Urban waterfront landscape is the most vital landscape form in a city, the most quality urban green line, and also an ideal habitat corridor. Urban waterfront landscape belt has inborn lasting attractiveness for urban citizens. Considering needs of urban development, development and redevelopment of waterfront areas have been initiated in many cities to meet relaxation and leisure needs of citizens. This paper analyzed landscapes of urban riverfront environment, embankment landscape engineering, and waterfront plant cultivation, so as to further explore landscape construction of urban waterfront environment.  相似文献

城市滨水景观建设是近年来越来越受到人们广泛重视的城市建设内容,民便河作为连接宿迁市经济开发区与老城区重要的开敞空间,在景观设计中紧紧围绕创造可亲近的绿化水岸空间建立人与自然的联结的建设目标,通过加强水岸与临近用地的联结,并针对不同使用有不同的联结手法,以建立城市与水岸的联系,重新诠释基地周遭的工业记忆,结合商业、居住用地带来的现代的市民活动,以景观设计叙事的手法建立过去、现在与未来的联结,借由水岸空间的创造重新建立不同文化间的联结,提供宿迁一个兼具工作、生活、娱乐功能的场所典范。  相似文献

自生植物具有多种生态功能,是人工建设环境中自 发形成的荒野景观。以公园城市示范区成都市为研究地,选取 贯穿主城区的3条河道样段,对其间多样微生境的自生植物物 种组成和多度格局进行探究。共记录自生植物336种,生活型 组成丰富。高频度及高多度的优势种所占比例很小,大部分物 种属于低多度低盖度。岸上和水边的荒置地、自然驳岸所含物 种数最多,而硬质驳岸支撑了更多蕨类植物。岸上绿地及铺装 缝隙外来植物在群落中的多度显著较少;退化草坪中的自生植 物也颇为丰富,夏季多年生草本在草坪群落中的多度显著高于 其他微生境。可根据不同生境中物种多度、盖度格局进行保护 和景观营建,以期更有效地提升城市河流廊道生态效益,并为 市民提供更多荒野体验。  相似文献

介绍了杨浦大桥区域滨江绿地与生态环境一期工程的方案设计,从区位、城市标志和空间禀赋阐述了项目开展的构思框架,明确其做为片区公共活动节点的定位;针对项目设计挑战提出相应规划布局策略,采用与江岸成近45°夹角走向的路网突出大桥的标志地位,结合地形现状及微气候的营造需求形成“西北高、东南低”的竖向布局,以相对规整的绿化种植突出通往水边界面的视线通廊;以丰富的公园活动激发城市滨水区活力并提供配套公共服务功能,为城市、游客带来滨江大桥公园游赏全新印象。  相似文献

This paper explores how local authorities can develop infrastructure for collaborative consumption, i.e. sharing amongst citizens of tools, spaces and practical skills. The City of Malmö, Sweden, is used as a case study to illustrate the work with such “sharing infrastructure”. Existing planning research and planning practice for sustainability generally focus on facilitating citizens to live in a more eco-friendly way in terms of housing, modes of transport, waste flows and use of green space, but do not address citizens’ consumption of other material goods. This paper points to a potential role for local public planning in relation to collaborative consumption through creating sharing infrastructure, i.e. providing access to shared tools and spaces for making and repairing, thus enabling citizens to act in the city not only as consumers, but also as makers and sharers.  相似文献

“给河流更多空间”是当前欧洲和北美河道生态修复.洪水风险管理的共同目标与策略。莱茵河流域管理重点已由水质改善转向水质、水量、生态综合管理。通过实地调查和案例研究,着重介绍了下莱茵河道半自然化与洪泛地建设、JBA雨洪管理技术与城市设计实例,例证了:(1)高度城市化地区主河道半自然化与生态防洪的可行性;(2)雨水管理在城市综合防洪中的必要性:(3)水环境友好型城市设计对重塑城市滨水区活力的重要作用。  相似文献

Raising public awareness of environmental policies is widely considered an important aspect of their successful implementation. This article contributes to our understanding of awareness-raising campaigns by focusing the case of Toyota City. It examines how awareness of eco-policy changed between 2012 and 2015. Data collected from questionnaires were analyzed by year and residency, focusing on (1) how Toyota citizens’ and non-citizens’ awareness of eco-policy changed during the research period and (2) how awareness differed between Toyota citizens and those from elsewhere. Findings suggest some evidence that the city’s activities may have been effective in increasing awareness of its eco-policy among its citizens. Awareness of the city’s eco-policy was significantly higher among Toyota citizens in 2015 than in 2012 and among those from elsewhere in either period. This study draws some practical recommendations for raising awareness of similar initiatives elsewhere. Moreover, it reflects on how further research may more fully explore the relationship between the effectiveness and the awareness of urban environmental policy initiatives.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper considers an emerging planning practice that uses networked connections to interact with urban places and re-create enlivened cities. The paper presents “urban acupuncture” as a new planning approach that broadens communication and strategically targets interventions across the city. Defined as an approach, which, through the use of digital social networks and interactions, involves citizens and planners in place activations in order to stimulate and reinvigorate place, thus creating meaningful relationships between citizens and their urban settings. This paper uses the UR[BNE] Brisbane Festival 2012 as a qualitative case study of urban acupuncture, best defined as a hyper-localized healing treatment through place activation to enliven and recreate cities. It examines the challenges faced and opportunities embraced by a network of urban professionals. Their aim was to activate the underused urban spaces of central Brisbane through the festival's activities and events. The findings identify the key elements required to design public spaces using socially and technologically networked interactions.  相似文献

This article presents viewpoints from planners on how the practices of public involvement in planning activity may develop. It provides ideas, suggestions and critical reflections on how to improve access of citizens and groups to settings, how to build citizens’ capacity to negotiate and how to increase the impact of public involvement on decision making and the outcomes of processes. The article uses views expressed by academics and reflective practitioners in a Delphi Survey. The way in which the communities of planning academics and practitioners are considering these aspects provides insight into the opportunities for a new type of planning and the forms it may take. The answers point to the need to innovate through tailor-made approaches that empower participants and provide policies to consider and practical directions to explore. The answers also demonstrate the different views held by academics and practitioners.  相似文献

To date, participatory spatial planning has produced disappointing results. We argue that one reason is that time and again participatory planning proposals remain controlled by public government, and that public government seems not to be very adaptive to initiatives that emerge from the dynamics of civil society itself. To find out why and how citizens could and would be motivated to contribute out of their own motivation to urban development, we propose turning the focus outside-in, instead of inside-out. In this article, we therefore introduce the notion of self-organization, referring to initiatives that originate in civil society itself, via autonomous community-based networks of citizens outside government control which participate in developing the ‘urban fabric’ too. We discuss some examples of self-organization and draw preliminary conclusions of the concept's usefulness for the theory and practice of spatial planning.  相似文献

旨在将城市河流半自然化与生态防洪对策落实到城市设计层面。根据观测水位、防洪、防潮标准确定缓冲带鼓励淹没范围、堤顶控制点标高,结合亲水性活动、适宜土地利用方式及景观要素,给出8种典型缓冲带断面设计及相应护岸生态工法。设计导引以海河下游为例,采用绩效控制、示例设计方法,主要内容包括目标-策略表、控制要点与编制方法表、示例设计图、应用索引图等。导引有助于消除防洪设施带来的视线遮挡、增强河滨缓冲带土地利用复合性与公共性,缓解防洪与亲水性、城市区生态用地与河滨土地稀缺性等矛盾,以保持河滨持久性活力。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

There is a growing recognition globally that young people are under-represented or excluded from planning processes, and that this exclusion could have lasting impacts on their development as citizens and their interaction with the built environment. This article focuses on the extent to which youth participation is institutionalized in local government planning efforts in the United States and what explains this institutionalization. Consequently, what are the barriers and local attitudes towards youth participation? The primary data collection for this study is through an online survey that was sent to the census of California local governments. Results show that institutionalization of youth participation in local governance, through local prioritization of youth participation and emphasis of such participation in master plans, is low. Multiple linear regression is used to isolate the factors affecting institutionalization. Anticipated benefits are many, and barriers are primarily capacity related.  相似文献

This paper deals with a dual question: (1) How important are procedural value orientations (pertaining to the democratic quality of decision-making) and functional value orientations (pertaining to the governmental performance in solving problems and delivering services) for Dutch citizens’ ideas about what constitutes good local governance? (2) To what extent and how do these functional and procedural evaluations affect Dutch citizens’ overall satisfaction with local democracy?
