为探究系统科学在建设工程项目组织间冲突管理中的应用,提升建设项目冲突管理水平,在阐述 CAS 理论相关概念基础上,基于复杂适应系统理论（CAS）分析了建设工程项目组织间冲突管理的复杂性以及冲突管理主体适应性与适应性行为,对建设工程项目冲突管理进行了深入解读。结果显示建设工程项目冲突管理满足 CAS 理论的基本要求,具有多样性、自适应性、自组织性等 CAS 的众多特性,因此可以将建设工程项目冲突管理系统视为一个复杂适应系统。并基于 CAS 理论,提出优化冲突管理主体、建立基于法约尔桥的冲突管理系统、完善冲突管理系统的建设工程项目冲突管理策略,以期为建设工程项目冲突管理提供有益借鉴。     

工程项目冲突的分类及绩效影响定性分析

在工程项目全寿命周期内,冲突问题伴随项目始终。分析了项目从发起、建设和运营等各个重要阶段冲突的来源,从4 个角度对这些冲突来源进行了分类,尤其是首次引进了按冲突动机特性对项目冲突进行分类,丰富了项目冲突研究的内容。根据项目冲突的多视角分类,深入分析了冲突影响项目绩效的主要机制和路径,揭示了冲突效应所具有的两面性对项目绩效的影响。这些成果对于研究冲突管理在项目管理中的重要作用,进一步丰富冲突理论的内涵具有较为重要的意义,同时也为如何治理工程项目中的冲突提供了一些新的思路。     

基于Partnering 模式的工程总承包项目冲突处理机制研究

为有效减少城市轨道交通工程总承包项目中由工作界面混乱、沟通协调不畅等问题引起的冲突争议,基于Partnering模式中的典型冲突处理机制,并结合冲突分析理论量化冲突程度、辨别主要冲突主体,使冲突处理的决策实现合理性和科学性的统一。在此基础上,依托Partnering 模式冲突弹射机制的原理和冲突处理的层级划分结果,以冲突特征描述作为冲突决策的预处理,构建基于Partnering 模式的工程总承包项目冲突处理机制。应用该机制对广州地铁18 号线项目进行冲突处理,验证该方法切实可行,可操作性强,为城市轨道交通项目的冲突处理提供了理论依据和实践指导。     

电子商务环境下渠道冲突的管理

营销渠道管理是决定企业发展的重要和关键问题之一,电子商务的日益成熟与普及对传统营销渠道的影响越来越深入,并带来了一系列的冲击,从而引发了多重渠道间的冲突。通过分析水平渠道冲突、渠道间冲突、垂直渠道冲突等电子商务环境下渠道冲突类型,提出了实施产品差异化战略;严格价格管理,平衡各渠道利益;建立虚实结合的经营模式三种渠道冲突管理的措施,这些措施为渠道管理提供了新的方向,也是解决电子商务和传统渠道之间冲突的有效手段。     

建设工程领域组织冲突研究评述

针对建设工程领域突出的冲突问题,综述了建设工程领域组织冲突的根源性因素、冲突对项目绩效的影响、冲突的管理等基本问题的研究进展。导致组织冲突的因素分为项目因素、组织因素、合同因素以及关系因素。而早期的研究以冲突的管理为主,目前以项目治理角度化解冲突为主,如制度安排、关系治理。这一方面的研究以定性为主,定量研究将是下一步的研究重点。     

高校创新团队冲突对团队绩效的影响——冲突处理策略的调节效应

文章构建团队冲突、冲突处理策略和团队绩效之间关系的理论模型,通过对18个团队、373名成员的问卷调查,对三者之间的作用机理进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:在高校创新团队中,任务、过程冲突会对团队绩效产生显著正向影响;关系冲突对团队绩效产生显著负向影响;冲突处理策略在创新团队的任务冲突与团队绩效关系中起调节效应。这一研究结果为高校科研管理部门管理并利用好团队冲突,使其正面效应得以发挥,提供了一定的指导作用。

为避免和减少建筑工程项目冲突事件的发生,提出对建筑工程项目进行预警管理的思想。首先明确了预警管理的内涵,对预警管理所需的指标进行了选取和确定,然后结合工程实际,对预警管理相关指标进行系统分析。在此基础上,以计算机仿真技术为工具,建立建筑工程项目冲突事件预警管理系统,简述该系统所包含的项目运行状况偏差分析、项目趋势预测和控制建议,提出与预警管理系统相配套的冲突事件处理程序。     

Measuring construction project participant satisfaction

Construction projects involve numerous stakeholders, and their satisfaction could directly influence the performance of subsequent projects. Driven by a desire to improve project success, the critical satisfaction factors pertinent to the construction management process should be identified. In this paper, an overall study regarding the behavioural management mechanisms amongst project participants is presented. Eleven behavioural management mechanisms are identified and 15 hypotheses are established for this study. The concepts of satisfaction, project goals, various management mechanisms and their interrelationships are discussed and investigated in relation to construction projects. The results indicate that management mechanisms rather than particular project goal could directly affect the participant satisfaction. Cooperation/participation, task/team conflict and goal commitment are the critical factors influencing the final outcome (satisfaction) in the complicated management process. Moreover, conflict on the task amongst the participants is the moderation mechanisms for the relationship between goal commitment and participant satisfaction. There is a significantly positive relationship between commitment and satisfaction in construction project management, while high level of conflict is stimulated in the goal setting process amongst the participants.

建筑工程项目冲突事件对项目的顺利实施带来了许多不利影响,基于项目管理的五种冲突处理方式在解决建筑工程项目冲突事件时也有一定的局限性。通过对冲突事件调查结果的聚类分析,发现并确定了建筑工程项目冲突事件具有明显的多属性特征。在此基础上,针对性地提出了解决建筑工程项目冲突事件的互适性概念,构建了基于这一概念的项目管理新机制和在这一机制作用下基于项目整体利益的冲突事件处理方式,为提高建筑工程项目管理水平提供了新的思想和方法。     

A study of mega project from a perspective of social conflict theory

Extensive studies show that mega project has close connections with globalization and civilization, but little articles make social logical analyses of mega project. Traditional conflict management lays stress on projects leading to conflicts while neglecting the fact that conflict can also result in mega project in a social context. This paper studies the relationship between mega project and social conflict by exploring mega project from the perspective of the social conflict theory, and develops a conceptual model of mega project, which includes three propositions: (1) mega project is the outcome of social conflict; (2) it functions as a safety valve in society; and (3) it has close relationships with the level of political centralization and economic development. At the end, this paper puts forward some suggestions about the construction of mega project.     

Islamic perspectives on conflict management within project managed environments

The purpose of this paper is to examine Islamic perspectives on conflict management within project managed environments. Existing research does not reveal any study that examines empirically the Islamic viewpoint on conflict management in contemporary organisational contexts but does indicate that conflict in Islam is considered to be inevitable and a part of human nature, and, if managed properly, is positive and constructive. This paper aims to address this gap, by presenting an empirical analysis of Islamic models of conflict management. It is argued that the three Islamic models discussed, are partially and covertly in existence in environments not traditional to their own. Consequently, the paper finds that there is scope for investigating explicit applied aspects to these Islamic models. The paper concludes that existence of Islamic models for conflict management is visible and has potential for application by project managers without limitation.     

Boundary object efficacy: The mediating role of boundary objects on task conflict in global virtual project networks

As project-based industries such as Architecture, Engineering and Construction globalize, workers require strategies for managing conflict in virtual project networks. Our aim in this paper is to explore the efficacy of boundary objects as tools to mediate conflict in culturally-diverse, distributed networks. Based on annotated recordings for eight networks of graduate student engineers, we demonstrate that different interactional patterns between distributed engineers and boundary objects can lead to a reduction in conflict duration. We did not observe higher levels of conflict for global compared to domestic networks, but did discover that, regardless of network diversity, networks that interacted with the boundary objects in certain ways were able to identify and resolve conflicts more quickly. Our findings have important implications for theories of conflict management and boundary object efficacy in addition to practical applications to support conflict management in global virtual project networks.
