采用V型缺口试样,通过对试样反复加热冷却,研究了不同蠕化率(55%、70%、90%)对蠕墨铸铁热疲劳行为的影响。结果表明,随着蠕化率的增加,蠕墨铸铁的抗热疲劳性能先升高后降低,当蠕化率为70%时,蠕墨铸铁抗热疲劳性能最佳。不同蠕化率,蠕墨铸铁的裂纹萌生和扩展机制具有显著差异。当蠕化率90%时,在V型缺口裂纹萌生明显,主裂纹沿着蠕虫状石墨生成二次裂纹,最后V型缺口凹陷成崩塌趋势;而蠕化率70%和55%时,V型缺口附近裂纹明显减少,仅在球状石墨尖端部位和基体组织产生少量微小裂纹,且裂纹没有明显扩展,产生裂纹倾向低,V型缺口凹陷未形成崩塌。 相似文献

通过模拟蠕墨铸铁制动受热变形试验,采用薄片试样,模拟列车蠕墨铸铁制动盘使用时的受力情况,设计受热变形试验工装,给予试样两端一个相同的、较小的变形量(弹性变形范围内),模拟列车制动工况温度150 ℃,加热保温30 h,自然冷却后,在自由状态下测量试样的永久变形量,对试验数据进行统计分析,通过重复做多组试验来研究不同石墨蠕化率(35%、50%、70%、90%)对蠕墨铸铁受热变形的影响。结果表明:在石墨蠕化率35%~90%范围内,随着蠕化率增加,蠕墨铸铁受热变形的趋势增大。 相似文献

试验浇铸了5种化学成分基本相同,但蠕化率及金相组织均不同的蠕墨铸铁试样,通过金相、拉伸及硬度等试验,对蠕墨铸铁的蠕化率、石墨形态、金相组织、抗拉强度及布氏硬度进行了测定。研究了蠕化率≥80%的情况下,蠕墨铸铁的蠕化率、石墨形态及金相组织对其抗拉强度和硬度等力学性能的综合影响及机理。结果表明,当蠕化率≥80%的情况下,蠕化率的变化并不能显著影响蠕墨铸铁抗拉强度和硬度等力学性能,降低石墨长宽比可以有效提升蠕墨铸铁抗拉强度和硬度;当蠕化率≥80%且石墨长宽比为5~9的情况下,珠光体体积分数对蠕墨铸铁抗拉强度和硬度等力学性能的影响最显著。珠光体体积分数越高,蠕墨铸铁的抗拉强度和硬度等力学性能越好。 相似文献

采用定量取样杯研究热分析曲线特征值、热分析曲线整体形状与石墨形态之间的关系。结果表明:特征值TEU(共晶最低温度)、TER(共晶最高温度)与石墨形态之间存在一定的关系;TEU≥1 140℃,TER≥1 153℃时,石墨为片状;当1 130℃≤TEU≤1 140℃,1 150℃≤TER≤1 153℃时,石墨为蠕虫状加球状,蠕虫状居多;当1 130℃≤TEU≤1140℃,1 143℃≤TER≤1 150℃时,石墨为蠕虫状加球状,球状居多。拟通过热分析曲线相似程度参数Ω对凝固试样蠕化率进行定量评估。当Ω≤10时,其石墨形态近似。 相似文献

综述了灰铁、蠕铁和球铁中的石墨形态与其力学性能及热力学性能的关系。铸铁材料的实际性能是随着蠕化率或球化率的变化而变化,也就是随着球状、团状、团絮状、蠕虫状石墨的数量比例变化而变化的;中、低蠕化率(蠕化率50%~30%,即球化率50%~70%)铸铁处于由蠕铁向球铁变化的中、后段,具有优于球铁的铸造性能、致密性、导热性、减震性和切削加工性能,同时具有优于高蠕化率蠕铁的常温和高温力学性能。指出中、低蠕化率铸铁适用于需要较高强度和冷热疲劳性能的场合。 相似文献

The relationships of cooling rate with microstructure and thermal conductivity of vermicular graphite cast iron(VGI) cylinder block were studied, which are important for design and optimization of the casting process of VGI cylinder blocks. Cooling rates at different positions in the cylinder block were calculated based on the cooling curves recorded with a solidification simulation software. The metallographic structure and thermal conductivity were observed and measured using optical microscopy(OM), scanning electrical microscopy(SEM) and laser flash diffusivity apparatus, respectively. The effects of the cooling rate on the vermicularity, total and average areas of all graphite particles, and the pearlite fraction in the VGI cylinder block were investigated. It is found that the vermicularity changes in parabola trend with the increase of cooling rate. The total area of graphite particles and the cooling rate at eutectoid stage can be used to predict pearlite fraction well. Moreover, it is found that the thermal conductivity at room temperature is determined by the average area of graphite particles and pearlite fraction when the range of vermicularity is from 80% to 93%. Finally, the quantitative models are established to calculate the vermicularity, pearlite fraction, and thermal conductivity of the VGI cylinder block. 相似文献

The 25 years' production and application have proved that vermicular graphite iron cylinder heads with vermicularity ≥50% satisfy the machinability and performance demand of diesel engine. The method, in which using cupola-induction furnace duplex melting and pour-over process with rare earth-ferrosilicon or rare earthsilicon compound as vermJcularizing alloy plus rare earth-magnesium-ferrosilicon as stirring alloy, is an optimal vermicularizing process for obtaining satisfied vermicularity. Using top kiss risers, enlarging kissing areas and expanding covering width and making ingates to freeze earlier are the effective measures to eliminate shrinkage, blowhole and oxide inclusions in the vermicular graphite iron cylinder heads. 相似文献

The vermicular graphite iron is an important material with excellent combination properties for cylinder heads of diesel engines, and the high-temperature oxidation is a crucial problem during service of the component. In this study, the oxidation experiment of RuT400 vermicular graphite iron was performed at 500 °C, and the oxidation time was chosen as 100 h, 200 h, 300 h, 400 h, and 500 h, respectively. Meanwhile, the corresponding microstructure evolution, oxidation kinetics, and oxidation mechanism were discussed. It is found that oxidation pores and oxide layer often appear at the vermicular graphite on the specimen surface; the vermicular graphite plays the role of oxidation channel, and it tends to diffuse along the adjacent pearlite and then connect with each other to form oxidation bridges as the oxidation time prolongs. A linear relationship between oxidation weight gain and the thickness of the oxide layer was established and verified well. These results will give a more comprehensive understanding on the oxidation mechanism of vermicular graphite iron and provide certain guidance for design and preparation of anti-oxidation cast irons. 相似文献

介绍6110蠕墨铸铁缸盖的生产、应用情况,并对有关质最问题进行了分析。主要结论是:(1)电炉或冲天炉与电炉双联熔炼,应采用以RE为主的蠕化剂;(2)有效的炉前控制技术是稳定蠕化处理的重要条件,应严格控制原铁液w(S)、铁液质量和铁液温度;(3)生产诸如柴油机缸盖类复杂铸件时,高蠕化率是有利的、必要的,但其它因素失控也会导致较高的废品率;但若工艺装备先进,生产过程严格控制,当蠕化率下限为50%时.也能取得较好的效果。 相似文献
