试验测定不同负荷下脱硫吸收塔进出口和湿式静电出口烟尘、PM_(2.5)、SO_2、SO_3、汞和液滴等多种污染物的浓度,研究脱硫吸收塔和湿式静电对多种污染物的协同脱除机制。试验结果表明:脱硫吸收塔和湿式静电均可协同脱除烟气中的SO_2、烟尘、PM_(2.5)、SO_3、汞和液滴等。相比较而言,脱硫塔对SO_2和汞的脱除效率高,湿式静电对总尘、PM_(2.5)和液滴的脱除效率高,对SO_3的脱除二者基本相当。脱硫吸收塔和湿式静电对污染物的协同脱除效率较高。对烟尘、PM_(2.5)、SO_2、SO_3、汞和液滴的协同脱除效率可分别高达87.3%、85.8%、99.25%、94.00%、89.31%和79.10%。脱硫吸收塔产生的气溶胶、二次释放的汞和液滴,经湿式静电进行进一步脱除。脱硫吸收塔和湿式静电对多种污染物有较强的协同脱除作用。 相似文献

Artificial neural networks have a good potential to be employed for fault diagnosis and condition monitoring problems in complex processes. In this paper, the applicability of the fuzzy ARTMAP (FAM) neural network as an intelligent learning system for fault detection and diagnosis in a power generation plant is described. The process under scrutiny is the circulating water (CW) system, with specific attention to the conditions of heat transfer and tube blockage in the CW system. A series of experiments has been conducted systematically to investigate the effectiveness of FAM in fault detection and diagnosis tasks. In addition, a set of domain rules has been extracted from the trained FAM network so that its predictions can be explained and justified. The outcomes demonstrate the benefits of employing FAM as an intelligent fault detection and diagnosis tool with an explanatory capability for monitoring and diagnosing complex processes in power generation plants. 相似文献

An adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) for the fault diagnosis and prediction of stator winding interturns of PM brushless DC motor drive systems is presented. A transient model of the drive system is set up and run under different healthy and faulty conditions. The steady-state supply current is monitored and its Fourier transform is used to compare the healthy operation frequency spectrum to the faulty operational spectra under different loads. Diagnostic indices were extracted as the frequency locations and component magnitudes of two specific samples of the frequency domain sequence. A Sugeno-based ANFIS was set up and trained using the simulation results to differentiate between healthy and faulty operations. This system was tested by simulation results under different interturn percentages and load torques from those used to train it; the test results were quite acceptable. 相似文献

利用高性能数字示波器、发射光谱法以及热力学方法,对直流双阳极等离子体发生器的伏安特性、射流的温度与射流的比焓特性进行了实验研究.结果表明,当等离子体的工作气体为纯氩气时,其弧压随电流的增加显著升高,且不随气体流量的增加而单调地变化;当工作气体为氩氮混合气体时,弧压随氮气的比例增加而急剧增大;氩等离子体射流的比焓随着电流的增大而增大,随着氩气流量的增加而减少;在相近的条件下氩氮等离子体射流的比焓远大于纯氩等离子体射流的比焓;氩等离子体射流在出口处的温度超过10000 K. 相似文献
