乌鲁木齐市七道湾污水处理厂深度处理回用工程将该厂及河东污水处理厂出水水质已达到国家二级标准的出水作为水源,采用细格栅/曝气生物滤池/机械搅拌高密度澄清池/V型滤池/ClO2消毒工艺进行深度处理。工程实践表明,该系统运行稳定,出水COD<60 mg/L、BOD5<10 mg/L、NH3-N≤1 mg/L、TP≤1 mg/L、SS<6 mg/L,已达到回用标准并回用到下游神化热电厂和中泰化学工业园区的循环冷却系统,大大节约了新水取用量,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 相似文献

为了解决传统污泥重力浓缩存在的问题,采用平板膜浓缩污泥(MST)工艺进行了中试.结果表明,在水力停留时间为5 h、膜通量为15 L/(m2·h)、抽停比为10:2(泵抽10 min、停2min)、气水比为60:1的条件下,污泥浓度达到30 g/L左右,能够满足后续脱水要求;MST工艺的出水浊度<1 NTU,COD为28.0~42.0 mg/L,氨氮为6.8~10.9 mg/L,基本达到<城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质>(GB/T 18920--2002)的水质要求,可以进行回用.经济性分析表明,在考虑膜出水进行回用时,MST工艺可以实现零费用运行,比传统重力浓缩更具优势. 相似文献

焦化废水经A2/O工艺处理后,再采用混凝/沉淀/三维电极反应器/浸没式超滤/反渗透工艺进行深度处理。在进水COD为250~300mg/L、SS为100mg/L、电导率为3000~4500μS/cm的条件下,最终出水COD≤10mg/L、浊度≤0.5NTU、电导率≤300μS/cm,所有指标都达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T19923—2005)中敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水水质要求,且处理费用≤3.45元/t,系统运行稳定,这为焦化废水的深度处理及回用提供了一种可靠、稳定、经济的解决方案。 相似文献

络合铜废水因来源广、处理难,一直是工业废水处理难点之一。以Fe_xO_y@GAC非均相活化过硫酸盐(PS)产生硫酸根自由基处理络合铜废水,重点考察了反应体系中初始p H值、催化剂投加量、过硫酸盐初始浓度、反应时间以及络合铜初始浓度等因素对总铜去除效果的影响,并对其破络机制进行初探。结果表明,对于低浓度EDTA-Cu废水(Cu~(2+)浓度为13.6 mg/L),在初始p H值=3.0、ρ(Fe_xO_y@GAC)=0.4 g/L、n(PS)=2.0 mmol/L、t=45 min、沉淀p H值=9.0的最佳条件下,对总铜的去除率可达到最高值98.6%,出水总铜浓度为0.18 mg/L,可达到污水综合排放的一级标准。 相似文献

风城油田超稠油采出水具有“含砂高、黏度高、密度高”的特点,大量不易分离的粉砂和泥质附在油中,其乳化稳定性强,处理难度大;沉降脱水罐来水含油量>10 000 mg/L,悬浮物>500 mg/L,高含油及悬浮物对采出水处理系统影响及冲击较大。采用“两级除油+混凝反应+两级过滤”工艺对超稠油采出水进行处理,处理后净化水含油量≤2 mg/L,悬浮物≤2 mg/L,污水处理合格率100%,污水回用率100%,回用油田注汽锅炉。实现了污水的循环利用,节约清水费用2 463.75万元,可充分利用高温采出水热能,年均节约天然气用量约5 475×104 Nm3,节约天然气费用5 365.5万元。 相似文献

结合某纺织厂印染废水水质特点及出水水质和回用水质要求,提出了水解酸化/接触氧化/气浮/过滤处理工艺。水解酸化/接触氧化工艺调试结果表明,当进水COD、BOD5和SS分别为1 641~2 540、325~370、358~500 mg/L时,出水指标分别下降至140~210、10和25 mg/L,色度由进水的500~1 000倍降为30~100倍,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准。再通过气浮/石英砂过滤/活性炭过滤工艺处理,出水COD和BOD5分别降至70~110 mg/L和10 mg/L以下,SS和色度分别降至0.5 mg/L和35倍以下,可以实现部分回用。 相似文献

The Italian construction industry was rocked by the scandals regarding procurement by the public sector during the early 1990s. Although not confined to construction, the role of the state in construction demand meant that it was one of the most heavily implicated sectors. Known as 'tangentopoli', the scandals have prompted a major reform of public sector procurement in the Italian industry which, combined with changes required to conform with EU directives, is leading to a profound cultural change in the industry. This paper provides an authoritative review of the changes in the procurement codes and the roles and relationships within the construction industry. It shows how the project management of public sector programmes is being strengthened, and how the procurement of the design and construction processes is being separated to provide greater transparency in the process. Although it is too soon to tell what the actual impact of these changes will be upon construction industry practice, some suggestions are made in the concluding comments. En Italie, le secteur de la construction a ete secoue par les scandales concernant les approvisionnements par le secteur public au debut des annees 1990. Bien que n'etant pas limitee a la construction, la part de l'Etat dans la demande pour les travaux de construction temoignait que c'etait bien l'un des secteurs les plus impliques. Connus sous l'appellation de 'tangentopoli', ces scandales ont declenche une vague de reformes qui a touche les approvisionnements par le secteur public qui, combines aux changements necessaires pour se conformer aux directives de l'UE, conduisent a un profond changement culturel de cette industrie. La presente communication constitue une etude documentee des changements qui affectent les codes d'approvisionnement ainsi que les roles et les relations qui s'etablissent au sein de l'industrie de la construction. Elle montre comment la gestion de projets, lorsqu'il s'agit de programmes du secteur public, se trouve renforcee et comment la fourniture de prestations d'etudes et de travaux de construction joue en faveur d'une plus grande transparence du procede. Bien qu'il soit trop tot pour dire quel impact auront ces changements sur les pratiques dans le secteur de la construction, l'auteur conclut en faisant certaines recommandations. 相似文献

The potential of Village Design Statements and other initiatives to achieve their stated objectives without a comparison between several villages is questioned. The basic premise is, therefore, that local decision making should be informed by analyses which show which features are common and which are confined to particular areas. The TWINSPAN (two-way in dicator species analysis) program is used to identify a number of village types within part of north-west England and these classes are shown to have historical and environmental meaning. Ultimately the aim should be to put in place an enlightened and sympathetic management regime that supports indigenous biodiversity maintainable at an acceptable cost and is compatible with providing sufficient access to cater for a wide range of recreational activities. An overview is presented of development in the French construction industry responding to economic, regulatory and legal changes over the last 20 years. As the French industry moved into recession in the early 1980s, the large French construction corporations increasingly moved upstream taking greater responsibility for design, and downstream becoming increasingly concerned with concessions for public works and services. The public sector clients' reactions to these developments is analysed, in particular the passing and implementation of the law on the public sector client. This safeguards a larger role for the architect in the construction process and tends to favour a shift back from general contracting to seperate trades contracting. The analysis is presented in terms of a struggle between the different actors in the French contracting system for predominance, and shows how the balance of relationships in the system is dynamic. Dans cette communication, l'auteur fait une presentation generale de l'evolution du secteur de la construction en France face aux modifications economiques, reglementaires et juridiques qui ont vu le jour au cours de ces 20 dernieres annees. Alors que dans son ensemble l'industrie francaise entrait dans une periode de recession au debut des annees 1980, les grandes entreprises du secteur de la construction se sont de plus en plus deplacees en amont pour prendre de plus grandes responsabilites en matiere de conception et, en aval, pour se preoccuper de plus en plus des concessions pour des travaux et des services publics. L'auteur analyse ensuite les reactions des clients du secteur public face a ces developpements, notamment l'adoption et la mise en oeuvre de lois sur les clients du secteur public. Ces lois prevoient un role plus important de l'architecte dans le procede de construction et ont tendance a favoriser un retour de l'enterprise generale vers l'entreprise specialisee. Cette analyse s'inscrit dans les termes d'un combat entre les differents intervenants en vue de dominer le systeme contractuel francais et montre comment l'equilibre des relations de ce systeme est dynamique. 相似文献
