目的提高AZ91D镁合金的耐腐蚀性能,扩大其应用范围。方法先在AZ91D镁合金表面化学镀Ni-P镀层,再化学镀Ni-Sn-P镀层,形成Ni-P/Ni-Sn-P双镀层。研究Ni-P/Ni-Sn-P双镀层的表面形貌和耐腐蚀性能,并与Ni-P单镀层进行对比。结果 Ni-P/Ni-Sn-P双镀层表面分布更均匀平整,缺陷较少,孔隙率较低,具有无定形结构。二次Ni-Sn-P镀层的腐蚀电位约为-0.77 V,略低于一次化学镀Ni-P层(约-0.68 V),两镀层间的电位差使得其构成了微腐蚀电偶,Ni-P层作为阴极,Ni-Sn-P层作为阳极,阳极优先被腐蚀。结论 Ni-P/Ni-Sn-P双镀层的Ni-Sn-P外层能为Ni-P内层提供阴极保护,较好地横向分散腐蚀电流,从而增强AZ91D镁合金基底的耐腐蚀性能。  相似文献

在AZ91D镁合金上直接化学镀Ni-P和Ni-W-P镀层,并利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪及电化学工作站研究后续热处理对化学镀层组织形貌、相组成及其耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,制备的Ni-P镀层为非晶态,而Ni-W-P镀层为纳米晶结构,两者在3.5%NaCl水溶液中的耐蚀性相当。热处理可以明显提高Ni-W-P镀层的耐蚀能力,但却稍微弱化Ni-P镀层的耐蚀能力,热处理后的Ni-W-P层自腐蚀电位相对于未处理的化学镀Ni-W-P或Ni-P层提高了约150 mV。  相似文献

以7075铝合金为基体,采用直接连续化学镀法制备Ni-P/Ni-W-P双层膜,并采用SEM,EPMA,XRD和显微硬度计、电化学工作站等对膜层热处理前后的表(断)面形貌、成分、结构、硬度和耐腐蚀等性能进行了研究。结果表明:获得了致密无孔且与基体及层间相互结合紧密的非晶态Ni-P/Ni-W-P膜;热处理后,镀层硬度提高,而耐蚀性略有降低。  相似文献

目的提高AZ91D镁合金的腐蚀防护性能。方法采用化学镀前处理在AZ91D镁合金表面制备一种保护性的Ni-Co合金镀层。分别采用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和能量散射谱(EDS)分析合金镀层的表面形貌、微结构特点和化学成分。采用动电位极化(PC)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS),分析测试在模拟海洋环境(中性3.5%Na Cl溶液)中Ni-Co合金镀层对AZ91D镁合金的腐蚀防护性能。结果镁合金表面化学镀Ni-P镀层均匀覆盖,晶粒生长较致密,表面呈菜花状形貌,Ni-P镀层中P质量分数约为5.6%。Ni-Co合金镀层表面均匀且呈金字塔状形貌,形成了面心固溶体(FCC),镀层中Co质量分数约为31%。Ni-P镀层和Ni-Co合金镀层的厚度分别约为11μm和19μm。在模拟海洋(中性3.5%Na Cl溶液)环境中,镁合金裸基体、化学镀前处理Ni-P镀层、Ni-Co合金镀层的腐蚀电位分别为-1485、-372、-284 m V,其腐蚀电流密度分别是3.4×10-5、1.8×10-6、2.9×10~(-7) A/cm2,所拟合的电荷转移电阻分别为4.72×103、1.70×104、2.06×106?/cm2。结论化学镀前处理Ni-P镀层可为镁合金提供较好的腐蚀防护,Ni-Co合金镀层能够为镁合金提供更显著的腐蚀防护。  相似文献

使用硫酸镍作为化学镀镍磷镀液的主盐,直接在AZ91D镁合金基体上化学镀镍.使用扫描电镜和X射线衍射技术分析镀层的表面形貌和组织.化学镀镍磷镀层是致密的,无明显缺陷,其磷含量约为372 mass%.化学镀镍磷镀层的显微硬度值约为660 VHN,化学镀镍的沉积速度为23 μm/h.前处理过程中的酸洗步骤使镁合金基体产生粗糙的表面,从而使镀层和基体之间起到了互锁的作用,增加了镀层的结合力.  相似文献

研制了一种能在镁基上直接进行化学镀镍磷合金的新工艺,镀层呈银白色,表面平整光亮.镀液为碱性介质,基础配方为:硫酸镍、复合络合剂、导电盐和其它添加剂.通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究了电流密度、温度、pH值等参数对镀层磷含量、镀层显微硬度等性能的影响.结果表明,该工艺具有高效稳定、易于控制、操作简便等特点,适宜于产业化应用.  相似文献

A phosphate-manganese conversion film was proposed as the pretreatment layer between Ni-P coating and AZ91D magnesium alloy substrate, to replace the traditional chromium oxide plus HF pretreatment. The subsequent Ni-P deposited on the layer was also characterized by its structure, morphology, microhardness and corrosion-resistance. The pretreatment layer on the substrate not only reduces the corrosion of magnesium during Ni-P plating process, but also reduces the potential difference between the matrix and the second phase. Thus, a Ni-P coating with fine and dense structure was obtained on the AZ91D magnesium alloy, which shows better corrosion resistance than the Ni-P with chromium oxide plus HF as pretreatment.  相似文献

A direct electroless Ni-P plating treatment was applied to AZ91D magnesium alloy for improving its corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Corrosion resistance of the Ni-P coatings was evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization and immersing experiments in 3.5% NaCl solution. The wear resistance of the coatings was investigated by the wear track and the mass change after ball-on-disk experiment. The results show that corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the AZ91D alloy are greatly improved after direct electroless Ni-P plating. No discoloration is noticed until 4 d of immersion in 3.5% NaC1 solution. Potentiodynamic polarization experiments show that the free corrosion potential of magnesium alloy is shifted from -1 500 mV to -250 mV and passivation occurs at 1 350 mV after direct electroless plating. The friction coefficients and wear rates of Ni-P coating and Ni-P coating after tempering are 0.10-0.351, 9.038×10^-3 mm^3/m and 0.13-0.177, 3.056×10^-4 mm^3/m, respectively, at a load of 1.5 N with dry sliding. Although minor hurt on corrosion resistance was caused, significant improvement of wear resistance was obtained after tempering treatment of the coating.  相似文献

在化学镀Ni-P层和AZ91D镁合金之间生成磷酸锰、单宁酸或钒转化膜预处理层,以取代传统的铬酸盐加氢氟酸预处理工艺。电化学测试结果表明:与传统的铬酸盐处理加化学镀相比,镁合金上的无铬转化膜加化学镀镍磷具有低的腐蚀电流密度和更正的腐蚀电位,能够减少基体上化学镀层的腐蚀。因此,镀层具有致密的细晶结构,适当的磷含量、低孔隙度和良好的耐蚀性并且和基体结合良好的涂层可以取代传统的铬酐钝化加化学镀的工艺。  相似文献

An electroless Ni-Sn-P coating was deposited on AZ91D magnesium alloy in an alkaline-citrate-based bath where nickel sulphate and sodium stannate were used as metal ion sources and sodium hypophosphite was used as a reducing agent. The phase structure of the coating was amorphous. SEM and attached EDS observation revealed the presence of dense and uniform nodules in the ternary coating and the content of tin was 2.48wt.%. Both the electrochemical analysis and the immersion test in 10% HCl solution proved that the ternary Ni-Sn-P coating exhibited better corrosion resistance than the Ni-P coating in protecting the magnesium alloy substrate.  相似文献

To improve the wear and corrosion properties of AZ91D magnesium alloys, Cu-based amorphous composite coatings were fabricated on AZ91D magnesium alloy by laser cladding using mixed powders of Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8 and SiC. The wear and corrosion behaviours of the coatings were investigated. The wear resistance of the coatings was evaluated under dry sliding wear condition at room temperature. The corrosion resistance of the coatings was tested in 3.5% (mass fraction) NaCl solution. The coatings exhibit excellent wear resistance due to the recombined action of amorphous phase and different intermetallic compounds. The main wear mechanisms of the coatings and the AZ91D sample are different. The former is abrasive wear and the latter is adhesive wear. The coatings compared with AZ91D magnesium alloy also exhibit good corrosion resistance because of the presence of the amorphous phase in the coatings.  相似文献

对镁合金传统化学镀工艺进行了改进,避免了使用氢氟酸和六价铬等有毒物质。采用化学镀与化学复合镀相结合方法,在AZ91D镁合金上获得了Ni-P-ZrO2纳米化学复合镀层,并研究了新工艺化学镀前处理和镍沉积机理及复合镀层的结构和性能。结果表明:新工艺方法获得的Ni-P镀层更均匀、致密,耐蚀性优于传统工艺化学镀层;Ni-P-ZrO2复合镀层与AZ91D合金基体在3.5%NaCl溶液中的动电位极化曲线对比表明,该复合镀层对镁合金可以起到明显的保护作用;从磨损实验结果可见,Ni-P镀层的磨损质量损失率几乎为Ni-P-ZrO2镀层的3倍,说明ZrO2纳米粉的加入能改善镀层的耐磨性。  相似文献

目的提高镁合金的耐蚀性和耐磨性。方法以AZ91D镁合金为基体,采用SiC颗粒质量浓度为3 g/L的Ni-P化学镀溶液,在其表面沉积不同时间,制备Ni-P-SiC复合镀层。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、显微硬度测试、粗糙度仪、电化学腐蚀和磨损等试验来分析和评价Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的厚度、表面粗糙度、显微硬度、耐腐蚀性能和耐磨性能。结果 Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的厚度和表面粗糙度随沉积时间增加而增加,沉积时间为150 min时,镀层厚度可达53μm,表面粗糙度为2.5μm。沉积时间为120 min时,镀层的显微硬度最高,为641HV,此时复合镀层的耐蚀性和耐磨性最好,自腐蚀电位高达-0.73 V,腐蚀电流密度为0.78μA/cm~2,磨损体积最小,为1.04×10~(-3)mm~3。与AZ91D镁合金基体相比,沉积复合镀层后的样品更耐蚀,说明复合镀层有效改善了镁合金基体的耐蚀性。结论沉积时间对Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的性能有一定影响,在沉积时间为120 min时获得的复合镀层具有较好的耐蚀性和耐磨性。  相似文献

采用常温碱性超声波清洗、酸洗和活化的前处理工艺在AZ91D镁合金表面化学镀镍,研究了辅助络合剂氨基乙酸和加速剂巯基乙酸对镀层耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:镀层表面由Ni-P固溶体组成,呈现尖锐的晶态峰,磷原子与镍原子形成置换固溶体,表面平整致密,无明显缺陷。氨基乙酸含量对镀层耐蚀性和腐蚀速率影响不大,随着巯基乙酸含量的增加,镀层腐蚀电位先升高后降低,腐蚀速率整体比镁合金基体慢,镀层总体呈现钝化趋势,在4 g/L时腐蚀电位最高。  相似文献

In order to improve the corrosion resistance and microhardness of AZ91D magnesium alloy, TiN nanoparticles were added to fabricate Ni–P–TiN composite coating by electrodeposition. The surface, cross-section morphology and composition were examined using SEM, EDS and XRD, and the corrosion resistance was checked by electrochemical technology. The results indicate that TiN nanoparticles were doped successfully in the Ni–P matrix after a series of complex pretreatments including activation, zinc immersion and pre-electroplating, which enhances the stability of magnesium alloy in electrolyte and the adhesion between magnesium alloy and composite coating. The microhardness of the Ni–P coating increases dramatically by adding TiN nanoparticles and subsequent heat treatment. The corrosion experimental results indicate that the corrosion resistance of Ni–P–TiN composite coating is much higher than that of uncoated AZ91D magnesium alloy and similar with Ni–P coating in short immersion time. However, TiN nanoparticles play a significant role in long-term corrosion resistance of composite coatings.  相似文献

The microarc oxidation coatings with difference thickness were synthesized on AZ91D magnesium alloy. The microstructure and phase structure of the coatings were analyzed using SEM and XRD, the tribological properties and corrosion resistance behaviour of the coatings were also investigated. The results show that the coating contains two layers, a porous outer layer and relatively dense inner layer. The microhardness of the MAO coatings is four to six times higher than that of the magnesium alloy substrate. The MAO coatings have much better wear-resistance and corrosion resistance abilities than those of magnesium alloy substrate, but possess higher friction coefficient. The results further indicate that there is an optimization thickness for corrosion and wear resistance.  相似文献

利用含新型三元复合络合剂的酸性化学镀镍液体系,在AZ91D镁合金表面通过化学镀制备Ni-P防护镀层。结果表明,镀层沉积速率随着镀液中三元复合络合剂浓度的变化而改变。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差热分析(DSC)对镀层结构、形貌以及热稳定性进行表征和分析。通过交流阻抗(EIS)和动电位扫描极化曲线对Ni-P镀层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能进行评价。镀液中三元复合络合剂的浓度对Ni-P镀层的结构与形貌有显著影响。Ni-P镀层的热稳定性随着三元复合络合剂浓度的增加而降低。当镀液中三元复合络合剂浓度为0.035 mol/L时,所制备的Ni-P镀层致密、均一,在3.5%NaCl溶液中表现出良好的耐蚀性能。  相似文献
