提出了一种对摄像机的径向畸变进行校正和内参数估计的单图标定方法.拍摄一幅平面标定模板图像,提出若干条直线,拟合在单参数除法畸变模型下的圆弧参数,从而估计出径向畸变.对径向畸变进行校正后,利用标定模板点与经过校正后的图像点之间的对应关系,估计出单应性矩阵.在假定摄像机主点与畸变中心重合的条件下,线性地计算出摄像机焦距初值.以上述线性方法得到的结果为初值,进行非线性优化,最终得到准确的摄像机参数.超广角鱼眼相机和普通数码相机的实验结果表明,本文提出的算法实现简单、适用性广,结果准确,具有较强的实用性.  相似文献

提出了一种基于数字相关原理的相位差测量新方法,该方法直接对两被测信号作互相关运算,并利用相关和正弦函数的一些性质,使部分噪声分量被有效地与有用信号相分离,从而提高了抗随机干扰能力和测量的准确度。理论分析和数字仿真结果表明:该方法具有不必预先知识正弦信号频率、抗随机干扰能力强等特点;其测量准确度和信号的信噪比和数据采集卡的位数有关,可通过调节总采样样本点数减小它们的影响。  相似文献

A novel uneven fringe projection technique is presented whereby nonuniformly spaced fringes are generated at a digital video projector to give evenly spaced fringes in the measurement volume. The proposed technique simplifies the relation between the measured phase and the object's depth independent of pixel position. This method needs just one coefficient set for calibration and depth calculation. With uneven fringe projection the shape data are referenced to a virtual plane instead of a physical reference plane, so an improved measurement with lower uncertainty is achieved. Further, the method can be combined with a radial lens distortion model. The theoretical foundation of the method is presented and experimentally validated to demonstrate the advantages of the uneven fringe projection approach compared with existing methods. Measurement results on a National Physical Laboratory (UK) "step standard" confirm the measurement uncertainty using the proposed method.  相似文献

Abstract

This work describes the investigation into a new 3D capture method for acquisition and subsequent forensic analysis of bite mark injuries on human skin. When documenting bite marks with standard 2D cameras, errors in photographic technique can occur if best practice is not followed. Subsequent forensic analysis of the mark is problematic when a 3D structure is recorded in a 2D space. A 3D image capture and processing system might avoid the problems resulting from the 2D reduction process, simplifying the guidelines and reducing errors. This paper reviews current 2D and three 3D capture methods and proposes a series of benchmarks for system assessment. This is followed by a series of performance evaluations of the existing current 2D and two 3D methods. Further proposed solutions include the design of a system specification for the practical reproducible acquisition of bite mark injuries and a review of the validation process for forensic evidence presented to the courts. The result of this work is that a 3D system is required to produce the correct 3D data of a bite mark and suspect dentition for forensic analysis. Such a system should be practical and consistent if it is to replace the current de facto 2D systems. The MAVIS hardware, for example, can be considered a practical and consistent solution for producing the required 3D image of a bite mark for analysis; however, the MAVIS hardware cannot produce a satisfactory 3D image of a dental cast. At present, a laser scanner is required to produce satisfactory results of a dental cast. Angular distortion and errors created by the user in 2D image capture can hinder the digital measurement process. 3D capture therefore introduces less operator error in the form of angular distortion.  相似文献

Phase-measuring profilometry is an accurate and effective technique for performing three-dimensional (3D) shape and deformation measurements of diffuse objects by fringe projection. However, phase analysis cannot be performed in underexposed or overexposed areas of the detector when an object with wide reflectance is measured. A novel intensity range extension method using a digital micromirror device (DMD) camera is proposed. In the optics of the DMD camera, each pixel of the CCD corresponds exactly to each mirror of the DMD. The phase-shifted fringe patterns with high contrast can be easily captured by programming an inverse intensity pattern that depends on the reflectance of the object. Our method can provide a wider intensity range and higher accuracy for 3D shape measurement than other conventional methods in both underexposed and overexposed areas. The measurements of a replica of a metallic art object and a flat plane are analyzed experimentally to verify the effectiveness of our method. In the experiment, the percentage of invalid points due to underexposure and overexposure can be reduced from 20% to 1%.  相似文献

By comparing two digital speckle images recorded before and after deformation, two-dimensional digital image correlation (DIC) method can accurately determine the in-plane displacement fields and strain fields. In a practical measurement, however, the variance of light source intensity, location and direction will cause the random uneven intensity change of the random speckle images and will lead to the obvious measurement error. Numerical simulation experiment is first carried out to analyse the influence of the recorded speckle images undergoing uneven light variation on DIC measurement accuracy. Then, a correction method for speckle images with uneven intensity change is proposed based on morphological Top-Hat transform. In addition, quantitative measurements of both in-plane rotation of a rigid body and three-point bending beam are investigated experimentally by DIC to verify the feasibility of the correction method. Experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of DIC is improved dramatically after the procedure of uneven light variation correction.  相似文献

在相位测量型光学三维面形测量中,最终都要将相位信息转换成被测物体的高度分布信息,这个过程往往是通过对已知世界空间坐标的特征点事先标定,获得测量系统的内外特征参数后,完成被测物体的三维坐标转换.因此,标定是三维面形测量的关键环节.本文基于双向二次相位-高度映射方法和摄像机针孔模型线性无畸变标定技术,充分利用傅里叶变换的频谱方向特性,提出了对含有特征点的二维标定物表面变形条纹的频谱进行方向滤波操作,同时获取测量系统XYZ三个方向上的标定数据,对测量系统进行立体校准的系统标定方法.结合旋转风扇叶片形变的测量系统,给出了该方法的标定结果:在XY面内(230mm×230mm)的标准偏差小于0.27mm;在Z方向上小于0.022mm,位移测量灵敏度优于0.05mm.该方法为测量系统的实用化奠定了基础.  相似文献

This paper presents a theoretical uncertainty quantification of displacement measurements by subset‐based 2D‐digital image correlation. A generalised solution to estimate the random error of displacement measurement is presented. The obtained solution suggests that the random error of displacement measurements is determined by the image noise, the summation of the intensity gradient in a subset, the subpixel part of displacement, and the interpolation scheme. An optical three-dimensional (3D) display system interfaced with digital data transmission is proposed. In this system, an original 3D object is encrypted by use of a random phase mask and then the encrypted pattern is recorded as a digital hologram. The digital hologram key is also recorded for optical decryption. Both the encrypted digital hologram and the digital hologram key are transmitted to a receiver through a conventional communication data channel. At the receiver, the 3D scene is reconstructed and displayed optically in a retrieval system based on a joint-transform correlation. Experimental results are presented. We investigate the influence of quantization of the joint power spectrum in the optical correlator on the quality of the reconstructed image.  相似文献

An image distortion correction method is proposed, which uses the straight line features. Many parallel lines of different direction from different images were extracted, and then were used to optimize the distortion parameters by nonlinear least square. The thought of step by step was added when the optimization method working. 3D world coordination is not need to know, and the method is easy to implement. Speckle photography technique is a versatile displacement/deformation mapping technique that can be applied to almost any material. It has its genesis in the laser speckle interferometry technique whereby the natural speckles created by illuminating an optically rough surface using a coherent laser beam are used as displacement gauging elements. It evolves into the white light speckle photography technique whereby a random pattern of any type is used as a displacement measurement transducer. With the advent of digital cameras and ubiquitous usage of computers, the digital version of the technique is developed. Up to now, the technique is essentially limited to 2D applications. Recently, we extended the technique into the 3D domain by using the volumetric imaging capabilities of CT or MRI. In this paper, we apply this technique to measuring the internal deformation of rocks. It so happens that certain rocks have natural density variation at various places such that when imaged by CT these impurities can be treated as 3D speckles. The elements of volumetric speckle photography technique are as follows. A reference volumetric image of the rock is recorded by a micro-CT scan and stored as a reference. Under load, the deformed CT image of the rock is also recorded. Both volume images are divided into subsets of certain voxel arrays. Each corresponding pair of the subsets is “compared” via a two-step 3D Fourier transform analysis. The result is a 3D map of displacement vectors representing the collective displacement experienced by all the speckles within the subset of voxels. The strain distribution of the entire rock specimen can then be calculated using appropriate displacement strain relations. The application of this technique to strain mapping of red sandstone and argillite rocks is presented.  相似文献

建构了电路板锡膏的三维测量系统,实现了印刷锡膏均匀性参数的获取,从而达到对表面贴装质量进行监控和评价的目的.该系统基于线结构光测量原理,借助扫描技术实现三维轮廓测量.利用Tsai的径向排列约束法标定摄像机参数,由特制的棱角标定块实现光平面参数的标定.提出了电路板基层面自动确定方法,即根据图像特性实现锡膏和基层面的分离;并采用主元素分析法进行平面拟合,实现锡膏均匀性参数的计算和统计.采用该实验设备在半导体生产线上进行了大量测量,实验结果表明该系统操作简单、稳定可靠.  相似文献

Abstract:  We have extended the Digital Image Correlation technique to the case in three dimensions. This new technique, allowing the full three-dimensional (3D) strain measurement in the bulk of a solid, needs volume images containing a 3D variation of the grey levels. Generally, volume images are obtained by X-ray computed tomography. In this paper, we present a procedure that is easier to implement and enables to generate volume image in transparent materials. The principle consists in the optical slicing of the specimen. To obtain a random distribution of grey levels within the volume image, we use the scattered light phenomenon induced by particles included in the specimen. The recording of 3D images by optical slicing is presented and the influence of different kinds of particles on the scattered light and on the accuracy of measurement is described. Through several tests involving rigid body displacements and a tensile test we show the performance of this technique and we evaluate the measurement error of displacement and strain components.  相似文献

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to propose a method for measuring damage in ductile materials, from its inception to rupture. In the first stage of damage, which occurs before localisation, the usual method for determining damage through the measurement of stiffness variation is used. A damageable elastic–plastic model of the modified Lemaitre/Chaboche type is identified from these tests. An original method is proposed for measuring damage following the initiation of strain localisation. This method is based on a full 3D image correlation analysis using four cameras. The principle of the method consists in identifying the damage through tensile experiments on thin, flat‐notched specimens subjected to tensile loading. Speckles are applied on both faces of each specimen in order to follow the strain fields on the two faces at the same time. These two strain fields are digitised simultaneously by two synchronised sets of two digital cameras. This paper shows how this method enables one to identify strain localisation and deduce the evolution of damage directly. Here, the method is developed for 15‐5 PH stainless steel.  相似文献

Abstract: The refraction‐induced image distortion introduces large errors in the deformation measurement of fluid submerged specimens using digital image correlation (DIC). This study provides a review of the nature of the refraction‐induced image distortion, assesses experimental conditions that interact with refraction and proposes an elastic image registration technique to correct the refraction distortion of underwater images. In the elastic image registration technique, control points are selected on reference and refracted images of a template object and locally sensitive transformation functions that overlay the two images are obtained. The transformation functions so obtained are then used to reconstruct undistorted images from underwater images and the former are used as input to a DIC system. The proposed approach has shown to improve the refraction error in the order of 5–8% for typical material test samples undergoing deformation inside a water‐filled glass chamber.  相似文献

An improved speckle projection profilometry that combines the projection of computer generated random speckle patterns using an ordinary LCD projector and the two-dimensional digital image correlation technique for in-plane displacements measurement is proposed for accurate out-of-plane shape and displacement measurements. The improved technique employs a simple yet effective calibration technique to determine the linear relationship between the out-of-plane height and the measured in-plane displacements. In addition, the iterative spatial domain cross-correlation algorithm, i.e., the improved Newton-Raphson algorithm using the zero-normalized sum of squared differences correlation criterion and the second-order shape function was employed in image correlation analysis for in-plane displacement determination of the projected speckle patterns, which provides more reliable and accurate matching with a higher correlation coefficient. Experimental results of both a regular cylinder and a human hand demonstrate that the proposed technique is easy to implement and can be applied to a practical out-of-plane shape and displacement measurement with high accuracy.  相似文献

目前的三维测量方法都需要专门的测量设备且存在着种种限制,为此提出了一种基于图像序列进行三维测量的新方法。将由数码相机围绕被测物体拍摄的多幅图像导入计算机,利用图像处理知识得到特征的二维信息;采用计算机视觉方法,对特征从射影空间到欧式空间分层逐步重建即可完成三维测量。设计一套特征标志组合,作为辅助测量工具避免了特征匹配难题。确立了一套图像分割与识别策略获得特征标志二维信息,识别率可达到95%以上。采用基于模约束的摄像机分层自标定方法得到特征在欧式空间下的三维信息,并通过多种优化方法减少误差的影响。该方法在硬件上实现简单,对测量条件要求不高。实际试验表明,相对误差可达到1.48%,重投影误差为0.3864像素。  相似文献

Abstract:  Application of the three-dimensional digital image correlation technique (3D DIC) to the accurate measurement of full-field surface profile of a 730 mm-diameter carbon fibre composite satellite antenna is investigated in this article. The basic principles of the 3D DIC technique are described. The measured profile was compared with the one measured with a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine. The results clearly indicate that the 3D DIC technique is suitable for full-field surface profile measurement of small satellite antenna, and further application of the 3D DIC technique to the measurement of thermal deformation of the antenna is expected.  相似文献

目的构建基于数字成像设备的光谱测量系统,获得"快速、精确、低成本"的光谱反射比测量结果。方法通过数码相机获取印刷用色表ECI2002的1485个色块的3通道RGB值,根据与待测样本的相似程度对训练样本赋予不同的权重,并引入空间向量余弦度,对可以表征颜色信息的光谱反射比进行重建;同时,针对该测色系统进行镜头畸变校正、光源均匀性校正以及重复性校正。结果在训练样本数为10时,平均色差可以控制在0.62以下,均方根误差可以控制在0.01以下,运算时间可以控制在1 min内。结论构建的数字成像测量系统既可以提高测量精度,又可以提高测量效率,具有工程应用价值。  相似文献

Three-dimensional (3D) shape reconstructions and metrology measurements are often limited by depth-of-field constraints. Current focus-detection-based techniques are insufficient to profile out-of-focus 3D objects with high axial accuracy. Extended-focus imaging (EFI) techniques can improve the range and precision of such measurements. By incorporating digital refocusing with multiwavelength interferometry, a holographic imaging solution is presented in this paper to accurately measure 3D objects over a large depth range. Accuracy and repeatability of the proposed EFI technique are validated by digital simulations and refocusing experiments. A reconstruction example demonstrates the feasibility of high-precision 3D measurements of objects deeper than the system's classical depth of field.  相似文献
