有源充电模式,是一种常用的办法,将市电变压给蓄电池等设备充电量的过程。其原理是让电流从放电相反的方向通过,以使蓄电池中活性物质恢复作用。蓄电池从外电路接受电能,转化为电池的化学能的工作过程。蓄电池在其能量经放电消耗后,通过充电恢复,又能重新放电,构成充放循环。不同情况下,采用不同的充电方法,如恒流、恒压、浮充电、涓流充电、急充电或这些方法的组合式充电等。  相似文献

本文介绍了风光互补路灯系统的组成及工作原理。基于蓄电池最佳充电电流曲线,比较了蓄电池各种充放电方式的优缺点,提出先恒流后恒压的两阶段充电方式,并利用双闭环PID控制实现了蓄电池的恒压限流充电。通过对该双闭环控制系统仿真研究,结果表明该模型合理有效。  相似文献

Abstract

Charge equalization during the charging process has been extensively discussed for series‐connected batteries. However, charge inequality may also happen to batteries during discharging. The imbalance among batteries may result in over‐discharging and consequently damage to the batteries. To solve the problem, a balanced discharging method for a series‐connected battery bank is proposed. A flyback conversion circuit is designed with a pulse‐width‐modulation controller to achieve output voltage regulation as well as balanced discharging. The applicability of the proposed method is confirmed by experiments.  相似文献

To minimize the possibility of flash gas generation at the inlet of the expansion device in multi air-conditioners, an accumulator heat exchanger is usually adopted. In this study, the heat transfer rate and subcooling difference in an accumulator heat exchanger were measured under various operating and geometric conditions. The effect of the operating conditions on the performance of the accumulator heat exchanger was analyzed for R-22, R-134a, and R-410A. The performance of the accumulator heat exchanger was also analyzed by varying diverse geometric parameters: the inner volume and the ratio of the diameter to height of the accumulator, and the diameter, length, and bending diameter of the inner heat exchanger. In addition, the flow of the refrigerant-oil mixture inside the accumulator was visualized. Based on the measured data, a dimensionless correlation for predicting the subcooling difference across the accumulator heat exchanger was developed.  相似文献

锂空气电池以其超高的能量密度而备受关注, 然而充、放电过电位高等问题严重限制了其实际应用。金属钯作为催化剂可而降低锂空气电池的充、放电过电位, 但其充、放电反应催化机制尚不完善。本研究运用第一原理计算方法, 建立了钯/氧气/过氧化锂(Pd/O2/Li2O2)的三相界面催化模型, 从微观角度揭示钯催化剂在锂空气电池充、放电反应中的催化机制。研究表明, Pd/O基底通过促进Li2O2在界面处的电荷转移提高自身对LiO2吸附作用, 从而加速放电产物在电极表面的形成, 有效降低了充电过电位0.43 V。  相似文献

针对压裂泵流量脉动较大带来的问题,在分析压裂泵脉动产生机理及其特点的基础上,设计可用于高压大流量场合中的气缸式蓄能器,建立气缸式蓄能器回路数学模型,得到脉动流量的幅频特性,仿真研究脉动抑制特性的影响因素,并对压裂泵安装气缸式蓄能器前后的脉动流量进行对比分析,结果表明:气缸式蓄能器可用于高压大流量场合中,其脉动抑制特性随气缸预充气压力、气缸直径、蓄能器连接管长度的增加而减弱,随气缸行程、蓄能器连接管直径的增加而增强;气缸式蓄能器能显著抑制压裂泵流量脉动,可将机械式三缸压裂泵的流量脉动由23.07%降至2.42%,将液压驱动式三缸压裂泵的流量脉动由33.33%降至3.22%;研究结果为高压蓄能器的设计和使用提供了一种新的思路和方法。  相似文献

本文研究了综合蜡基和油基粘结剂优点的改进型蜡基粘结剂体系 ,其组成为PP PW 植物油 SA 改性剂。改进型蜡基粘结剂分阶段热解 ,各组元间有较强的相互作用 ,相容性较好。该粘结剂和金属粉末具有较好的混合均匀性 ,改性剂的加入提高了粉末装载量。喂料是一种假塑性流体 ,非牛顿指数n较大 ,粘流活化能ΔEη 较低 ,具有良好的注射填充性。改进型蜡基粘结剂既可热脱脂 ,又可溶剂脱脂 ,溶剂脱脂速度快、维形能力好。  相似文献

在溴化锂吸收式蓄能系统中,允许溶液结晶会大大提高系统蓄能密度,但是溶液结晶后,放能速率大大降低。为了解决溴化锂溶液浓度差储能器中溶晶困难的问题,本文设计了可以实现快速溶晶的平膜构架蓄能器,搭建了测试膜储能器内部传热传质性能的实验台,并分析了水蒸气流通截面积对传热传质性能的影响。结果表明:所设计的平膜蓄能器可以在60 min内使初始质量分数为65%的溴化锂溶液实现溶晶,此实验方法证实了平膜构架蓄能器的可行性。  相似文献

By means of experiment and simulation, we investigated the coupling between the accumulator and the loop in the Tracker Thermal Control System (TTCS) system, which is a typical mechanically pumped carbon dioxide two-phase loop, by studying the system behaviors under the disturbance of the temperature boundary of the condensers, and the step change of the evaporator heat load. We found that the disturbance of the loop affects the accumulator, and in turns, affects the loop itself. If the heat compensation of the accumulator is large enough, e.g., by using the accumulator heater with enough heating power and with a thermal conductance good enough between the heater and the two-phase CO2 inside the accumulator, the loop is controllable over the disturbance. The coupling is a fundamentally important factor to be considered for the design of a stable and controllable two-phase system, such as a mechanically pumped two-phase loop.  相似文献

The flow structure inside the accumulator of a rotary compressor was investigated experimentally using a hybrid particle tracking velocimetry (PTV) velocity field measurement technique. A proto-type accumulator was studied while operating under real working conditions. The flow inside the accumulator was qualitatively visualized using a high-speed camera. The period of one cycle of the rotary compressor was divided into 4 phases and the velocity fields inside the accumulator were measured using a phase-averaging technique. The flow inside the accumulator, especially in the region between the screen holder and tube holder, showed a pulsating periodic flow structure according to the rotational phase of rotary compressor.  相似文献
