experiments of oil distillation. Dry, steam, and steam–propane distillations were investigated. It was found that the alkanes boiling temperature is smaller for steam–propane distillation than for dry and steam distillations.
