复合超声振动的脉冲电流电解去毛刺试验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对针阀体喷孔采用脉冲电流电解去毛刺后,存在喷孔内入口处倒圆半径偏差较大、喷孔流量分散度较大的问题,提出采用超声辅助振动工具阴极进行小初始加工间隙电解去毛刺加工,分析了复合超声振动的脉冲电流电解去毛刺工艺特点.针阀体喷孔电解去毛刺试验数据表明:采用超声辅助振动工具阴极后,倒圆半径偏差得以减小,流量分散度有所降低.  相似文献

在介绍针阀体喷孔去毛刺工艺方法的基础上,研究了针阀体喷孔脉冲电流电解去毛刺工艺和技术.采用该工艺对针阀体喷孔进行了倒圆实验和电解去毛刺效果流量测定.实验结果表明,经脉冲电流电解去毛刺后的针阀体较传统方法加工的针阀体喷孔流量明显提高,初始间隙较小时喷孔内入口处倒圆半径偏差明显减小.  相似文献

针对针阀体喷孔的去毛刺技术要求,研制了一种以IGBT为开关器件的微秒级脉冲电源。该电源采用直流加斩波输出方案,直流部分采用现有稳压直流电源,设计了该电源斩波部分脉冲发生电路、推动电路、电源主电路和保护电路。使用该电源进行了针阀体电解去毛刺工艺实验,实验数据表明喷孔流量和压力室杂散腐蚀程度达到设计技术要求。  相似文献

开展了不锈钢材料脉冲振动电解加工的试验研究,设计了试验所需的工装夹具、工具电极和电解液流场。采用圆柱型面的工具电极电解加工不锈钢工件,通过对比试验分析了直流匀速进给电解加工和脉冲振动电解加工的精度差异,并优化了加工参数,获得了较佳的进给速度和脉冲电流占空比。对比二种加工方式证明脉冲振动电解加工能有效提高电解加工精度。  相似文献

在大量管状电极脉冲电解加工小孔试验的基础上,研究分段式增加电解液压力作用下管状电极电解小孔形状精度及间隙电流的变化.从电解加工理论出发,分析试验数据得出:随着电解小孔加工深度的增加,分段式提高电解液压力可提高管状电极脉冲电解加工的形状精度,提高加工的定域性.  相似文献

管电极电解加工采用中空金属管作为阴极工具对工件进行电解蚀除,在深小孔加工方面具有独特优势。为了避免酸性电解液对环境造成的危害,管电极电解加工采用中性盐溶液替代酸性溶液作为电解液。通过研究初始加工间隙、进给速度、电解液压力、电参数对钛合金深小孔加工的影响,择优选取加工参数,在20 mm厚的TC4钛合金工件上加工出了深径比大于10的通孔。  相似文献

管电极电解加工是以中空管电极为工具对工件进行电解蚀除的一种加工方法,在制造飞机发动机叶片气膜孔方面具有独特优势。利用中性盐溶液代替酸性溶液作为电解液,分析了电压和电解液浓度对孔径的影响、不同的进给速度配合不同的电压值对加工深度的影响。结果表明:采用套管绝缘后的管电极在进给速度为0.42 mm/min、电压为14 V时可稳定加工直径为600μm、深度为12 mm的深小孔。  相似文献

针对中小批量工件内小孔毛刺去除成本高的现状,运用TRIZ理论对当前电解去毛刺加工装置存在的问题进行分析,建立电解去毛刺装置的功能结构并确定了各功能元的作用及连接关系。在此基础上,对工装夹具、电解液系统及装置壳体进行了创新设计,并完成加工电源的选型及控制系统设计。该装置操作方便、结构小巧、成本低廉、安全可靠。  相似文献

为了研究微小孔的电解加工工艺,采用在线加工的微细电极和超短脉冲电压,以及复合电解液电解加工微小孔.通过在线加工电极,避免了电极的二次装夹,提高了加工孔时的定位精度.实验中,分析了不同种类的电解液及其浓度、加工电压以及脉冲宽度对微小孔加工精度的影响.实验结果表明,添加络合剂的钝化电解液既能溶解阳极的电解产物,避免发生短路,提高了加工的稳定性,又不会增大加工间隙.而超短脉冲电压能明显减小微小孔加工的侧面间隙,并保证孔直径的一致性.  相似文献

超声振动辅助电解磨削加工技术是一种以超声振动作为辅助、电解磨削为主要加工方式实现零件精加工的新型加工技术。为获得更高表面质量的管电极微孔,首先利用单因素法对GH625材料进行管电极打孔,初步得到最小平均锥度0.043°的微小孔,然后通过正交试验研究脉冲电压、电解液浓度、主轴进给速度、阴极转速对加工微小孔锥度和表面质量的影响规律。结果表明:在脉冲电压7 V、电解液质量分数14%、阴极转速12000 r/min、进给速度0.7 mm/min下,可获得内表面粗糙度和平均锥度分别为Ra0.499μm与0.036°的微小孔。  相似文献

In as-welded state, each region of 2219 aluminum alloy TIG-welded joint shows diff erent microstructure and microhardness due to the diff erent welding heat cycles and the resulting evolution of second phases. After the post-weld heat treatment, both the amount and the size of the eutectic structure or θ phases decreased. Correspondingly, both the Cu content in α-Al matrix and the microhardness increased to a similar level in each region of the joint, and the tensile strength of the entire joint was greatly improved. Post-weld heat treatment played the role of solid solution strengthening and aging strengthening. After the post-weld heat treatment, the weld performance became similar to other regions, but weld reinforcements lost their reinforcing eff ect on the weld and their existence was more of an adverse eff ect. The joint without weld reinforcements after the post-weld heat treatment had the optimal tensile properties, and the specimens randomly crack in the weld zone.  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

The Lanthanum-doped bismuth ferrite–lead titanate compositions of 0.5(Bi LaxFe1-xO3)–0.5(Pb Ti O3)(x = 0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)(BLxF1-x-PT) were prepared by mixed oxide method.Structural characterization was performed by X-ray diffraction and shows a tetragonal structure at room temperature.The lattice parameter c/a ratio decreases with increasing of La(x = 0.05–0.20) concentration of the composites.The effect of charge carrier/ion hopping mechanism,conductivity,relaxation process and impedance parameters was studied using an impedance analyzer in a wide frequency range(102–106Hz) at different temperatures.The nature of Nyquist plot confirms the presence of bulk effects only,and non-Debye type of relaxation processes occurs in the composites.The electrical modulus exhibits an important role of the hopping mechanism in the electrical transport process of the materials.The ac conductivity and dc conductivity of the materials were studied,and the activation energy found to be 0.81,0.77,0.76 and 0.74 e V for all compositions of x = 0.05–0.20 at different temperatures(200–300 °C).  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The orientation relationships(ORs)between the martensite and the retained austenite in low-and medium-carbon steels after quenching–partitioning–tempering process were studied in this work.The ORs in the studied steels are identified by selected-area electron diffraction(SAED)as either K–S or N–W ORs.Meanwhile,the ORs were also studied based on numerical fitting of electron backscatter diffraction data method suggested by Miyamoto.The simulated K–S and N–W ORs in the low-index directions generally do not well coincide with the experimental pole figure,which may be attributed to both the orientation spread from the ideal variant orientations and high symmetry of the low-index directions.However,the simulated results coincide well with experimental pole figures in the high-index directions{123}_(bcc).A modified method with simplicity based on Miyamoto’s work was proposed.The results indicate that the ORs determined by modified method are similar to those determined by Miyamoto’method,that is,the OR is near K–S OR for the low-carbon Q–P–T steel,and with the increase of carbon content,the OR is closer to N–W OR in medium-carbon Q–P–T steel.  相似文献
