基于LoG算子边缘检测的图像二值化处理 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
摘要:数码管图像的目标和背景分离不明显,直方图分布较复杂。针对该问题,提出基于拉普拉斯高斯(Laplacian of Gaussian,LoG)算子边缘检测的全局二值化方法对其进行处理,该方法通过提取图像边缘部份的像素灰度获得图像二值化的阈值。处理结果表明,与传统的几种方法相比,该方法能够快速选取良好的二值化阈值,较好地区分目标和背景,在相当大模板宽度内图像二值化的结果都令人满意。 相似文献

为提高空中红外小目标检测速度,提出了一种基于灰值形态学序列图像膨胀累加、背景估计和自适应阈值分割的并行结构小目标分割算法。该算法对灰值膨胀运算后的相邻三帧图像进行累加以增强小目标能量;将灰值形态学开、闭运算的平均值作为背景估计图像;采用自适应阈值算法从二者相减的差图像中分割出可能目标;其中小目标能量增强和背景估计采用并行处理结构。基于VisualC 6.0编程进行了实验,结果表明,算法对连续三帧768像素×576像素红外视频采集图像的处理时间为3.73s,较常规串行分割算法快一倍以上。 相似文献

目的提出一种基于视觉图像处理的直管段端面圆边缘检测算法与装置,用于直管段精确计数,以提高计数精度和包装效率。方法使用CCD采集直管段端面图像,在Matlab软件中编写检测算法,分别通过对像素坐标、阈值大小的调节来增强图像的对比度,完成图像的灰度化、二值化预处理。将霍夫变换与HarrisLaplace算法相结合,并对管段端面进行边缘检测;通过设定管径大小实现端面圆形边缘的识别、显示与计数。结果将直管段放入设计的视觉计数装置中,通过可动挡板使端面对齐后,采用图像处理技术来实现视觉计数,多次测试结果验证了系统的正确性。结论该方法可以用于直管段的自动计数。 相似文献

因为传统分割算法对图像细节特征信息不敏感,分割效果不理想,提出了一种确定阈值的改进方法。该算法在阈值图像法的基础上,采用迭代计算平均值的方法,动态地获得每个像素点位置的最佳阈值,以获取一幅与原图像大小相同的阈值图像,利用该阈值图像对原静脉图像进行二值化处理,增强了图像的局部细节特征信息。仿真实验证明了该改进算法的有效性。 相似文献

Edge detection is one of the core steps of image processing and computer vision. Accurate and fine image edge will make further target detection and semantic segmentation more effective. Holistically-Nested edge detection (HED) edge detection network has been proved to be a deep-learning network with better performance for edge detection. However, it is found that when the HED network is used in overlapping complex multi-edge scenarios for automatic object identification. There will be detected edge incomplete, not smooth and other problems. To solve these problems, an image edge detection algorithm based on improved HED and feature fusion is proposed. On the one hand, features are extracted using the improved HED network: the HED convolution layer is improved. The residual variable convolution block is used to replace the normal convolution enhancement model to extract features from edges of different sizes and shapes. Meanwhile, the empty convolution is used to replace the original pooling layer to expand the receptive field and retain more global information to obtain comprehensive feature information. On the other hand, edges are extracted using Otsu algorithm: Otsu-Canny algorithm is used to adaptively adjust the threshold value in the global scene to achieve the edge detection under the optimal threshold value. Finally, the edge extracted by improved HED network and Otsu-Canny algorithm is fused to obtain the final edge. Experimental results show that on the Berkeley University Data Set (BSDS500) the optimal data set size (ODS) F-measure of the proposed algorithm is 0.793; the average precision (AP) of the algorithm is 0.849; detection speed can reach more than 25 frames per second (FPS), which confirms the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献

为了解决单一车牌定位算法在复杂背景中定位效果不理想的现状,提出一种数学形态学和颜色特征相结合的算法对车牌进行定位.首先利用最大类间方差法(Ostu算法)找到一个最佳的阈值,根据所得阈值把得到的灰度图像二值化,然后采用一种改进的数学形态学算法对图像进行边缘检测,最终结合数学形态学和车牌颜色特征进行准确定位.实验表明该算法明显优于传统或单一的车牌定位方法,定位准确率高,对背景限制少,应用范围广. 相似文献

Measurement of the human body anteflexion angle is an essential method for evaluating human flexibility. In this study, a method based on edge detection is proposed for measuring the angle of human body anteflexion. In this technique, an adaptive Gaussian filter is used to filter an image while preserving as much of its edge information as possible. A 5 × 5 template is adopted to calculate the gradient amplitude and direction of the image. Moreover, the Otsu algorithm is used to compute the high and low thresholds of the gradient image, thereby rendering the algorithm adaptive and eliminating any need for manual threshold setting. After the edges are obtained, the feature points of the head, buttocks, and foot are extracted to calculate the anteflexion angle of the human body. 相似文献

Color‐edge detection is an important research task in the field of image processing. Efficient and accurate edge detection will lead to higher performance of subsequent image processing techniques, including image segmentation, object‐based image coding, and image retrieval. To improve the performance of color‐edge detection while considering that human eyes are ultimate receiver of color images, the perceptually insignificant edges should avoid being over‐detected. In this article, a color‐edge detection scheme based on the perceptual color contrast is proposed. The perceptual color contrast is defined as the visible color difference across an edge in the CIE‐Lab color space. A perceptual metric for measuring the visible color difference of a target color pixel is defined by utilizing the associated perceptually indistinguishable region. The perceptually indistinguishable region for each color pixel in the CIE‐Lab color space is estimated by the design of an experiment that considers the local property due to local changes in luminance. Simulation results show that the perceptual color contrast is effectively defined and the color edges in color images are detected while most of the perceptually insignificant edges are successfully suppressed through the proposed color‐edge detection scheme. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 为了精确确定织物疵点边缘,提出了一种基于小波变换和形态学的织物疵点边缘检测方法.在利用形态学实现疵点检测后,对其进行小波分解,用小波模极大值法和基于数学形态学的算法分别提取高低频子图像的疵点边缘,采用合理的融合规则将两个边缘图像进行融合.实验结果表明,该算法能有效地抑制噪声,且边缘清晰、准确,效果优于经典的边缘检测算法,具有可行性和有效性. 相似文献

针对噪声严重的超声图像,提出了一种结合数学形态学和Level Set的分割方法。首先采用全变差模型进行图像滤波,再通过交互式区域选择和数学形态学方法获得感兴趣目标的二值化图像,并把该二值化图像轮廓作为水平集方法的初始曲线。改进隐式测地活动轮廓模型(GAC)中的边缘检测函数,增强了处理弱边缘的能力。分割结果表明,该方法能够准确地提取出目标轮廓,同时减少了迭代次数和运算时间。 相似文献
