针对核容器用钢A5 0 8-Ⅲ接头 ,通过断裂力学试验和有限元数值模拟综合研究强度匹配对接头抗断裂行为的影响 ,尤其是对热影响区断裂行为的影响。结果表明 ,选用高匹配焊缝可降低焊缝裂纹试样的裂尖张开应力和应力三轴度 ,改善焊缝的抗断裂行为 ;而却使热影响区裂纹试样的裂尖张开应力和应力三轴度升高 ,对热影响区的抗断裂行为不利 ,定性地说明了低匹配A5 0 8-Ⅲ接头热影响区断裂韧度优于焊缝断裂韧度的试验结果 相似文献

针对强度(屈服点应力)级别为420-460MPa的三种TMCP钢,探讨通常的焊接热影响区局部脆化区断裂韧度测试方法的可行性及存在问题。由于多层焊热影响区组织复杂,需进一步研究确认试验中得到的断裂韧度能否代表局部脆化区的韧度。试验结果发现,对多层焊热影响区试样,试验后必须进行刨面(Sectioning)分析,首先检查疲劳裂纹前沿是否位于所测试的目标区域;其次当有延性裂纹扩展时,检查延性裂纹扩展是否偏离目标区域。当满足这些条件时,所测试的断裂韧度才能代表目标区域的韧度值。同时也试验研究了焊缝强度匹配对热影响区断裂韧度的影响。 相似文献

用GTN损伤模型对30Cr2Ni4MoV转子钢焊接接头延性裂纹的扩展进行了有限元模拟.模拟得到的焊缝、母材和热影响区断裂韧性试样的载荷—位移曲线和J-△a阻力曲线与试验曲线吻合良好,以此确定了GTN模型中的材料损伤参数.结果表明,焊缝的裂纹扩展阻力最低,热影响区最高,母材居中;当初始裂纹位于母材和热影响区界面时,裂纹偏向强度和扩展阻力较低的母材一侧扩展,其阻力曲线和母材相似;当初始裂纹位于热影响区和焊缝界面时,裂纹向焊缝一侧偏离且沿着界面扩展,阻力曲线较焊缝稍有降低. 相似文献

文中研究了厚板转子钢多层多道窄间隙焊接接头不同微区的断裂韧度,主要包括接头中热影响区粗晶区及细晶区,焊缝中的柱状晶区和等轴晶区.结果表明,焊缝内柱状晶区断裂韧度(Jm)最低,断裂韧度最小值为195 kJ/m2,而热影响区的细晶区断裂韧度最高,Jm为1 265 kJ/m2.热影响区细小的等轴晶粒(1~12 μm)和晶内均匀分布的碳化物是其断裂韧度较好的主要原因.焊缝内组织主要为回火索氏体,以柱状晶形式分布在焊缝中,裂纹容易沿柱状晶晶界扩展,导致焊缝的断裂韧度较低.整个接头柱状晶与等轴晶组织交替分布,提高抗裂纹扩展能力,保证了整个焊接接头的安全可靠. 相似文献

对2.5mm厚BT20钛合金激光焊接接头各区域(包括焊缝和热影响区)的组织特征进行了观察,并测试了焊接接头各区域的显微硬度分布以及室温条件下的接头拉伸、弯曲、疲劳及断裂韧度等力学性能.研究结果表明,焊接接头各区域的微观组织均以"网篮状"马氏体组织为特征,接头各区域显微硬度均高于母材.接头静抗拉强度基本与母材相当,塑性略低于母材.接头中值疲劳寿命与应力水平有很大的关系.在低应力水平下,接头中值疲劳寿命与母材相当,而在高应力水平下,接头中值疲劳寿命远低于母材.接头焊缝金属的断裂韧度显著低于母材,而热影响区断裂韧度则介于母材和焊缝金属之间. 相似文献

Summary This paper describes HAZ‐notched CTOD tests of multipass welds in SMYS = 420–460 MPa class high‐strength steels for offshore structural applications. The weld metal strength overmatch causes different fracture behaviour depending on the actual CGHAZ toughness. When the CGHAZ is completely embrittled, the weld metal strength overmatch leads to the lower bound critical CTOD value. This is due to elevation of the local stress in the CGHAZ caused by the restraint effect of the overmatched weld metal. The fracture surface is generally flat, and brittle fracture originates from the CGHAZ sampled by the fatigue crack front. A larger fraction of the CGHAZ along the crack front gives a smaller critical CTOD value. When the CGHAZ has moderate toughness, however, the weld metal strength overmatch may produce a higher critical CTOD value at brittle fracture initiation. This is due to crack growth path deviation towards the base metal. Plastic deformation preferentially accumulates to a greater extent on the softer base metal side before the critical stress conditions for brittle fracture initiation occur in the CGHAZ. This asymmetrical plastic deformation promotes deviation of ductile crack growth from the crack tip CGHAZ. In this case, the critical CTOD value does not always reflect the CGHAZ toughness itself. A notch location nearer the weld metal sometimes causes fracture initiation in the weld metal if the fatigue crack tip samples the CGHAZ. Such experimental data do not reflect the real CGHAZ toughness. The significance of the critical CTOD value obtained in the tests must be determined in the fracture toughness evaluation of the weld CGHAZ. 采用有限元方法对马氏体耐热钢(P91)焊接接头在温度为600℃、应力为80MPa下的最大主应力、von Mises等效应力、等效蠕变应变和应力三轴度进行了数值模拟.结果表明,在接头上下坡口交界处细晶热影响区(FGHAZ)两侧的最大主应力和von Mises等效应力很高,蠕变变形主要集中在FGHAZ,等效蠕变应变的最大值位于FGHAZ的底部.受焊缝和母材的强烈拘束,上下坡口交界处FGHAZ内应力三轴度最大,容易形成蠕变裂纹,导致接头蠕变开裂.数值模拟结果与试验获得的IV型裂纹产生、扩展结果一致.因此采用应力三轴度表征IV型裂纹开裂比较合理. 相似文献

文中对DH36钢埋弧焊焊接接头进行了焊后热处理,并根据BS7448标准对焊缝和热影响区进行裂纹尖端张开位移CTOD测试,研究焊后热处理对断裂韧性的影响.结果表明,焊后热处理对焊缝断裂韧性的影响并不一定是好的效果,热处理后,焊缝δ值有的升高有的降低;焊后热处理对热影响区粗晶区的断裂韧性有不利影响,热处理后,热影响区粗晶区的δ值均有所下降.经过焊后热处理,90 mm厚焊缝试样的δ值略有下降,60mm厚焊缝试样的δ值明显升高;90mm厚热影响区试样的δ值明显下降,60mm厚热影响区试样的δ值略有下降. 相似文献

Fatigue crack growth behaviors in electron beam weldments of a nickel-base superalloy are. studied. The objective of this paper is to discuss effects of the inhomogeneity of mechanical performance on fatigue crack growth (FCG) rate and crack path deviation (CPD). The base metal served in a turbine disk of aerospace engine was selected to fabricate bead-on-plate weldments by using electron beam welding. Some wedge-type opening loading specimens, notched in three different zone of weld metal, HAZ and base metal, were employed and performed fatigue crack growth tests at 650℃. The results show that the fatigue crack growth of electron beam welded joints is instable due to the influence of mechanical heterogeneities. Owing to the crack deviation at the weld metal and heat-affected-zone (HAZ), the effective growth driving force at the tip of fatigue crack was reduced with the reduction of the effective stress intensity factor (SIF) which finally causes fatigue crack rate decrease. Fatigue crack was strongly affected by size and the symmetrical characteristics of the plastic zone at the crack tip, which means that the integrity of the welded structure containing the fatigue crack mainly depended on the toughness of the low strenqth zone. 相似文献
