一种软件工程管理模型研究

软件作为一种逻辑实体,具有难以度量、易出错、必须维护和成本昂贵等显著的特点；在规定的时间和预算内开发出符合质量要求的软件是一件非常困难的事情；经过国内外40多年来的研究与分析,发现产生这一问题的关键原因在于对软件过程的管理不尽如人意；为了提高软件工程管理的水平,国内外工程界尝试过很多的方法和手段,比如:制定并实施软件工程标准和规范、使用工具提高软件生产率和质量、通过软件评测促进工程化水平等；虽然GJB 5000A标准从理论上和体系上对软件工程管理提供了一定的参考,但在实际工程中仍缺乏一套完整、易于实施、体现技术管理特点的软件工程管理模型作为一个项目管理的指导；因此,为了应对上述问题,解决工程实际中的困难,文中面向软件工程项目管理的需要,提出一种的分层次、全周期、多角度的软件工程管理模型,并通过一个项目实例进行分析和验证；最后,文中将对软件工程管理研究的发展趋势进行展望。     

已完建筑工程数据仓库的建立与应用研究

针对施工企业对已完建筑工程数据管理与利用的现状和存在问题,提出了建立数据仓库管理作为施工企业管理已完建筑工程项目数据的新模式;构建了已完建筑工程数据仓库的三层体系结构框架,阐明了系统的开发方法及过程;从利用OLAP辅助工程项目管理决策及基于数据仓库的数据挖掘等方面对已完建筑工程数据仓库的应用领域进行了分析,并以项目风险评价为例说明了数据仓库的应用过程。以期为施工企业加强信息化建设和提高项目管理与风险分析水平提供新的思路和方法。     

GIS应用工程中的组织设计探讨

从GIS与组织管理之间关系、GIS与组织变革之间关系的讨论出发，倡议在GIS应用项目规划中进行专门的组织设计。组织设计是围绕组织管理、业务流程、组织变革、项目治理等方面所进行的设计工作。组织设计有两个目标：既满足GIS应用的基本需求，又要求组织有计划、有步骤地引进技术，主动改进组织的目标、战略、结构和流程。GIS组织设计的基本内容包括：组织结构设计、信息维护与共享设计、系统维护设计、人力资源规划、信息处理流程设计、政篆设计、项目实施组织设计等。     

Product relationships management enabler for concurrent engineering and product lifecycle management

The current competitive industrial context requires more flexible, intelligent and compact product lifecycles, especially in the product development process where several lifecycle issues have to be considered, so as to deliver lifecycle oriented products. This paper describes the application of a novel product relationships management approach, in the context of product lifecycle management (PLM), enabling concurrent product design and assembly sequence planning. Previous work has provided a foundation through a theoretical framework, enhanced by the paradigm of product relational design and management. This statement therefore highlights the concurrent and proactive aspect of assembly oriented design vision. Central to this approach is the establishment and implementation of a complex and multiple viewpoints of product development addressing various stakeholders design and assembly planning points of view. By establishing such comprehensive relationships and identifying related relationships among several lifecycle phases, it is then possible to undertake the product design and assembly phases concurrently. Specifically, the proposed work and its application enable the management of product relationship information at the interface of product-process data management techniques. Based on the theory, models and techniques such as described in previous work, the implementation of a new hub application called PEGASUS is then described. Also based on web service technology, PEGASUS can be considered as a mediator application and/or an enabler for PLM that externalises product relationships and enables the control of information flow with internal regulation procedures. The feasibility of the approach is justified and the associated benefits are reported with a mechanical assembly as a case study.     

A spatiotemporal information management framework for product design and assembly process planning reconciliation

This paper introduces an innovative framework for product design and assembly process planning reconciliation. Nowadays, both product lifecycle phases are quasi concurrently performed in industry and this configuration has led to competitive gains in efficiency and flexibility by improving designers’ awareness and product quality. Despite these efforts, some limitations/barriers are still encountered regarding the lack of dynamical representation, information consistency and information flow continuity. It is due to the inherent nature of the information created and managed in both phases and the lack of interoperability between the related information systems. Product design and assembly process planning phases actually generate heterogeneous information, since the first one describes all information related to “what to be delivered” and the latter rationalises all information with regards to “how to be assembled”. In other words, the integration of assembly planning issue in product design requires reconciliation means with appropriate relationships of the architectural product definition in space with its assembly sequence in terms of time. Therefore, the main objective is to provide a spatiotemporal information management framework based on a strong semantic and logical foundation in product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, increasing therefore actors’ awareness, flexibility and efficiency with a better abstraction of the physical reality and appropriate information management procedures. A case study is presented to illustrate the relevance of the proposed framework and its hub-based implementation within PLM systems.

Software project control: an experimental investigation of judgmentwith fallible information

Software project management is becoming an increasingly critical task in many organizations. While the macro-level aspects of project planning and control have been addressed extensively, there is a serious lack of research on the micro-empirical analysis of individual decision making behavior. The heuristics deployed to cope with the problems of poor estimation and poor visibility that hamper software project planning and control are investigated, and the implications for software project management are examined. A laboratory experiment in which subjects managed a simulated software development project is reviewed. The subjects were given project status information at different stages of the lifecycle and had to assess software productivity in order to dynamically readjust project plans. A conservative anchoring and adjustment heuristic is shown to explain the subjects' decisions quite well. Implications for software project planning and control are presented     

Computer-aided design/drafting management within the united states air force logistics command civil engineering organization

The United States Air Force civil engineering organization is responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of over $115 billion dollars worth of facilities at bases around the world. Many civil engineering functions and offices have procured or are in the process of procuring computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) technology to assist in accomplishing their assigned tasks. Specific areas where automation is anticipated as being most helpful include maintaining facility information, design and engineering, operations and maintenance, project management, master planning, and space planning and management. The actual achievement of these capabilities is less dependent on hardware or software and relies more on a comprehensive and achievable implementation and system management plan. The Air Force civil engineering implementation and management plan consists of four separate but related sections: the benefits/needs analysis; the application/action plan; the CADD standards manual; and the CADD user's guide.     

The development of a knowledge-based system for information systems project development consulting

The foundation for a successful software development project is a well-conceived project plan which establishes the overall framework for effective project management. Two major functions of planning an information systems development project are: 1) the selection of an appropriate development strategy; and 2) the assessment of risk associated with the development of the system. This paper describes the development of a knowledge-based expert system to assist in choosing the most appropriate development approach to use when planning an information systems development project and when assessing the risk associated with that project. The knowledge base consists of a set of rules addressing both tasks. Case examples of the use of the expert system are also given.     

离散制造企业RFID实施框架研究*

为推进离散制造企业RFID系统的成功实施,提出了面向离散制造企业的RFID实施方法论框架。从应用领域、应用层次、产品生命周期三个维度分析了离散制造企业的RFID应用需求。以信息技术采纳理论为基础,构建了包括RFID技术采纳决策和RFID系统实施两个阶段的RFID实施过程框架,并对各阶段的实施步骤和实施方法进行了阐述。利用上述RFID实施框架在重庆某整车生产厂进行实际应用,验证了可行性。
