针对以活动网络图为基础的工作流模型,提出了一种基于作业成本法(ABC)的成本性能分析方法,探讨了成本与过程模型元素的关联以及成本动因选择中应考虑的相关性和行为效应等关键要素,着重研究了将成本动因系数相同或具有微小差别的作业动因进行合并的原则,并用数学模型对其合理性进行了严格的证明,然后在理论研究的基础上展示了部分实例在自行开发的工作流模型仿真分析工具中的运行情况,最后总结了本文所提出的分析方法相对于过去分析方法的优势,并展望了未来的可能研究方向. 相似文献

通过对相关协调模型和机制的研究,适用现实社会中开放和动态的特性,从软件设计的角度提出了一种Web动态分布式协调模型DCM。该模型利用面向对象的思想,通过建立一个层次状组协调结构,使系统具有动态扩展性,使控制权分散化,并且通过各智能体(agent)的通信来使协调智能体(collaboration agent)具有自学习和调节的能力,使各智能体的信念,愿望和意图达到平衡,从而使逻辑上或物理上分布的协调智能体能相互协调与协作实现问题的求解。 相似文献

Workflow management technologies have been dramatically improving their deployment architectures and systems along with the evolution and proliferation of cloud distributed computing environments. Especially, such cloud computing environments ought to be providing a suitable distributed computing paradigm to deploy very large-scale workflow processes and applications with scalable on-demand services. In this paper, we focus on the distribution paradigm and its deployment formalism for such very large-scale workflow applications being deployed and enacted across the multiple and heterogeneous cloud computing environments. We propose a formal approach to vertically as well as horizontally fragment very large-scale workflow processes and their applications and to deploy the workflow process and application fragments over three types of cloud deployment models and architectures. To concretize the formal approach, we firstly devise a series of operational situations fragmenting into cloud workflow process and application components and deploying onto three different types of cloud deployment models and architectures. These concrete approaches are called the deployment-driven fragmentation mechanism to be applied to such very large-scale workflow process and applications as an implementing component for cloud workflow management systems. Finally, we strongly believe that our approach with the fragmentation formalisms becomes a theoretical basis of designing and implementing very large-scale and maximally distributed workflow processes and applications to be deployed on cloud deployment models and architectural computing environments as well. 相似文献

Effective conduct with End of Life (EOL) products is a hot research topic in green and smart manufacturing. For EOL product recycling and remanufacturing, a fundamental problem is to design an efficient disassembly line under consideration of stochastic task processing times. This problem focuses on selecting alternative task processes, determining the number of opened workstations, and assigning operational tasks to the workstations. The goal is to minimise the total cost consisting of workstation operational cost and hazardous component processing cost. Most existing works assume that the probability distribution of task processing times can be estimated, however, it is often not likely to access the complete probability distribution due to various difficulties. Therefore, this study investigates disassembly line design with the assumption that only the mean, standard deviation and an upper bound of task processing times are known. Our main contributions include: (i) a new decomposition color graph is proposed to intuitively describe all possible processes, (ii) a new distribution-free model is proposed, and (iii) some problem properties are established to solve the model. Experimental results show that the distribution-free model can effectively deal with stochastic task processing times without given probability distributions. 相似文献

This paper discusses the design and implementation of a decision-support software system based on web services, capable of modelling the supply chain and querying the supply-chain partners to provide information, regarding the availability of parts, required for the production of a highly customisable product. Furthermore, it describes the details of a software system for the evaluation of time and financial feasibility of acquiring the necessary parts in order for the customised product to be built. The feasibility of implementing this approach is demonstrated in a typical automotive case study. Manufacturing transitions have been increasing due to higher pressures for product variety. One dimension of this variety is color. A major quality control challenge is to regulate the color by capturing data on color in real‐time during the operation and to use it to assess the opportunities for good parts. Control charting, when applied to a stable state process, is an effective monitoring tool to continuously check for process shifts or upsets. However, the presence of transition events can impede the normal performance of a traditional control chart. In this paper, we present an integrated model for statistical and vision monitoring using a tracking signal to determine the start of the transition and a confirmation signal to ensure that any process oscillation has concluded. We also developed an automated color analysis and forecasting system (ACAFS) that we can adjust and calibrate to implement this methodology in different production processes.
