Making the Pilot Project of Standardization as an Opportunity to Develop Shenzhen Public Meteorological Service Innovatively

The rapid development of the social economy and the urgent needs of building a low-carbon,ecologic and livable city ask for a higher requirement for urban meteorological service,which requires higher,better and more specialized service.To Shenzhen,the year of 2011 is featured by “Universiade” and “Quality”.In this year,the first national meteorological service standardization pilot and demonstration unit is stationed in Shenzhen,which has more far-reaching significance,richer connotation and heavier responsibility.In the meanwhile,it brings a historic opportunity for the innovative development of public meteorological service in Shenzhen.We will change the traditional ideas,break through the existing mode,make reforms as a forerunner,and innovatively develop the public meteorological service in Shenzhen.     

The Competitiveness of Tourism Industry along the Silk Road Based on the Entropy TOPSIS

As a new growth point of the national economy, the tourism has increasingly become one of the most dynamic industries in the tertiary industry. The tourism industry cluster has attracted more and more attention, and promoting the competitiveness of the tourism industry is the key to the development of regional tourism Northwest Silk Road area has made an important contribution to the development of local tourism through regional cooperation and joint development. Based on the brief review of the related literature at home and abroad, 16 indicators are used to establish the tourism industry competitiveness evaluation model. Then using FA and Entropy TOPSIS, this paper has carried on the empirical research of the tourism competitiveness in northwest five provinces. These analysis provide some theory reference and basis for the future development in the tourism market of the Silk Road economic belt.

Urban transport policy response to global climate change in China

Accompanying with the economic development and the process of industrialization and urbanization in China, the energy consumption and greenhouse gases emission of transport sector increased rapidly. From the viewpoint of how the urban traffic management department should cope with the global climate change, based on the economy, institutional reform, planning and policies in China, the paper analyzed the main important problems and obstacles in the development of urban transport, put forward the corresponding policy recommendations which could lead the urban transport system transform to low carbon emission and become more suitable to the climate change.

Electric bikes powered by lead-acid batteries have developed very fast for several years in China. Because the inconvenience caused by the service performance and the inconsistency to the environmental protection policy of the lead-acid battery, the zinc-air power battery was proposed to solve the problem in this paper.
