Software for advanced HRV analysis   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
A computer program for advanced heart rate variability (HRV) analysis is presented. The program calculates all the commonly used time- and frequency-domain measures of HRV as well as the nonlinear Poincaré plot. In frequency-domain analysis parametric and nonparametric spectrum estimates are calculated. The program generates an informative printable report sheet which can be exported to various file formats including the portable document format (PDF). Results can also be saved as an ASCII file from which they can be imported to a spreadsheet program such as the Microsoft Excel. Together with a modern heart rate monitor capable of recording RR intervals this freely distributed program forms a complete low-cost HRV measuring and analysis system.  相似文献

Additive Manufacturing (AM) processes adopt a layering approach for building parts in continuous slices and use the Standard Tessellation Language (STL) file format as an input to generate the slices during part manufacturing. However, the current STL format uses planar triangular facets to approximate the surfaces of the parts. This approximation introduces errors in the part representation which leads to additional errors downstream in the parts produced by AM processes. Recently, another file format called Additive Manufacturing File (AMF) was introduced by ASTM which seeks to use curved triangles based on second degree Hermite curves. However, while generating the slices for manufacturing the part, the curved triangles are recursively sub-divided back to planar triangles which may lead to the same approximation error present in the STL file. This paper introduces a new file format which uses curved Steiner patches instead of planar triangles for not only approximating the part surfaces but also for generating the slices. Steiner patches are bounded Roman surfaces and can be parametrically represented by rational Bezier equations. Since Steiner surfaces are of higher order, this new Steiner file format will have a better accuracy than the traditional STL and AMF formats and will lead to lower Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) errors in parts manufactured by AM processes. Since the intersection of a plane and the Steiner patch is a closed form mathematical solution, the slicing of the Steiner format can be accomplished with very little computational complexity. The Steiner representation has been used to approximate the surfaces of two test parts and the chordal errors in the surfaces are calculated. The chordal errors in the Steiner format are compared with the STL and AMF formats of the test surfaces and the results have been presented. Further, an error based adaptive tessellation algorithm is developed for generating the Steiner representation which reduces the number of curved facets while still improving the accuracy of the Steiner format. The test parts are virtually manufactured using the adaptive Steiner, STL and AMF format representations and the GD&T errors of the manufactured parts are calculated and compared. The results demonstrate that the modified Steiner format is able to significantly reduce the chordal and profile errors as compared to the STL and AMF formats.  相似文献

Current one-shot, handheld Digital Still Cameras (DSCs) generally offer different file formats to save the captured frames: Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG), RAW and/or Tag(ged) Image File Format (TIFF). Although the JPEG file format is the most commonly used file format worldwide, it is incapable of storing all original data, something that also occurs, to a certain extent, for large TIFF files. Therefore, most professional photographers prefer shooting RAW files, often described as the digital photography's equivalent of a film negative. As a RAW file contains the absolute maximum amount of information and original data generated by the sensor, it is the only scientifically justifiable file format. In addition, its tremendous flexibility in both processing and post-processing also makes it beneficial from a workflow and image quality point of view. On the other hand, large file sizes, the required software and proprietary file formats remain hurdles that are often too difficult to overcome for many photographers. Aerial photographers who shoot with handheld DSCs should be familiar with both RAW and other file formats, as their implications cannot be neglected. By outlining the complete process from photon capture to the generation of pixel values, additionally illustrated by real-world examples, the advantages and particularities of RAW aerial photography should become clear.  相似文献

三维图形仿真的一个重要工作就是建立三维模型,若使用已有的模型可以节省一定的时间.文中主要讨论了如何将复杂的CAD模型应用于Java3D建立的图形仿真系统中.首先,对已有的Pro/E模型进行简化,以VRML格式导出,有两种方式应用于Java3D中.一种是直接编辑Pro/E模型导出的VRML格式文件,组织模型之间的链接关系;另一种是将Pro/E模型导出的VRML格式文件导入到3DMax中组织链接关系,然后导出为单一文件.最后联合使用这两种方式将一个复杂的空间机器人模型导入到Java3D,提高了图形数据的重用性和开发的快速性,经实践验证效果理想.  相似文献

C3D file format is widely used in the biomechanical field by companies and laboratories to store motion capture systems data. However, few software packages can visualize and modify the integrality of the data in the C3D file. Our objective was to develop an open-source and multi-platform framework to read, write, modify and visualize data from any motion analysis systems using standard (C3D) and proprietary file formats (used by many companies producing motion capture systems). The Biomechanical ToolKit (BTK) was developed to provide cost-effective and efficient tools for the biomechanical community to easily deal with motion analysis data. A large panel of operations is available to read, modify and process data through C++ API, bindings for high-level languages (Matlab, Octave, and Python), and standalone application (Mokka). All these tools are open-source and cross-platform and run on all major operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS X).  相似文献

DXF格式文件是传统图形开发中最常用的图形交换格式之一,众多第三方开发的图形软件均加入了对DXF文件的支持。针对DXF格式文件的二次开发问题,简要介绍了DXF格式交换文件的结构,详细分析了各代码段与组码的含义及其关系。以及在DXF二次开发图形软件中针对DXF文件格式的编程方法。在此基础上对DXF文件格式的版本演进与不同版本问格式进行了细致的分析与比较,通过在一个具体项目中的应用,给出了一个通用的、具有版本兼容性的DXF文件编程方法,为类似图形软件的二次开发提供了一个解决方案。  相似文献

In this tool some features are implemented some features to analyze, display and manage the three dimensional (3D) structure of the molecules. This paper presents an integrated design and manufacturing approach that supports shape optimization of structural components. The approach starts from a primitive concept stage, where boundary and loading conditions of the structural component are given to the designer. Topology optimization is conducted for an initial structural layout. The discretized structural layout is smoothed using parametric B-Spline surfaces. The B-Spline surfaces are imported into a CAD system to construct parametric solid models for shape optimization. Virtual manufacturing (VM) techniques are employed to ensure that the optimized shape can be manufactured at a reasonable cost. The solid freeform fabrication (SFF) system fabricates physical prototypes of the structure for design verification. Finally, a computer numerical control (CNC) machine is employed to fabricate functional parts as well as mold or die for mass production of the structural component. The main contribution of the paper is incorporating manufacturing into the design process, where manufacturing cost is considered for design. In addition, the overall design process starts from a primitive stage and ends with functional parts. A 3D tracked vehicle roadarm is employed throughout this paper to illustrate the overall design process and various techniques involved.  相似文献
