研究了将专家系统、神经网络、模糊控制、混沌优化等先进智能技术相集成,共同完成铝电解生产过程控制的智能集成控制技术,建立了基于神经网络的电解槽参数预测模型,设计了槽况解析神经网络专家系统,设计了基于混沌优化的电解质温度模糊控制系统及电解槽极距专家模糊控制系统.实验结果表明,系统能有效地实现预焙铝电解槽智能集成控制,实现槽状态在线解析,并能达到优良的生产控制指标,为企业带来了巨大的经济效益和社会效益.  相似文献

由于工业自动化控制系统较为陈旧,整体性能存在一定缺陷,因此提出了基于AI智能检测的工业自动化控制系统。通过设计XML自动化控制解析功能,解析自动化控制文件的配置参数;编写控制系统智能检测程序模块,实现函数块的自动化智能检测;设计AI智能检测平台架构,为自动化控制系统提供智能检测能力;基于AI智能检测的自动化控制算法,控制系统的动态性能。测试结果表明,此自动化控制系统的控制程序与AI智能监控内容相符,能够使监测程序保持良好的运行状态。  相似文献

In this paper, we address the demanding task of developing intelligent systems equipped with machine creativity that can perform design tasks automatically. The main challenge is how to model human beings' creativity mathematically and mimic such creativity computationally. We propose a ``synthesis reasoning model" as the underlying mechanism to simulate human beings' creative thinking when they are handling design tasks. We present the theory of the synthesis reasoning model, and the detailed procedure of designing an intelligent system based on the model. We offer a case study of an intelligent Chinese calligraphy generation system which we have developed. Based on implementation experiences of the calligraphy generation system as well as a few other systems for solving real-world problems, we suggest a generic methodology for constructing intelligent systems using the synthesis reasoning model.  相似文献

The proportional integral derivative (PID) controller is the most frequently used controller design for industrial applications because of its favorable response and simplicity of adjustment. However, PID manual tuning is traditionally based on engineering experience, and adjusting nonlinear or unknown systems is extremely difficult. In promoting an intelligent controller design theory that can be applied to the control of various systems, this paper proposes a nonlinear control design method that involves determining the optimal solution and obtaining the transfer function of an unknown system by using sequential quadratic programming. In addition, this paper presents a case study of an induction motor V/F speed control to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method based on MATLAB simulation. The results prove that the design of the proposed intelligent PID controller is more robust than traditional controller designs.  相似文献

This paper presents a prototype intelligent system, the knowledge-based functional design automation system (KBFDA) for automating the functional design process of engineering products/systems. An integrated knowledge representation scheme combines rule-based and object-oriented representation methods to represent functions and function related design characteristics in an intelligent design environment. A knowledge-based functional reasoning strategy uses this representation to automatically generate physical behaviors from desired functions or behaviors. The required behaviors are then combined in different configurations to develop a set of potential concept variants that meet the functional requirements and functional constraints given in a design specification. Finally, the variants are ranked according to the degree to which they meet non-functional constraints. The variant with the lowest rank (score) is selected as the best solution. A case study design of a terminal insertion unit is presented to demonstrate the practicality of the proposed approach.  相似文献

The use of expert systems has vast potential in an intelligent process-control system. In this paper, the issue of process-control system design using a knowledge-based approach is discussed. Expert-system techniques have been used for the design of controllers for process-control systems. The expert system is developed in conjunction with the successful application of a systematic design approach. Design knowledge has been represented using rules, facts and frames. The paper starts with the analysis on the need for intelligent manufacturing systems, and proposes our view of the solution to the problem from a mechatronic point of view. It discusses issues related to the flexible modular systems that produce modular flexible products. The paper takes a novel welding technology called friction stir welding as a case study, and investigates issues related to the design of a machine that could automate the process. It presents a function-oriented approach that could provide the guidelines in development of such a system. Along with the various alternatives of the friction stir welding machines concepts, various types of welding configurations are discussed in detail thereby providing necessary details for function-oriented conceptual design of a general-purpose robotic system. The paper, then, presents the system model for an articulated robot manipulator, as suggested by functional design, followed by simulations to investigate its suitability for such an application. The proposed solution not only ensures the achievement of requirements for the intelligent manufacturing systems, but also provides the necessary guidelines in design and development of such systems, as the concluding remarks. The growing interest in modular and distributed approaches for the design and control of intelligent manufacturing systems gives rise to new challenges. One of the major challenges that have not yet been well addressed is monitoring and diagnosis in distributed manufacturing systems. In this paper we propose the use of a multi-agent Bayesian framework known as Multiply Sectioned Bayesian Networks (MSBNs) as the basis for multi-agent distributed diagnosis in modular assembly systems. We use a close-to-industry case study to demonstrate how MSBNs can be used to build component-based Bayesian sub-models, how to verify the resultant models, and how to compile the multi-agent models into runtime structures to allow consistent multi-agent belief update and inference.  相似文献
