装配式楼盖的水平刚度是有限的,这已为房屋的脉动振型,楼盖实测变形以及房屋的震害现象所证实。本文提出考虑楼盖变形的空间结构力学模型,采取“栅格多质点系”计算简图,对160例8~30层高层建筑进行了地震反应分析,并以刚性楼盖假定的框架地震内力为基数,给出弹性楼盖框-剪结构各种情况下的中央框架地震内力修正系数。从而使目前通用的较简单的适用于框架-剪力墙并联体的“单竖杆多质点系”抗震分析方法,作一简单修正后,即能反映楼盖变形对框架地震内力的影响。 相似文献

新型全预制装配式RC楼盖平面内力学特征研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
提出了一种工业化程度高的新型全预制装配式RC楼盖体系,介绍了其构造特点。预制装配式楼盖受力复杂,且其平面内力学特征对整个结构体系的抗震性能影响巨大。引入了预制装配式楼盖平面内刚度的计算方法,并对新型楼盖的平面内刚度进行了评价。采用基于反应谱理论的振型分析和数值分析相结合的方法对新型楼盖进行了空间结构分析,研究了该新型楼盖的平面内变形特征和破坏模式。在新型楼盖平面内力学特征研究的基础上,讨论了新型楼盖合理的设计方法。结果表明:新型楼盖构造形式能有效地提高预制装配式楼盖的整体性和平面内刚度,模型楼盖在仿8度地震烈度水平荷载作用下,平面内相对挠度较小;用现行规范设计新型楼盖结构存在较大偏差,建议采用考虑楼盖真实刚度的空间振动模型或修正的刚性假定简化方法进行新型楼盖结构的抗震验算。 相似文献

在高层建筑设计中,为了保证楼板刚性的假定,往往要求在装配式预制楼盖上铺设有一定厚度的整浇面层。实际上据实测分析不设整浇层的预制装配式楼盖亦有一定的剪切刚度。本文以不设整浇面层的空心楼板的实测刚度为基础,以“串并联多质点系”为力学模型,用振型分析方法,对8~30层楼房进行空间结构地震内力分析。分析表明水平地震力作用时,楼板所承受的剪力较小,远低于一般预制楼板的现浇接头的抗剪强度,由于楼板水平变形在框剪体系中引起框架剪力的增值也不大,因此建议在高层建筑中,如符合本文所设条件亦可以在预制装配式楼盖上不设整浇面层。 相似文献

为研究分布式连接全装配RC楼盖(DCPCD)建筑结构动力特性与地震响应,设计制作了采用DCPCD的4层2开间单跨框架-剪力墙结构1/4缩尺模型,并通过不同水准地震作用下的振动台试验,研究了结构的破坏形态、加速度与位移响应、楼盖平面内变形规律与楼盖平面内刚性特征等。结果表明:在加载过程中,全装配式RC楼盖表现出良好的工作性能,能较好地协同各榀抗侧力结构共同受力;结构整体呈现出典型的框架-剪力墙结构的出铰顺序和破坏形态;结构的自振频率随地震水准峰值加速度的增大而减小,阻尼比随地震水准峰值加速度的增大而增大;在弹性阶段结构一阶振型以整体侧移为主,伴随着一定的楼盖平面内变形;随着地震水准峰值加速度的增大,在加载后期楼盖的平面内变形愈加明显,且结构出现了一定的扭转反应,结构累积损伤已较为严重,各抗侧力构件水平振动同步性逐步降低;模型结构中的DCPCD存在不满足国内外标准中刚性楼盖界定的现象,建议应用中考虑楼盖的平面内变形对结构动力特性与地震响应的影响。 相似文献

本文采用“串并联多质点系”振动模型,对单向地震波输入下的不规则建筑物进行弹塑性时程分析,并编制了计算程序.用该程序可以分析建筑物在不同运动状态时的动力特性,研究结构的各竖向构件和弹性楼板的地震反应, 以及竖向构件进入塑性状态后对结构反应的影响,对不对称结构还能近似地反应扭转的影响。 相似文献

This paper presents an analysis of dynamic performance of asymmetric shear-wall structures. In the analysis, the asymmetric shear-wall structure is replaced by an equivalent thin-walled beam with lateral flexure and warping torsion deformations. Due to the asymmetry of the floor plan, the natural vibration of the structure is a coupled vibration, where lateral flexure vibrations in two orthogonal principal directions couple with a warping torsion vibration. Based on the continuum technique and the D'Alembert's principle, the governing differential equation of natural vibration and the corresponding eigenvalue problem for asymmetric multi-bent wall structures are derived. By employing the Galerkin technique, a method of solution is proposed for analysis of coupled vibration of generally asymmetric shear-wall structures and for estimate of the coupled natural frequencies and associated mode shape in coupled vibration. Results obtained from the proposed method for the example structure show good agreement with those of finite element analysis. It has been shown that the proposed analysis provides an efficient and accurate means of dynamic analysis of asymmetric shear-wall structures in coupled vibration. 相似文献

An analytical method is presented for the three‐dimensional frequency analysis of buildings braced by shear walls and thin‐walled open‐section structures. Owing to the asymmetry of the structure, the centre of gravity and the centre of flexural rigidity of the floor plan do not coincide, and hence the flexural vibration in two mutually perpendicular directions and the warping torsional vibrations are all coupled. Based on the continuum approach and D'Alembert's principle, the governing differential equation of free vibration and its corresponding eigenvalue problem for asymmetric shear walls and thin‐walled open‐section structures are derived. Based on the theory of differential equations, an analytical method of solution is proposed to solve the eigenvalue problem and a general solution is derived for determining the natural frequencies of the structures. Results obtained from the proposed method for the example structure show good agreement with those of finite element analysis. Seismic nonlinear static new method of spatial asymmetric multi‐storey reinforced concrete buildings

In order to obtain the seismic demands of spatial asymmetric multi‐storey reinforced concrete (r/c) buildings, a new seismic nonlinear static (pushover) procedure that uses inelastic response acceleration spectra is presented in this paper. The latter makes use of the optimum equivalent nonlinear single degree of freedom system, which is used to represent the general spatial asymmetric multi‐storey r/c building. For each asymmetric multi‐storey building, a total of 12 suitable nonlinear static analyses are needed according to the new proposed procedure, whereas at least 96 suitable nonlinear dynamic analyses are required in the case of nonlinear response history analysis (NLRHA), respectively. In addition, the present paper provides answers to a series of further questions with reference to the spatial action of the two horizontal seismic components in the static nonlinear (pushover) analyses, as well as to the documented calculation of the available behaviour factor of the asymmetric multi‐storey r/c building. According to the paper, this new proposed seismic nonlinear static procedure is a natural extension of the documented equivalent seismic static linear (simplified spectral) method that is recommended by the established contemporary seismic codes, with reference to torsional provisions. Finally, through a restricted parametric analysis carried out in this paper, a relevant numerical example of a two‐storey r/c building is presented for illustration purposes, where the seismic demand floor inelastic displacements are compared with the respective displacements obtained by the NLRHA. Consequently, the new proposed seismic nonlinear static procedure, which uses inelastic response acceleration spectra, can reliably evaluate the extreme values of floor inelastic displacements (on the flexible and stiff side of the building), as is shown by the above comparisons. 随着现代建筑楼板结构向轻柔、大跨度、装配式方向发展,楼板体系的舒适度问题越来越受到重视。为验证新研制的可拆装钢框架-混凝土组合楼板的舒适度,通过组合楼板的自振频率试验并利用有限元软件对组合楼板进行振动分析,得到钢框架-混凝土组合楼板自振频率,利用有限元分析方法得到的钢框架-混凝土组合楼板自振频率与实测值非常吻合,所设计的组合楼板舒适度较好,满足CECS 273∶2010《组合楼板设计及施工规范》中的相关要求。 相似文献

对框架-核心筒结构体系楼盖进行了简化计算以及分析。结合中国规范,对一个10 m×9 m范围内的区格进行不同结构形式的布置,包括混凝土结构以及钢-混组合结构,其中钢-混组合结构包括了压型钢板、钢筋桁架楼承板与钢梁的组合;采用固定的梁系布置,对不同楼盖结构形式的梁板进行了材料成本统计,考虑施工工期的影响,通过换算成时间成本综合考察了各结构形式的优劣。 相似文献
