针对我国南方部分城市生活污水处理厂进水浓度低的问题,结合湖南省某CASS工艺污水处理厂(平均进水COD为40 mg/L、BOD5为10.5 mg/L)的运营实践,综合污水处理厂进水水质和水量及处理系统能耗特征,对如何维持活性污泥系统正常运行及节能降耗进行分析探讨。结果表明,在低浓度进水条件下,污水处理厂活性污泥系统可以维持正常运行,并且有剩余污泥产出,通过灵活调整CASS工艺的运行,可将该污水处理厂的电耗由设计运行方案的0.286 kW·h/m3降至0.133 kW·h/m3,节能显著,可节省电费45.45万元/a。 相似文献

根据扬州市汤汪污水处理厂CAST工艺的设计参数及运行情况,利用活性污泥模型ASM2D建立了符合该污水厂实际运行状况的水质模型,分别对不同水温、曝气时间、DO浓度等控制参数下的模拟结果进行定量预测。结果表明,当水温较低时,需确保曝气阶段的DO达到2mg/L或增加曝气时间,以弥补低温对微生物活性的不利影响;当水温较高时,应根据进水水质、水量及模拟结果选择最佳调控参数,以提高出水水质和避免能源浪费。另外,根据CAST工艺优化诊断结果建立了生物工艺智能优化控制系统,使优化成果得以执行实施,从而实现了污水处理厂自动化控制下的节能减排目标。 相似文献

为考察啤酒厂污水处理站的脱水污泥(简称啤酒污泥)用作城市污水厂接种污泥的可行性,摸索污泥的培养与驯化规律,采用连续操作、全流量同步培养和驯化方法,在处理能力为500m^2/d的UNITANK池中对啤酒污泥进行了培养和驯化。试验结果表明,啤酒污泥完全可以作为城市污水处理厂的接种污泥使用,而且培养时间短,出水水质好。曝气0.5h、厌氧搅拌1h时,活性污泥增长最快。将DO控制在2mg/L左右有利于活性污泥的增长;当DO长时间在7mg/L以上时,污泥浓度下降趋势明显。污泥浓度达到2000mg/L所需的培养驯化时间仅为5d;使出水水质达到一级B标准所需的培养时间约为6d。这种培养、驯化方法和经验可为其他城市污水处理厂的建设和运行提供参考。 相似文献

Assessing wastewater metal toxicity with bacterial bioluminescence in a bench-scale wastewater treatment system 总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10
The effectiveness of a previously developed toxicity monitoring method for activated sludge wastewater treatment employing a bioluminescent bacterium (Shk1) was evaluated in batch experiments and a bench-scale activated sludge system exposed to heavy metals (Cu, Zn, Ni, and Cd). Influent wastewater (primary clarifier supernatant) and activated sludge from a municipal wastewater treatment plant were used in both batch experiments and in the bench-scale wastewater treatment system. Shk1 bioluminescence was most sensitive to Cd and Zn, followed by Cu, and then Ni in order of decreasing sensitivity. In contrast, activated sludge specific oxygen uptake rate was most sensitive to Cu, followed by Cd and Zn, and finally Ni. The same pattern of sensitivity was observed in batch and bench-scale evaluations. Batch experiments examining the effect of metal adsorption were performed. The adsorption of metals to activated sludge and reduction in bioavailability due to chelation by soluble organics or by precipitation in wastewater was found to be an important effect in mediating differences in toxicity response between bioluminescence and respirometry. Batch adsorption experiments indicated that the activated sludge adsorption capacity was highest for Cu, followed by Cd, Ni, and then Zn. A simple mathematical model for the soluble metal concentration in the aeration basin and clarifier was developed utilizing metal distribution coefficients determined from the batch adsorption experiments. Model predictions compared well with results from the bench-scale activated sludge experiments. 相似文献

Microbiological research was conducted on a dual, secondary wastewater treatment system which was part of The Pennsylvania State University wastewater treatment plant. Each aeration basin received identical wastewater which was the effluent from a high rate trickling filter. One of the aeration basins was dosed with aluminum sulfate for the purpose of phosphorus removal. The other aeration basin (control) was operated in the conventional manner without alum addition. Plate counts performed on combined chemical-biological sludge and control activated sludge revealed that a higher number of viable micro-organisms was contained in the chemical-biological sludge, but the magnitude of difference between the two sludges was significant depending on the culture medium employed. Results suggest the aluminum flocs formed in the chemical-biological treatment enmesh dispersed wastewater micro-organisms, some of which are qualitatively unlike those indigenous to natural activated sludge. The combined chemical-biological sludge contained significantly higher numbers of lipolytic, gelatinolytic, and thiosulfate oxidizing micro-organisms and, possibly, fewer nitrite oxidizing micro-organisms than did control activated sludge. Alum did not appear to affect flagellated protozoa in mixed liquor; however, amoeboid and ciliated protozoa were found less frequently in alum dosed than in control mixed liquor. The settled effluent from the combined chemical-biological aeration basin generally contained fewer total coliforms, fecal coliforms, and fecal streptococci than did counterpart control effluents. 相似文献

腐殖活性污泥工艺是在传统活性污泥工艺的基础上增加了填充腐殖土填料的生物培养装置,用于改善活性污泥特性,提高处理效果的新型污水处理方法。自20世纪80年代起,日本已成功地将该工艺应用于岛内住宅小区污水净化站、山之内水质净化中心、乌栖市饭田地区和永吉地区农田排水处理站等多个污水处理厂,在韩国也已有200多个污水处理厂应用了该技术。运行结果表明,该工艺具有脱氮除磷效果好、污泥产量低、污泥脱水性好和污泥不产生臭气等显著优点。 相似文献

为了有效控制低负荷改良型氧化沟工艺的污泥膨胀现象,对该工艺的运行参数进行了系统的分析。结果表明,工艺发生污泥膨胀的主要原因是由于氧化沟循环廊道内的溶解氧浓度分级不明显。针对污泥膨胀原因及相关的膨胀机理,采用在循环廊道内加设插板来保证缺氧区、好氧区溶解氧浓度的合理分布。确定了试验装置的最佳运行条件为:好氧区溶解氧含量为1.5—2.0mg/L,缺氧区溶解氧含量小于0.5mg/L,污泥指数为120~150mL/g,污泥质量浓度为3.5-4.0g/L。 相似文献

以厌氧产氢反应器出水为底物,在序批式反应器中研究了好氧颗粒污泥的培养过程。结果表明,以厌氧产氢反应器出水为底物,在60d内能够培养出粒径大、沉降性能优异且对污染物去除能力强的好氧颗粒污泥。在活性污泥的颗粒化过程中,伴随着污泥体积指数的减小。污泥的粒径和沉速增大,反应器内的污泥浓度增加,从而提高了反应器的处理效能。 相似文献
