线性与非线性油膜力模型下转子振动稳定性对比研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
滑动轴承的油膜力直接影响转子振动的稳定性,首次对大型多自由度转子系统在线性和非线性油膜力作用下的振动稳定性进行了对比分析。针对200Mw汽轮机低压转子一轴承系统,采用数值计算方法分别模拟了转子在非线性油膜力和传统的8个刚度和阻尼系数表示的线性油膜力模型下,转子升速过程中发生油膜失稳的典型特征。通过比较分析得出考虑油膜力的非线性特性后转子发生油膜振荡的转速提前。因此为保证大型转子-轴承系统的安全稳定运行,有必要在传统线性理论设计的基础上,引入非线性油膜力形式对系统的稳定性作进一步的计算校验。 相似文献

在转子-轴承系统的非线性动力学分析和设计中,滑动轴承的非线性油膜力模型的选取,将直接影响到非线性动力学分析结果的准确程度.为了搞清选取的非线性油膜力模型的计算结果与直接采有有限差分数值法解Reynolds方程的计算结果究竟有多大差别,对无限短轴承模型、无限长轴承模型、非稳态短轴承模型、基于Poincare变换的滑动轴承非线性油膜力数据库模型与直接采用有限差分数值法解Reynolds方程的计算结果进行了对比分析.通过对比分析表明:这些模型与有限差分数值法解Reynolds方程的计算结果在不同长径比下均存在不同程度的误差.这为进行转子-轴承系统的非线性动力学分析时选取恰当的油膜力模型提供了理论指导. 相似文献

针对单缸柴油机使用的滑动轴承的润滑设计问题,采用计算机对它的润滑性能进行了仿真.通过编程计算了滑动轴承的油膜厚度、油膜压力、摩擦功耗、润滑油流量、温度等参数.结果表明,通过仿真得到润滑性能数据,可实现提前对单缸柴油机滑动轴承的润滑特性进行预测,能够提高润滑设计的可靠性,具有较高的实用价值. 相似文献

滑动轴承作为大型水泵转子系统的重要支撑,其油膜动力特性对转子系统动力特性有着重要影响.本文从滑动轴承工作原理出发,通过对Reynolds方程进行差分求解,建立了油膜刚度系数的无量纲求解方程.通过数值模拟方法对某水泵转子系统进行研究,分析了其轴承动力特性和转子动力特性.结果表明,交叉刚度kxy和kyx对水泵转子系统稳定性影响较大;滑动轴承刚度系数增大,转子系统临界转速升高,刚性支撑条件下较弹性支撑时临界转速增大34.7%.在大型水泵转子轴承系统设计、制造和运行过程中,应充分考虑轴承刚度对结构稳定性的影响,保证结构的安全稳定运行. 相似文献

The present research study is carried out to study the performance characteristics of two noncircular journal bearing profiles. Experiments are conducted on a phosphorous bronze hydrodynamic journal bearing test rig to measure the circumferential oil film pressure as well as on the temperature profile at different radial loads and constant rotational speeds to measure bearing performance characteristics, such as oil flow rate, maximum temperature, and pressure. Results reported that noncircular bearings can withstand higher load and minimum power losses than circular bearings. Also, with an increase in the radial load, the oil film pressure and temperature also increased. However, a reduction in negative pressure gradient is reported along the circumference of the lobe resulting in lesser thermal degradation in comparison with the cylindrical bearing. 相似文献

The friction and wear experiments on EN31 are carried out with blends of pongamia (Pongamia pinnata) and jatropha (Jatropha curcas) with mineral oil and also conventional petroleum oil using a pin-on-disc tribometer at various loads and sliding distances. A significant drop is observed with 15% addition of pongamia and jatropha in comparison to mineral oil, for the complete tested sliding distances and loads, leading to the potential use of vegetable oil in tribological applications. To understand the lubrication regimes, a Stribeck curve is also drawn. Both pongamia and jatropha having 15% addition showed a reduction in the boundary lubrication regimes, contributing to a former start of full film lubrication. 相似文献

为了保证在不同载荷条件下,机床静压导轨具有良好的运动精度和低速平稳性,必须对液体静压导轨的油膜厚度进行有效的控制。在介绍了液体静压导轨的工作原理后,提出了基于直流调速和矢量变频调速的两种油膜厚度控制方案,并比较了两种方案的优缺点。研究结果表明:采用矢量变频调速的油膜厚度控制方案,在保证控制精度的同时,可以使系统的成本降低,系统的可维护性和节能效果更好。 相似文献

The lubricating performance of the clearance oil film determines the machining accuracy of the hydrostatic thrust bearing and the stability of the oil film. From the perspective of working parameters and cavity structure, based on tribological principles and lubrication theory, the clearance oil film temperature rise equation, pressure equation, and viscosity-temperature equation are deduced, and the relationship between load-rotating speed-oil film thickness for different cavity shapes is matched. Through the combination of simulation and experiment, the multi-factor coupling influences on the lubricating performance of the clearance oil film are studied. The study found that the degree of influence on the clearance oil film temperature is in order: rotational speed, hydraulic oil viscosity, load, and cavity depth, and the degree of influence on the clearance oil film pressure is in order: load, hydraulic oil viscosity, rotational speed, and cavity depth. This work provides a theoretical basis for the research and optimization of the lubrication performance of hydrostatic thrust bearings, and provides a research direction for the machining accuracy and running stability of high-speed and heavy-duty CNC equipment. 相似文献
