为确定北京地区不同倾斜角度对紧凑式全玻璃真空管太阳能热水器的影响,本文对不同倾角太阳能热水器集热性能进行试验分析.试验结果表明,相同辐照情况自然循环时,5°~45°倾角太阳能热水器集热性能较为一致,集热性能较好;60°~ 90°倾角太阳能热水器集热性能有所降低,90°倾角热水器集热性能最低.  相似文献

为对比分析自然循环竖排管、强制循环竖排管和强制循环横排管3种集热方式对全玻璃真空管太阳热水器有效集热量、平均有效集热效率和瞬时有效集热量等的影响,以3组30支Φ58×1800 mm的全玻璃真空管太阳热水器为研究对象,在兰州地区搭建试验平台,在太阳辐射为19.0~25.7 MJ/m2,风速为0.5~1.3 m/s,平均环境温度为8.9~12.0℃的情况下进行连续5 d的试验。试验结果表明:自然循环竖排管热水器有效集热量和平均有效集热效率比强制循环竖排管热水器分别高6.6~8.3 MJ、10.8%~14.8%;强制循环竖排管热水器有效集热量和平均有效集热效率比强制循环横排管热水器分别高0.9~3.4 MJ、1.6%~5.0%。从有效集热面积、真空管内部换热强度、循环管道热损失共3个方面解释不同集热方式产生差异的原因。  相似文献

太阳能热发电系统中聚光、集热协同进行,聚光太阳能能流极不均匀,对能量转换效果有较大影响。为避免太阳直射辐照度的变化对实验结果的影响,采用碟式聚光器和圆柱型接收器,搭建了两套结构一致的实验系统,同时开展聚光和集热实验,提高了实验数据的准确度。接收器采光口能流分布是聚光和集热效率研究的基础,利用水冷式能流密度传感器,在接收器集热实验时同步测量了接收器采光口能流密度分布,通过面积剖分,得到接收器入射能流。开展集热实验,分析了太阳能直射辐照度和工质流量变化对系统集热效率的影响。研究结果表明:随直射辐照度增加,系统入射功率、输出功率和接收器采光口截获功率不断增加,但上升趋势逐渐变缓;聚光器聚光效率、接收器热效率、系统总热效率均呈下降趋势,且斜率逐渐变缓;随着传热工质流量增加,接收器腔内壁面温度下降且温度场梯度变小,减少了接收器热损失,系统输出功率不断加大,总热效率不断提高。  相似文献

用数学模型化方法研究了太阳能空气集热器的集热传热性能,建立了基于二维假设下的流体流动和热量传递的稳定态数学模型,并用有限差分法进行数值求解,计算得到稳态下太阳能空气集热器的速度、温度分布图以及集热效率与空气流量、入口空气温度、入身太阳辐照度和表面盖板透过率的关系。结果表明,对I型太阳能空气集热器,集热效率随空气流量和表面盖板透过率的增加而增大,随入口空气温度和入射太阳辐照度的增大而减小。计算结果与  相似文献

介绍了研究成功的采用真空玻璃盖板的热管平板式太阳能热水器,测试了其性能,并与全玻璃真空管太阳能热水器和蜂窝热管太阳能热水器进行了比较。实测得到,真空玻璃盖板热管平板式热水器的日平均效率比后两分别大13.3%和6.5%,平均热损系数比后两分别小52.5%和21.5%。真空玻璃盖板平板式太阳能热水器性能优越,有很好的应用前景。  相似文献

The thermal performance of thermosyphon flat-plate solar water heater with a mantle heat exchanger was investigated to show its applicability in China. The effect on the performance of the collector of using a heat exchanger between the collector and the tank was analyzed. A “heat exchanger penalty factor” for the system was determined and energy balance equation in the system was presented. Outdoor tests of thermal performance of the thermosyphon flat-plate solar water heater with a mantle heat exchanger were taken in Kunming, China. Experimental results show that mean daily efficiency of the thermosyphon flat plate solar water heater with a mantle heat exchanger with 10 mm gap can reach up to 50%, which is lower than that of a thermosyphon flat-plate solar water heater without heat exchanger, but higher than that of a all-glass evacuated tubular solar water heater.  相似文献

通过分析太阳能采暖系统所需蓄热鼍与建筑热负荷、太阳能集热量日变化规律之间的关系,得出太阳能采暖系统所需蓄热水箱容积的理论算式.根据拉萨、银川、西宁、西安等地的太阳辐射强度及建筑热负荷的日变化规律,模拟得出系统所需蓄热量变化规律;并对各种蓄热温差下对应的蓄热水箱容积进行了模拟分析,结果表明:太阳能采暖系统所需蓄热量随太阳集热器的集热量与建筑热负荷之间的差值增大而增加;蓄热水箱容积随蓄热温差增大而减小,当蓄热水温达到80℃时,在各种地面采暖系统取水温度下,单位集热器面积所需蓄热水箱容积趋于相等.  相似文献

A solar water heater combining collection and storage has been tested in Ceylon. The heater consists of a square coil of 3 in. diameter pipe, 44·3 ft in length, in a wooden box with heat insulation at the bottom and two glass covers. The glass surface is 20 ft2 in area. If water is drawn off whenever the water reaches 120°F, it is possible to obtain 30–50 gal of water a day, the first draw-off being made about noon. The efficiency of collection based on the exposed glass area on the top of the box (which was 1·55 times larger than the horizontally-projected area of the pipe surface) is around 46 per cent.An equation for the performance of the heat collector over the day was devised, and this was applied by means of a computer program to solar radiation data for the whole year. The results showed that no heat could be collected for less than 10 per cent of the year. The total energy collection for the year was about 1250 kWh.Another computer program compared the performance of the heaters made up of 2, , 3, and 4 in. diam pipes respectively. This study indicated that a heater of to in. diam pipe would provide the best performance for most purposes.  相似文献

In the research presented in this paper the thermal performance of a solar water heater combined with a heat pump is studied. A solar collector was modified from corrugated metal roofing with a copper tube attached beneath. The performance of the solar water heater was tested, and models for the collector efficiency and storage tank were developed and used for the evaluation of their performance when combined with a heat pump system.  相似文献

为了降低太阳能光伏电池的温度,同时提升热泵热水器的蒸发温度,利用循环水路冷却太阳能光伏电池,并将热量传递给热泵热水器的蒸发器,构成联合运行系统。针对杭州市的夏季和冬季气象条件,对该联合运行系统的性能进行了计算,分析了对应不同太阳能电池温度下的系统运行参数的变化情况,包括太阳能电池发电效率和所需换热量,热泵热水器的制热量以及热泵效率等。计算结果表明,该联合运行系统能够同时提高太阳能电池光伏转换效率和热泵效率。  相似文献

An investigation is reported of the thermal performance of an integrated solar water heater with a corrugated absorber surface. The thermal performance of the rectangular collector/storage solar water heater depends significantly on the heat transfer rate between the absorber surface and the water, and on the amount of solar radiation incident on the absorber surface. In this investigation, the surface of the absorber is considered to be corrugated, with small indentation depths, instead of plane. The modified surface has a higher characteristic length for convective heat transfer from the absorber to the water, in addition to having more surface area exposed to solar radiation. The corrugated surface based solar water heater is determined to have a higher operating temperature for longer time than the plane surface. It means during the operation of water heater, more solar energy is converted into useful heat. However, this modification has reduces the efficiency of the system marginally.  相似文献
