7A52铝合金水蒸气等离子弧焊接头组织及性能 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
采用水蒸气等离子电弧技术对10mm厚的7A52铝合金板材进行焊接试验,焊接介质为40%丙酮水溶液,焊丝为ER5356,对焊接接头的力学性能进行了测试分析,对焊接接头的显微组织进行了分析.结果表明,7A52铝合金水蒸气等离子弧焊接头性能较好,焊缝拉伸断口表面存在大量的韧窝,表明焊缝有良好的韧性;热影响区存在软化区域;焊接接头熔合良好,焊缝没有发现异常的气孔、夹渣和裂纹等焊接缺陷.利用水蒸气等离子弧技术焊接73.52铝合金可以得到优良的焊接接头. 相似文献

分析了铝合金变极性等离子弧穿孔焊工艺的特点,采用ER5356焊丝对厚度为7 mm的防锈铝合金5A06进行穿透型变极性等离子弧焊对接环焊缝的焊接试验,分析焊缝成形质量的影响因素,实现了变极性等离子弧焊在某水下产品中壳体与法兰环焊缝连接的应用,焊接过程分为起弧段、穿孔段、焊接段、搭接段、收孔段、收弧段共6个焊接阶段.利用X射线衍射仪、万能拉伸机对接头的质量及力学性能进行检测,结果表明5A06铝合金壳体与法兰对接环焊缝成形良好,焊缝质量满足GJB 294A-2005《铝及铝合金熔焊》Ⅰ级焊缝要求,接头抗拉强度为301 MPa,达到母材的90.2%,断裂位置处于近熔合线处,接头力学性能良好,满足产品的使用要求. 相似文献

对1 mm厚的5052-H32铝合金轧制板与3 mm厚的6005A-T6铝合金挤压板进行激光填丝搭接叠焊。采用金相显微镜、SEM与EDS分析了焊缝接头组织,使用电子万能拉伸试验机与维氏显微硬度计对接头力学性能进行检测。结果表明:在激光功率为5. 8 kW~6. 2 kW,送焊丝速度3. 5 m/min~4. 0 m/min时,焊接接头表面成形良好,焊缝有效连接宽度在2. 66 mm~2. 90 mm;焊缝区组织主要由铸态的等轴枝晶构成,在6005A铝合金侧焊缝区出现过时效现象,在α-Al基体上出现大量的析出相Mg_2Si及Mg_2Al_3,并随着激光功率的增加而增多;焊接接头抗拉强度随着激光功率的增加而降低,在激光功率为5. 8 kW时,焊缝获得最大抗拉强度为205. 85 N/mm~2,5052铝合金母材强度为228 N/mm~2,焊缝强度系数为0. 90。在5052铝合金板侧焊缝处硬度值低于母材的,6005A铝合金板热影响区存在软化,软化区范围在2 mm~3 mm。但由于6005A铝合金板厚度大于5052铝合金板的,薄板受力更为集中,断裂位置发生在5052铝合金焊缝处。 相似文献

焊接过程的准确检测是实现高效优质焊接的基础。实现等离子弧焊接过程的多信号检测对于指导等离子弧焊接工艺具有重要意义。文中搭建了基于多信号检测的等离子弧焊接平台,该等离子弧焊接平台包括等离子弧焊机和焊枪系统、机械运动机构、视觉检测系统、焊接过程监测系统、计算机控制系统等;通过视觉检测系统拍摄了等离子弧焊接电弧形态,测量出了喷嘴出口处的电弧直径与工件上表面电弧直径比值为0. 64,证实了等离子弧焊接电弧挺度高,发散程度小;通过焊接过程监测系统,拍摄了焊缝温感扫描图,在线实时监测了等离子弧焊接焊缝成形,结果表明温感扫描图可以比较准确地反映等离子弧焊接的实际焊缝成形。 相似文献

Summary This paper describes a fundamental investigation of the weldability of A5052 wrought alloy and AC7A castings in electron beam welding and gas tungsten arc welding. Microscopic observations, hardness, tensile, and impact tests were used. In electron beam welding, the tensile and impact properties of the wrought alloy weld metal and heat affected zone are satisfactory. Micro-solidification cracks are found in the weld metal, whereas micro-liquation cracks are found in the AC7A HAZ. The tensile properties of the welds produced by GTAW (or TIG) are virtually equivalent or slightly inferior to those of the electron beam welded joints. 相似文献

分别采用Al-Mg-Zr和Al-Mg-Zr-Sc合金焊丝为填充材料,对2 mm厚的Al-Mg-Sc合金薄板进行惰性气体保护焊接,然后对两种焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能进行对比研究。结果表明:采用两种焊丝焊接的Al-Mg-Sc合金薄板的焊接接头强度系数均大于0.9。但采用Al-Mg-Zr-Sc合金焊丝为填充材料时,焊缝晶粒组织明显细化,熔合区形成的细小等轴晶层提高了基材与焊缝填充材料的结合力,焊接接头的屈服强度比采用Al-Mg-Zr合金焊丝为填充材料时提高了100 MPa,显著提高了Al-Mg-Sc合金焊接构件的许用强度,因此焊接Al-Mg-Sc板材更宜采用Al-Mg-Sc-Zr焊丝。 相似文献

通过钨极氩弧焊方法,对 1Cr18Ni9Ti 与 1Cr13 实施焊接.采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜对 1Cr13 马氏体型与 1Cr18Ni9Ti 奥氏体型不锈钢焊接接头进行金相组织、断口形貌观察及分析;利用显微硬度计、电子万能拉伸机测量焊接接头的力学性能;并通过海水模拟溶液浸泡试验,测量焊接接头极化曲线和交流阻抗谱.结果表明,通过手工钨极氩弧焊,采用直流正接接法,在合适的工艺下(焊接电流为 80 A,焊接速度为 110 mm/min),能够获得外观平整、组织均匀,力学性能与电化学性能符合要求的焊接接头.Abstract: The stainless steels of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 1Cr13 were welded through deterministic craft by tungsten inert-gas (TIG) welding. The microstructure and fracture pattern of weld joints of 1Cr13martensite and 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenite stainless steels were observed and analyzed by means of LOM and SEM, the mechanical properties of the weld joints were measured with micro-hardness tester and electronic universal stretcher, and the polarization curves and AC impedance spectroscopy of weld joints were tested by seawater immersion test of simulation solution. The results show that adopting manual TIG welding through electrode negative to direct current soldering machine to weld 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenite stainless steel and 1Cr13 martensite stainless steel is feasible; under suitable process (welding current is 80 A, welding speed is 110 mm/min), weld joints can obtain good appearance and uniform structure; mechanical properties and galvano-chemistry properties can meet use requirements. 相似文献

建立双脉冲VPPA(variable polarity plasma arc)焊接系统,进行7A52高强铝合金双脉冲VPPA焊接工艺试验,研究低频脉冲调制叠加高频脉冲对VPPA焊接过程中焊缝成形和焊缝力学性能的影响. 结果表明,低频脉冲周期性振荡液态熔池,可获得表面饱满的鱼鳞纹焊缝;高频脉冲使电弧更为集中,有效地提高了电弧能量密度,穿透力加强;双脉冲耦合振荡加强了对熔池的搅动作用细化了铝合金焊缝晶粒. 焊接接头抗拉强度达到384.13 MPa,相比VPPA焊接接头强度提高了10.21%左右;焊接接头断面收缩率和断后伸长率均有一定程度的提高. 铝合金双脉冲VPPA焊接工艺提高了焊接接头力学性能. 相似文献

分析铝镁合金的焊接特性和变极性等离子弧焊的焊接特点及氩-氦电弧的特性,依据8~12 mm板厚5083的焊接经验,选用变极性等离子弧焊,分别采用氩气、氩气+氦气作为保护气体,对16 mm厚的5083铝合金进行焊接试验,通过优化焊接工艺参数,获得良好的焊缝成形;按JB/T 4730《承压设备无损检测》的要求对获得的焊接接头进行射线检测和渗透检测,通过机械性能试验验证焊接接头的机械性能,各项检测及试验结果均符合NB/T 47014《承压设备焊接工艺评定》的要求,获得的焊接工艺规范参数在高压封闭电器外壳筒体的焊接中稳定应用。 相似文献

通过分析焊接对喷瓷管道焊接接头处瓷层的影响,提出了用自熔覆法对焊接接头进行防护。试验结果表明,在合适的电流下采用TIG焊打底能够使焊口附近的瓷层重熔并向焊缝流布、熔覆,在焊缝区形成保护层,起到自熔覆防护作用;焊前管端预涂釉浆能有效增加焊后接头区自熔覆瓷层的厚度,提高瓷层的防护效果;焊后采用火焰加热对接头区进行重熔处理,可以消除瓷层中气泡、裂纹等缺陷。采用焊前管端预涂釉浆、TIG焊打底、焊条电弧焊填充、焊后接头区瓷层重熔处理等配套措施能够有效解决喷瓷管道焊接接头的防护问题,焊后不用进行内补口。 相似文献

Aluminum killed cold rolled steel used for automobiles was welded in this paper by using CO2 laser with wavelength 10.6μm.The experiment shows that high quality of welding can be realized at welding speed of 4500mm/min by optimizing the parameters.The strenth and hardness of laser welded joints for aluminum killed cold rolled steel increased compared to those of the base metal while the formability decreased.Forming limit diagram of joint material indicated that the laser weld seam should avoid the maximum deformation area of automobile parts during the designing period for the position of weld seam. 相似文献
